Movage actually did a wonderful job on our long distance movement. We moved out of a one-bedroom in NYC to a different one-bedroom in Washington DC, but needed to shop nearly everything for around two and a half months on the summer. Movage managed both motions (one from the NYC flat to storage, and another from storage into our DC flat ) perfectly. Though our quotation from Movage was roughly half as far as estimates from different businesses, Movage was always specialist and did a very fantastic job. Our moving group was also excellent–they took good care in packaging up all of our furniture and items which weren’t in boxes, and that which came to us absolutely intact. Movers came punctually in both places. Both teams were specialist and packed/unpacked everything very carefully and fast. We had two damaged things however, which we had been paid for. We were dissapointed with our movement. We believed we had been getting a team that will be specialist and appear in pajamas. INstead, we have some inexperienced men badly dressed that did not understand how to correctly manage our things. The contended with eachother about ways to wrap things but I did not enjoy it if they unloaded the vehicle and left our items to take a seat on the rain. We just weren’t impressed.
