This firm picked up my family things on July 16 at Maryland and stated the fall off time for Alabama had been 1-21 days. It’s now August 10 and I still have not got my items. They either won’t answer the telephone or postpone the date by a week!

Currently still waiting for the last claim in my transfer. Excessive charges, altered original quote before even coming to find the things being transferred, multiple objects broken missing or broken beyond repair.
A claim has been filed where I had been issued a test for 84.00 following tens of thousands of dollars were ruined lost or broken beyond repair.
My issue is that clients are still using this business whether it is straight through movings van lines or shore to shore from Florida.
I suggest that this provider is not utilized.
2 Decades and still not fulfilled

I am quite irate about my movement that I really cannot put words together to make an entire sentence. I am attempting to get ahold of these to submit a claim for my broken, chipped, and shattered things from my move per month ago. Rude, more charge, took advantage of my situation. Recently coped with this business In a transfer from D.C. into Florida.
We experienced the excess fees, unresponsiveness, and whatever that the aforementioned reviewers said. This transfer cost nearly $25,000 all in for this organization and now the price for replacing all of our broken and stolen items will likely double check it.
Our team showed up two weeks late to pack us, complained that we had a lot of stuff, billed for additional materials and cubic feet in spite of the fact that we paid nearly $2000 extra for our very own committed trailer.
When the truck arrived in Florida I found by speaking to the ragtag team that showed up that the motorist, Abraham, had put an advertisement on Crigslist that afternoon for labour and they answered. As I talked against the laborers out of Craigslist I started to piece all of this together. The motorist, Abraham, told the men that they would earn $12 an hour and be carried out by 7:00 pm (they showed up at two ). In this whole period we’d been connected with COAST TO COAST MOVERS (established in fl, perhaps not the best rated one in CA) that we analyzed for the #2 established firm in the nation based On the incorrect amount given by customer reports. Coast to Price’brokered’ our transfer into USA Movings and whatever other names they call themselves. Whoever owns C2C was rude and dismissive. His customer support supervisor, Steve, kept telling us that they’d fix everything. He advised me to hire someone to come help me put my house back together and that they would send me $700 straight to my bank account for my own troubles. I foolishly paid the men from Craigslist to return and help me along with the cash never had been wired. They have my private bank account information today.
My husband also discovered that Abraham fraudulently billed over $1500 for his company credit card that was used for its transfer.
As we unpack we’ve found that our wedding china, that I BEGGED that the packers to treat to not violate was smashed. They didn’t tag the majority of the boxes and so we can’t figure out what’s what. We’ve got a home filled with boxes that are packed but no clue where anything is. We had been reimbursed by having our own lives entirely destroyed by these.
We’ve moved both domestically and globally and I’ve NEVER experienced anything even close to that. PLEASE be more intelligent than we had been and do not deal with these folks.

Please don’t use these movers. They gave me a quote on the telephone for $1786 and if they motorist came to my home that he climbed the sum to $3510. He wouldn’t budge. I called the company and the touch I’d put me onto a three way with the motorist who stated to me it’s what is. The appointment was at 7:00 am, but they kept calling and postponing the moment. Finally showed up at 6:45 pm. The driver kept threatening to leave and that I had no alternative cause that is the time I’d permitted from work. Then they stated it would take 5 times so that I allow the real estate individual know that I would be prepared to proceed in, within 5 times. They went off and in two days had transferred my HHG into the place. A new driver was phoning me threatening to bill 400 extra daily if I didn’t show up and cover the 50 percent equilibrium. I phoned and asked for a manager or proprietor, they wouldn’t give me his name or amount but they place him on a three way with him. He wouldn’t listen to me but briefly said anything I tell him wouldn’t alter my situation. I drove like mad from VA to OK to prevent these fees. I asked the driver to offload so that when I revealed he’d just get his test and depart but when I came he had not done it. Along the road, I stopped by my bank to get a money order but they insisted that they need it in money. I refused to deal in money in order that they now gave me a brand new name to place on the cash order/banker’s test… All condition movers. I therefore, requested the motorist that he worked for and he said for himself. He picks up from various agents. This was a nightmare of a movement. Please don’t be afraid to say no to those men. I learned my lesson the hard way.

I had been charged extra charges, jeopardized by the movers when I didn’t consent to sign revised cost estimates, and mislead about valuation coverage.
1. I had been mislead about my alternatives to valuation protection. On the afternoon of this transfer, the movers took my signature about the evaluation addendum. I asked full replacement value protection, but has been advised that was not a choice and I’d no option but to choose fundamental evaluation. The movers subsequently threatened to leave if I didn’t sign the paper work and really begun to pack their things to proceed. As it was an interstate transfer and I’d already put down a 40% non-refundable residue, its not possible to discover alternate movers last minute along with the movers used this as leverage to squeeze more cash from me.
2. Though I asked if I should anticipate any additional fees out of the initial quote before signing the moving contract, the movers additional additional fees payable to $375. When I inquired what these fees where for and why I was not informed of these sooner, the movers again threatened to leave unless I signed the revised quote.
3. Continuous issues with calling movers and related costs of storage. I called the movers repeatedly to supply them with a shipping address and never got an answer. Since the holidays were coming, I emailed my agent and requested to arrange for a delivery following the vacations. Still no reply. Following the holidays, I chose to telephone them and eventually got ahold of a person who advised me I’d finally need to pay extra fees for storage. Not only did I need to go for an elongated time period without my possessions as they were tight, but now I need to pay for storage? While attempting to rectify this situation and organize delivery they never returned my calls, and at the rare event someone replied, they’d assure me they’d instantly call me back however I wouldn’t ever hear from them. This occurred more times than I could count.
4. The added charges added following my binding quote are obviously a strategy to get more income from me. I had been billed for a very long haul although my apartment is right next to the cargo elevator in my flat, which can be directly attached into the loading dock that the movers utilized. I was also billed a shuttle charge. Consumers are just supposed to be more charge either a very long haul or a shuttle charge, not equally. Furthermore, I asked before signing up the contract and setting down a deposit if the shuttle charge and long haul would be necessary in my flat and was assured that they wouldn’t.
