Moving Experts

The movers were on time and filled fast but nothing else moved well. It’s been nearly a year since I moved me and that I contacted them immediately following the movement to report a few lost things. I had been told they’d assess the trucks and return to me. They  never did and I had to phone them. They didn’t locate some of those things of course. Worse, I had some jewellery stolen from a bedroom and that I had been told that this was being forwarded for their reduction department. Now nearly a year after I can not even find anyone. My calls are not returned or answered, no mails are ever answered. Do yourself a favor and pay a bit more for a well-known national brand inspector! This is the worst going experience I have ever had!

My experience was so dreadful. They were unaware and weren’t professional movers. They did incredible damage for my furniture and moved way over the projected time. The sales rep was so quick to answer my calls prior to the transfer, but throughout and afterwards, would seldom accept my calls. The movers set a pit and deep gashes from the drywall. They did not understand exactly what they were doing. I filled out a claim form and have heard nothing again following repeated emails and calls. It was a dreadful experience and also my furniture is destroyed.

Back in April I moved from Akron to Cleveland and has been given a quote of $299 in accordance with the packing list I filed. Movers arrived punctually and after that it was all down hill. They took regular breaks in addition to carrying an hour every day to dismantle my fridge, bed and sofa, which just added to the additional I needed to cover.  They broke the sofa when all they needed to do was tape it down. Left behind bolts to put back my bed together in the new location, so I needed to sleep on the sofa till we can get to old house to pick up them and build bed. Refused to load truck with items which were on the packaging list, stating’the truck was’ complete’ when nothing was piled: all products were distributed out to the floor of the vehicle. I left behind 1/3 of my possessions, which I then lost entirely because I was not able to afford to employ somebody else to return and transfer them for me. I had been billed $75 for packaging materials when I’d provided all of the tape, boxes along with crystal clear wrap myself.  Entire move cost me almost $900. My initials had been throw on newspaper that said I was pleased with the movement and had no issues.  When unloading my things, they threw bins and boxes along with one another so that many broke open. Prior to the transfer, I had been in constant communication with salesman; afterwards proceed, they were initially only impolite to me and then refused to take my calls in any way.  Tired of dealing with this particular provider. I picked Moving Pros for my transfer on 1/20/12. The item I was most happy with this I had been quoted an 5 hour go ($388.00) which was correct on and they shot off the additional 15 mins that I moved over. The team was amazing & so considerate! They really did a fantastic job, expecially coping with me & my worries. They took his time but only with my delicate products. No obligations, skillful, and completed in a timely way! The day was dull and my things had been wrapped & blankets have been placed within my furniture to get more security. I could not of asked for something more for my own transfer but for another time I proceed, to possess the identical good experience! Arrival times were between 9 and 11, they had been still there at 9:45 and all set, the movement finished at 2:05. No storage was required, the movement was completed daily.
