I’ve moved 6 times in the previous 14 decades, 4 of these interstate. MoveON wasn’t only the worst, but it had been the worst by far. Check out their evaluations and BBB standing is sufficient to scare off anyone. Regrettably, I reserved this movement with a move agent (if you’re arranging a transfer, be *sure* you comprehend that the difference!) , BIMS, and BIMS shopped my transfer to these men.
We’ll be months recovering from this movement. The group, contracted for a complete pack and move, only crammed stuff into boxes. My things were packaged on March 20th. I stated initial delivery could be approved was March 31st. My things are still sitting in NV and there wasn’t any plans to transfer them to TX. Proceed Moving said that they they had 30 days in the 31st to receive them to me and that they dont have it scheduled yet to proceed (now is April 9th). That is very inconvenient to not live with no stuff for as much as 4 months particularly once you run a company from the things packaged. Plus Don’t Have Any idea when it will arrive

SCAM!!! I was quoted one rate over the telephone. They then call 6 days before pickup to re-go within the product listing, they had an entire month to get this done. 7 days ahead is the cut off to get a complete refund from the way. Well after going on the listing a few how theres a second $300 tacked on. On the day of pickup the motorist attempts to get me not to cover the weight quote however a cubic foot quote. I say okay believing they’d quantify, NOPE. I point out it and I am told”well we already started.” 1 box was loaded and if I cancel I am out $700. They cram your items in and pile so much on top that the material below doesn’t stand a opportunity. From the end of loading they fell multiple boxes marked brittle. Many things came out brokenup, such as two 4K TVs, almost all of the furniture had hurt or gouges. When shipping was installed they could not match a semi truck in like most public areas so that they needed to charge me an additional $300 to get a U-haul, the u-haul truck rents for $75. And you need to pay money that is sketchy by itself. When unloading they take other folks material out and place it on the floor, exposing it to the elements (snowing the entire time during unload.) Read the contract, pay $1200 for full value insurance or else they provide you bad policy – $0.60 cents per pound of damaged items. Got a $1000 radio they broke just weighs 10lbs you receive $6. Yep, $6. The movers aren’t professional, not attentive and will hurry you through signing up a contract to save you from discovering how you’re just about to get screwed. And decent luck with all the client support, they treat you as if you’re a hassle to them. Save your cash get a U-haul or a Pod, the price you’re quoted won’t be that once you’re beyond the complete refund cancellation window, then tack on another $1000 if you’re fortunate. And delivery windows are a 24hr note so hopefully you’ve got work which will understand you having to bond on short notice. Do yourself a favor avoid this company in any way costs.
