Never utilize moving professionals that they lost half of my furniture and the support is awful, please no 1 use this business make you get your products and if you reserve through some firm like eliminate be certain that you find out that they use to supply your products.

I had been called the moving professionals with a friend of a friend and all I could say is DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!! They might be a bit less costly than other businesses but trust me its not really worth the hasstle! I ordered a backload from Gold beach to Melbourne two days until they said they could do it. Everything has been scheduled and place for sat 5th of april. About the friday before I recieved a telephone call verifying the pickup for the following day, in my speech and I was advised to be in the home between 2-5 for its pickup. Come saturday we spent the entire DAY awaiting the business and their truck to find out our items. Nobody CAME. . I waited before 7pm and then decided to get on with life and quit wasting my time awaiting for them to appear! I wasn’t able to get hold of anybody in their workplace since it was a saturday and their office hours will be just monday- friday. So I was left angry wondering exactly what had occurred to thhe truck and also why I wasnt even granted up to a telephone call to reschedule or allow me to understand what was happening! Then I had to wait until Monday (now 8th) till I had been able to phone and talk to this corporation. (only to mention nobody arrived on sunday to receive our items either) I phoned and inquired what had occurred and recieved a vague answer using a”we will call you straight back shortly and allow you to understand” 20 mins after I was phoned back together with” my supervisor doesnt know what occurred and we’re attempting to get in contact with the driver which was intended to receive your items to allow you to know exactly what happend, we could PROBABLY do it tommorow for you” well without a fantastic eneough for me personally, I wanted a refund and told them exactly what I thought of the services! I lease my home and will need to be outside by weds this week so im not expecting my items in their hands again! Anyhow in regards to moving your possessions and individual things its worth spending a lot of cash with a highly recommended firm. I hope someone sees this inspection and takes a lot of my warning. . DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR THINGS!!!
