    Great company

My very first interaction with Moving Country was with an office director who coordinated my own movement. They could provide me an exact, no-b.s. quotation including all the prospective extras obviously spelled out. While others lent me reduced quotes, they were not as open about these extras and I obviously selected Moving Country.

    What a scam!

Sweet-talking and professional looking in the front end but competitive, unprofessional and overburdened on the afternoon of the transfer. They showed up late (7pm) to change a 4BRM home with two exhausted men who couldn’t physically lift the furniture. It’s since been impossible to take part in conversation with anybody in the business. These men are slippery; after you cover your deposit you won’t ever see it again. You’ve been warned!

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

This is quite unprofessional, nontransparent, bothersome company we’ve ever worked with. Last cost surpassed initial quote tremendously. Late to select up. Failed to complete packing/loading till 4:30 AM. VERY late to fall off (20 weeks ago delivery date). Won’t return telephone calls/answer the telephone. If you do speak with somebody, they’re extremely argumentative and attribute YOU (the client ) due to their errors. We only got our things now and have already found multiple boxes which don’t belong to people, so that I am certain that we’ll realize that a few of our things is missing also. RUN AWAY and DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THIS COMPANY’S BS!

    I'm very satisfied.

I am not a fantastic author, testimonials or other things however I thought I’d put my little bit of input after using Transferring Nation for my own move. The majority of it had been motivated by the movers we had been awarded (abandoned the names( sorry) that had been exceptionally attentive and helpful. They worked quickly and were considerate to the entire family. I saw them manage and take our items with the perfect degree of care and attempt to be certain that nothing has been broken or damaged. The shipping has been completed right over the timeframe we had been supplied.

    Moving Nation honest.

Transferring Nation has been our routine movers for many decades now and we find no reason to look anyplace else since they did another excellent job this time. I discover that Transferring Nation does appear to charge higher than regular prices due to their movements and that I once switched from them due to that. Ultimately, another movers ended up charging me more through hidden additional costs. Lesson learned: wary of just shifting movers merely to save cash without understanding what extra fees may apply.

I would use this company again.

Moving Nation enabled me to move my studio flat in Oregon into a two bedroom house in Washington. So, essentially there was not that much material to move at the first place but it was still more than I might have managed in my own. Both movers made mincemeat out of this transfer, clearing my location at under a few hours. They left it to my brand new location in time and unloaded and moved all of the items inside just as easily. I’d use this company again.

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY

This provider is a complete fraud; they’ll be in your toes till you cover the initial deposit and once completed it’ll be complete harassment from that point on. They supplied us a binding quote based on our stock list. On the afternoon of this transfer, they load half of the truck and then plagued us to cover an additional $1800 although we didn’t detract from our initial inventory list and really removed things (exercise bicycle, garage cabinet, queen and complete mattress) incurring additional losses as well as damaging the wall at the home and the doorway siding. The products were delivered following a week to get a 750 mile delivery and the items arrived damaged. I’ve been advocating the business because the move having the most recent person being minding pics of those damaged items but I haven’t got an answer till date. Attaching pics for this review.

    Excellent job

The moving team that has been allocated to us did an outstanding job and they’re the primary reason that I’m writing this review. They did a first assessment if they came and contrasted it to the info I had given their workplace when I first booked the transfer. There were not any significant changes from this so I had been advised that the initial quote came, and that I’m really pleased about because their aggressive cost was the primary reason that I chose to go together at the first place. The second measure was that the packaging that they began on straight away. I didn’t see anybody in the group wasting or raping time. As soon as I overheard their discussions, it was constantly about how to best carry something or that thing to load first, etc., regardless of idle conversation. Basically, after they got to work style, they just went all out to make sure they did the work right, safely and quickly. I really enjoy that attitude.I do not understand just how they did it but my previous house was really filled with things, all 3 bedrooms, kitchen and halls, and they still managed to clean out it and then load it in their truck inside the area of a couple of hours. I was really afraid that they had underquoted the time demanded and could perhaps jack up the costs when it moved over. Providentially, the only real trick they had up their sleeve is that the magical they pulled in obtaining the work done so quickly. Our new house in Florida is on two floors and thus that the movers had to work doubly hard to find the items into the perfect rooms. It was certainly tricky to walk down and up the stairs a lot of times carrying a lot of significant items but they soldiered on, no questions asked. A challenging group of men, really. They completed the transfer in significantly less time than they’d completed the packaging and I’m quite content with the service and the cost I had been billed for such a large undertaking. I’d use this company again and don’t have any qualms recommending them into the entire world.

