Movely USA

I recently moved from Oregon into Louisiana. I hired National Express Transferring , a broker, and they organized the Movely USA/Apollo Transferring Systems/Regions Moving and Storage. They have a lot of names. They loaded my possessions on June 18th, and also my very first day of shipping to this deal was July 3rd. After they did not appear on July 3rd, I called the agent, and they stated it might take up to 21 business afternoon. Alright, so I waited patiently. Now, August 19th, is the 31st weekday in July 3rd, and I still have not got my possessions. I predicted the Movely USA many time, however they did not reply. When a guy, Mayon Rippin, by Movely USA replied my phone call 1 time, he stated that he can call me back after attaining the truck out driver and stated my possessions would be loaded the following day and would be sent in 2 days. No, he did not call me back, and also my belonging did not arrive. I really don’t understand where my possessions are at the moment. I don’t have any clothes and sneakers for my job. I don’t have any furnitures in your home. I can not wait anymore. I am so frustrated and stressed out!

On March 26th my family possessions were picked up and put in storage with a young guy named Erik who worked for Apollo Moving Systems. Erik had our things placed in storage on the request. On April 11th we predicted Apollo to set up a shipping date to get our products delivered to Florida. It had been setup to the week of May 20th. It’s currently June 14th and I don’t have my possessions. The company was hired by Silver Star Transferring in Boyton Beach, Florida. Silver Star is your agent and Apollo Moving Systems was going to find the task finished.
When we could make it through to Apollo we had been given information that was not right many times over and over again. Information for example,”it will be loaded within two days, it is departing on Monday” (Rachel, Zoey) The final piece of communicating we were informed by Zoey….the truck can not be there any earlier than June 20th to pick our stuff up.
Most frequently they don’t answer their phones, or else they hang up. We created an official complaint and there was no answer from Apollo. We have been operating through Silver Star Transferring to attempt to repair this problem internally and receive our family things delivered. Fundamentally we gave cash to have our loved picked up and sent…. That has not occurred. MoveRescue.com is what we’ve needed to resort to. We feel ill. We feel dumb. Save yourself the stress and
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

LONG DISTANCE MOVE… PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I WOULD GIVE THEM FIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD. They picked up my things on April 23rd. My things eventually reached me on May 3rd. My sofa was ruined and other parts of furniture was severely damaged. The products were sent unprotected or NOT coated with furniture covers. Boxes were crushed/incinerated and things within broken. I’ve achieved to Evelyn, Sr Sales Manager, that procured my small business but she’s just emailed me to inform me to document with their internet business ([*** Connect removed ***] that’s 120 days to solve as soon as they’ve obtained all of the paperwork. She won’t return my calls or a number of mails. BEWARE, THEY USE SEVERAL NAMES Too. THEY GO BY Movely USA, Apollo Moving Systems or Regions Moving and Storage. They don’t have their own trucks, as they assert. After the movers got into the last destination, they just had ONE individual to unpack my things.
