If You Would like YOUR ITEMS DELIVERED UNDAMAGED, WRAPPED PROPERLY, NOT DIRTY, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This is the worst moving experience I’ve ever had. The movers came 1.5 hours late and did not finish packing my home till 1:00 am in the morning! Then they give me with a charge of $14,800, a rise of $6,500 in the quote I had been given on the telephone before the movers came because I had more boxes compared to that which I told them on the telephone. Then they told me that they couldn’t take my wine selection, some thing NEVER explained to me once I put my order with their earnings dept. I then determine that they won’t accept credit cards or checks to your last payment, only money! Then I attempted to get customer support NUMEROUS occasions -they don’t return telephone calls at all, besides Amber in Accounting who had been quite friendly and helpful. My college agreed to pay the balance for me personally within my move. I had been advised by this co. that after they received final payment, I’d get my things. Then they wouldn’t release my things to me till check cleared bank, nearly a week after. I called customer support about this quite a few times and no reply. I emailed several times without a reply. When I finally got my things, there was a few broken, damaged items, in addition to my sofa and seats with black soot stains on them in addition to a footprint on the two bits. Then I referred to as Accounting to say I want to submit a claim. This was just two weeks before, and I am still waiting for somebody to contact me personally to complete a claim to your broken/damaged products. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TREATMENT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I’ve use other federal carriers and their support was superb. I felt robbed, abused, and that I do not think that this business cares at all regarding you or you things! Urge you to keep away from.