They handled all out things with care and did a fantastic job overall.

If you’re a stickler for time similar to me, here is the sole firm that will not have you ripping out your hair. This was the next time which I used them but since they’ve been so consistently great, I really don’t find any reason to change later on, either. We intended our relocation months ahead but that I stayed up the night prior to not able to sleep due to the strain. It was just when they turned up and began their practiced ritual of sorting and organizing that I settled down. By now everything had been loaded, I’d recalled the two preceding moves that they did to us and also relaxed.Delivery at Maryland was performed pretty much dead at the center of the slot they’d given us, nothing lost or broken.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! BEWARE!!

We did a very long distance move from west coast to the east shore.

The interaction you’ve got with this firm will start off great. However, it is going to quickly decline in the very first reduced quote they give one to join together. Not only did we suffer from overcharges, but also a hugee shipping delay, brand new day-of-move charges, fees for tape (which is assumed to be contained ) and psychological abuse from a supervisor (Nadine) along with also a representative (Lisa). They do not answer the telephone, they took 3 months for us a supervisor and I’ve 17 emails using a supervisor who did not attempt to deescalate the situation in any way, or assist. We weren’t permitted to browse the contract we signed the day of our transfer, and were threatened that our items could be left behind (literally in the road at the point) when we did not agree to a greater fee and sign up the contract without reading.  We’ve contacted BBB and DOT. Hopefully somebody holds this business accountable. We’ve damaged missing and good boxes. Rather than looking for the furniture and boxes that’s lost, Manager Nadine emailed us the claim form and advised us we’ve got 9 weeks to fill it all out. Not 1 mention of attempting to find the lost things. When we requested to talk to someone greater than Manager Nadine, she stated the only man higher is that the proprietor, and refused to present their advice.

I will finish with this: the next to last telephone call we had with Lisa (who also works in the customer support department, in addition to disputes, all of them appear to hold several hats), she cried at the top of her lungs and also informed me,”we never shed!” Is that the kind of firm you want to trust with your most valuable items?

I don’t think I could ever recommend any other moving company!

Transferring Country knows how stressful moving time is for many people and their help during our relocation created a chaotic and confusing time a lot more bearable. For that, they’ve my strongest recommendation.

My story: A fantastic promotion uprooted me out of Kansas where I’ve lived for 17 decades and plonked me down in California, which I have not even seen previously. However, to complicate things, I was obligated to turn up over 2 weeks.

Luckily, Moving Nation empathized with my situation and gave me a huge reduction on a piggyback movement inside the window I needed to travel.

As soon as they came to the film, everything just fell into place. I came beforehand to shoot over the supervisor position and they sent our items onto a weekend so that my husband did not need to manage it alone.

    Very reliable company

Very dependable company that places a good deal of focus on communicating with clients. My calls were immediately answered and also the folks from their workplace can provide you critical information when you inquire. There’s not any beating about the bush when it comes to terms of price — Transferring Nation is certainly not the least expensive option on the market but they’re totally transparent with their price calculation and follow their estimates. I’ve utilized several moving companies round the business (this moment , I had been moving out of Texas to brand new jersey) but not had a much better experience than that one.

    I recommend this company.

My dad was coming to dwell with us briefly with a recent health scare so we decided to have a professional moving company to help transfer what he wanted for the couple of months he’ll be with us. It didn’t add up to much because my father is a fairly straightforward man, possibly under a studio apartment’s value of things. However, the Moving Country’s team did a fantastic job of packaging and securing that which he did attract, especially the photograph frames and a few delicate family keepsakes.Seeing that he is an older gentleman, they also did a fast check that all of the taps and gasoline lines etc. was closed off that was a wonderful touch. I’m completely pleased with the service I received and will be calling the supervisor to thank him personally once I get my father settled in.

Don’t pick up when said. Causing final on home delay. Charging twice the initial quote, not negotiating. Cannot find a shipping date after asking it two weeks ago. Don’t return my calls, no idea where or when furniture is going to be delivered. Sitting in limbo.

Our experience with Moving Ntaion has been a real pleasure from start

The first interaction was a very simple telephone call from my spouse to their workplace about a quotation. Their Favorable response was quite welcome and rather distinct from the noncommittal ballpark figures everyone else was committing us. For first-time movers such as us, it mechanically pushed us towards the many receptive and enlightening men and women. After we approved the quotation, they went directly to coordinating a time which worked well for us to the pickup and delivery.

On the day itself, the movers predicted beforehand to give us a heads up and came in time. Their expertise is evident when we watched how professionally they perform the loading. Ditto with all the unloading and unpacking, which again was right on schedule. We could not have wished for a better first move and are forever thankful to flying Nation for their aid!

An Ode to the World's Worst Moving Company

Hello dear friend, I beg listen nicely —

    And keep ye witness for my story of woe;

Of movers whose aid was a nightmare,

And for that there is not any score too low.

My request was only to only use 1 truck,

And with this 1 petition they did concur.

    But once money changed hands, I had been out of luck;

Rather than a single truck, they’d now utilize three.

I want this lie would also be the final,

But past bending, they also were not fast.

I called to complain, three trucks might not do.

“Too awful,” they explained,”you signed up and you consented.”

What their salesman stated mattered not, I understood,

Telephone conversations render nothing to see.

Lo, they did state that they listed all calls!

So I bid them perform with our dialogue,

And expected they didn’t have me by the balls.

However, hello, I discovered greater consternation.

The documents, it appeared, were all there – except you.

“It is unplayable,” maintained Moving Country.

    Three hours we spent, arguing on the telephone;

But customer support denied our pleas.

“We have got you now,” said the rep’s freezing tone,

“You have no option except to cover our surprise charges .”

At this time grief began to start.

With less than seven times before the transfer,

Our arrangement made it obvious – we had been locked in.

We told me items can only change.

Regrettably, this was only the beginning.

There is worse yet to return, but that is another part.

The very the very least movers arrived on the Perfect date,

Even though they did provide a 2 hour time line,

And came twenty five minutes late.

They all packed our things, and again made us signal.

We ought to have understood, by this stage in the narrative,

To anticipate trickery to maintain drama,

They utilized good print to Modify the Conditions of sale,

And increased prices which we then needed to cover.

“The worst completed,” we believed, however, we had been naïve.

They had our material. There would be no reprieve.

Moved to our new location, yet without things.

We predicted about our shipping date.

Since you expect, the information we have was demanding.

Our items may appear to thirty days late!

Ten times, contract stated – thirty’s overly delayed!

But no, the nice print snuck something really profound.

Their receipt said, beyond that we compensated,

“ONE MONTH’fore we would have our bed back to sleep.”

Cared not just what they said through their sales pitch

It is simply their M.O. to lure and then change.

Disney was intended, however they cared not for me.

Asked when they expected us to postpone,

They stated,”Hope not,” but gave no assurance.

They said that one knows what they’ve sewn.

A month gave us, without our bed or clothes.

Telephone calls revealed they didn’t understand when they would come.

By now our expectation for great service was lifeless.

Entirely in their mercy, we had been glum.

Fearing that They May want to punish us,

We climbed humble, and didn’t set up a fuss.

    Eventually, our shipping day arrived.

It came more than three hours late, mind you –

But naturally that they didn’t accept that the attribute

At least no shuttle was required; that is true.

Our delicate boxes all came quite squished.

Our bed and seats were, obviously, broken also.

They advised us to record it when we desired.

We’d examine it, into them and to you personally.

So noble reader, we draw near the conclusion,

But do not abandon’fore I inform you of my buddy.

This narrative Doesn’t end with me along with my own items,

It is not only me that has been fooled with these crooks.

They dropped my spouse’s crafting box and some strings,

And gave us somebody else’s photograph books.

Some wedding photos, along with a kid’s first steps,

All of this left without us with no thought.

We discovered names and known as the business reps,

We knew that the owners have to be very distraught.

Transferring Country did nothing; yet another neglect.

We found that the owners, and delivered it by email.

So it ends, this moving story of woe,

With each moving dread all come true,

My items lost and broken; my spirits reduced,

Few recourse alternatives, however, I really could review!

Please heed my warning, those you’re

Don’t listen to their own saccharin lies

For your worst; Transferring Nation sets the pub.

It had been so awful, I hope that their company expires.

I’ve nothing more to say or to inform.

Transferring Nation, your company ethics odor!

    I have used many movers

I’ve utilized many movers however none of these have managed to do as great a job as the great people at Transferring Nation. To start with, they’re punctual — whenever they offer you a opportunity to pick up or deliver, they’ll adhere to it. Second, they know what they’re doing — that is a type of part-timers however professionals that understand how to move large and heavy things in the safest and most secure manner. Thirdly, their rates are extremely reasonable – considering the caliber of the job, I’m really pleased to pay their prices.

DO NOT USE! Poor business practices.

They lock you in at a low and reasonable rate than once you’re able to back out and they already have a large quantity of your cash they raise the fee significantly. I was billed about twice the quoted quantity and was guaranteed delivery by april 2nd that they rescinded later they had all of our stuff. The men who packaged us, could not communicate with me because of a language barrier and had no means of working using a translator. They ruined my house (walls, flooring, garage door -that needed to be rewired, and shattered furniture) the furniture that they”fixed” until I could shoot pictures. They left a stink about getting me being available for delivery to the 28th of March that was 6 days out of pickup (4-5 day transportation was required ) then if they did not deliver on the 28th the additionally did not return my repeated telephone calls and mails throughout the 30th. Eventually on a single replicate call, they replied and said that they just begun transportation on the 28th and they do not know when it’ll be delivered. Many hours after they contacted the driver, who said that he is going to be delivering to the 4th or 5th of April and will allow me to know exactly what day to the 3rd of April. Additionally they wouldn’t contact me concerning the damages done since they needed to wait before the move was completed to evaluate all of damages suggesting they anticipate a lot more compensation than what’s already happened!

    I would use them again.

I left a great deal of questions with a great deal of organizations and asked a great deal of coworkers for recommendations before deciding to hire Moving Country for my transfer to New Mexico. They were quite considerate and understanding about the phone regardless of the fact that I have to have asked a hundred questions about the process along with the pricing. The principal reason I depended on hiring Moving Country was that they offer you a fantastic cost as compared to other businesses which have a similar evaluation.

This wasn’t my first time paying for professional movers but it was undoubtedly the first time that I got a group of movers that were really professionals. The occupation was supposed to move everything from my previous 3-bedroom home into a larger 4-bedroom one in Columbus, and it is unquestionably a huge job. Luckily, the staff from Moving Nation wasn’t just up to your job but managed it easily and faster than I’ve ever noticed movers do the job. However, they had been cautious and made certain that nothing had been broken or damaged. I’m quite pleased with the entire experience.

    Look elsewhere

A losing blend of incompetent and unethical. We’re ex-military and have undergone many motions. Prevent this business, first seemingly superior cost will quickly escalate and transcend price of more established businesses. For accurate stock, we walked through our home using one of the workers who took notes, videos, photographs, gave a verbal quote of 2500. On Friday afternoon, our projected cubic footage rose to 3400. Moreover, we have been advised our wine couldn’t be transferred, despite their worker having photographed it and describing how it could be packaged. Issues upon delivery with inadequate communication, two of these locally-hired movers stop midday following a dispute with Moving Country. Client service is full of unpleasant personalities, who later admitting that they made mistakes,” rudely told me they’d gone”above and beyond” using all our relocation by performing exactly what they originally agreed to perform. Additionally, it was tricky to discover a third party company to guarantee that your merchandise as Transferring Nation isn’t created enough. Avoid at any cost.

    Use them. It worth it.

This was my very first time hiring Moving Country to get a move but I’m satisfied with the support and would recommend them. I typically use another firm for my motions but they recently went out of business so that I was made to take a look at others. Transferring Nation was in precisely the exact same neighborhood, and so I popped in and also the sales supervisor gave me an excellent explanation of the way that they bill and demonstrated how it may be more economical without compromising on quality. I chose to check it out and they’ve done an excellent job moving my 2-bedroom home to Maryland.

Transferring Country is a business that I now really believe in. Don't believe their lies

This provider isn’t true to their sentence. I had been assured all star service because of my transfer and things seemed fine before going day. I packaged my own possessions and thus that the obligation of the movers had been just to load exactly what I had packaged and load and wrap furniture. To start with, I had been given an entrance window for those movers from 11-2 pm, and July 8th, using a phone an hour prior to the movers managed To arrive. At 1 pm I’d received no notification regarding if the movers will arrive so I phoned customer support. They informed me that the movers will be calling me soon. I got a call a couple of minutes later saying that the movers are there about 6 pm since they were coming into Virginia from Maryland! We had been likely to be driving out of Newport News VA into our new house in vegas at the moment, sadly we didn’t get on the street until 1030 pm because of this firm’s poor preparation and delivery of solutions. I was guaranteed to get my possessions within 17 business days in July 10th, our initial available shipping date. At August 2nd (the previous day of guaranteed delivery window) and after several calls on the previous 3 weeks into client assistance, I have been told exactly the identical thing for each call: my possessions were still in scheduling standing, meaning my home is sitting at a warehouse at Virginia without a explanation provided as to why it took so long, and no one out of customer service can provide me some advice from dispatch section. Now I had been told that there is a $30 payoff for every day they’re beyond the shipping window (this usually means every business days, that doesn’t include weekends, therefore I’ve been waiting in a vacant home for 23 days to my own possessions to arrive at no ending in sight). I had been reluctant to employ a moving company in all because of all of the dreadful reviews for each business I researched along with my prior experience with a different dreadful business. Transferring nation had the smallest sum of complaints alongside many leading reviews so that I picked them. I finally don’t have any faith that this firm will maintain their end of this deal and because of all of the fine print written in their contracts I’m at their mercy. If my possessions arrive unharmed, without anything overlooking AND I receive the reimbursement guaranteed to me I might rethink my score but as of now this organization is worth ZERO celebrities. Save yourself the hassle and hassle and don’t use this organization!
Update: As of August 14, 2019 I’ve still not got my possessions (picked up July 8), nor would I have a certain shipping date. I had been advised that the truck had been filled up with my house on Friday, August 9, 2019, a complete week following the final day of guaranteed delivery window, and also that the truck could begin traveling the following day, Saturday, using somebody calling me Monday, the 12th, to provide me details on when my belongings would be sent. I got no telephone Monday, so I called Tuesday morning. I had been advised that the driver didn’t respond and somebody would phone me back together with reimbursement advice and much more information concerning where my house is. I was called after using a settlement estimate of $150 off my equilibrium that I verbally agreed to. As it’s now been 37 days since my transfer date and I still have no clear answers on if I’ll get my items and I had been told I’d be refunded $30 daily my possessions are overdue, I ought to have been provided more compensation but what would you do? The fine print states they really have 30 days. Upon receipt of this paperwork adjusting my closing balance of $2130.75 to incorporate the measly $150 settlement, the paperwork said that when I approved the compensation I’d be not able to write any testimonials concerning the business. I decided not to take the compensation because of how this business has to be subjected for their unethical practices. I must be permitted to honestly examine them with no legal actions removed after such a dreadful and pricey ($6200) transfer. I still have no idea when I’ll get my things.
    Do not trust this business!

We advocate Moving Nation not simply because they did an excellent job with our relocation but also since the movers are extremely pleasant men and women. Apart from being hardworking and understanding their occupation, they’re also friendly and personable, which is extremely reassuring in stressful occasions such as a movement. We depended on Transferring Country as our movers after doing quite a lot of searching around and assessing. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Thank you for assisting us with our relocation. You moved out of the way to be certain that we were comfortable with how you did things and we really love it. It was a pleasure dealing with a business which values its clients so tremendously.

    Moving Nation/Sacramento

Transferring from California to Georgia. My very first talk with Mike was fine and he appeared busy and quite accommodating. I asked pickup August 2nd and if they phoned back to program my first move they might just do the pickup on July 23/24 or even August 6th, unless I wished to cover $600 additional. I opted to proceed together with the July 23/24 date. I signed up the contract (CA5502797) and has been advised I can cancel with a complete refund of my deposit, of over $1000, over seven days of this pickup. When Lisa known to cover the stock checklist 7/16, she advised me right off that my delivery date would make them drop and store my possessions nearing extra fees. I advised her they altered the pick-up to match their program. But, I opted to be elastic to their additional inconvenience of fluctuations, to remain within my budget to transferring. From the conclusion of the telephone, my general cost was raised by 1400 and that I had been advised that there might be many more charges incurred in the conclusion of the go, at that time they just take a USPS Money Order or Cash for payment. I asked Lisa, currently , to cancel the ceremony and repay my money. She stated they wouldn’t refund my money. I phoned back the following morning and following unbelievably rude, demeaning attitude from Lisa, she supplied an email to cancel this ceremony. She promised me, once more, I wouldn’t get a refund. They admitted no responsibility to their fraudulent/counterfeit maintains and were quite rude and condescending when I chose to trust my gut, not proceed with a business showing no ethics in their business practices. I’ve initiated an evaluation to try to recover my residue, this expertise was incredibly stressful and discouraging. I’d read other reviews (clearly not out of CA) and believed that this was a trusted business.

    Perfect!!

I hired Transferring Nation to take care of each facet of my interstate movement, from packaging to delivery to agreement in the destination. The staff performed each of their functions perfectly and I’ve absolutely no room to whine. They may not be the cheapest movers however they’re unquestionably among the very best.

    Job well done

While my relocation was fairly straightforward and straightforward, I’m still writing this review as admiration for work well done from the movers. They arrived on time, worked hard, delivered safely and were good folks to manage. The rates are also very aggressive.

    Good company

Somehow, this firm manages to combine excellent service with speed, efficiency, courtesy and general professionalism. It’s absolutely not the standard in the moving business, I assure you from my own prior encounters. If you’d like a fantastic move, speak to these guys.

    Highly recommend!

I knew I was in for a fantastic experience the moment I contacted Transferring nation. The agent was quite clear about their fees, had the answers to all of my queries (along with the patience to describe all of them!) The moving teams can also be very, very nice and the cost is most likely the most aggressive I’ve ever seen. Highly recommend!

    The Worst Moving Company

I signed up a contract on March 29th and a couple of days Afterwards I chose to take another way, I emailed them and that I got a email back letting me know that I needed to call the sales man Mike Berr and he had been asking me why did I talk to one of his disgruntle worker???? Anyhow they’ve given me nothing but difficulties and still no cash back. They’re rude and very outspoken some man named Joe that I believe is actually Mike went up to calling my daughter Psycho….so I’d think twice before applying this moving company for your relocation, Today I must spend more money simply to take them into court to get my refund.
