I reserved this business for my moving solutions in addition to my own”go out” cleaning solutions in the end of august. I reserved the services 3 months before me actaully demanding them. They weren’t just over an hour late to transfer me on Friday Aug 23rd (I had been 1st appt of their afternoon ) they also charged me $100 over what I had been quoted. They did work hard so I didnt get it that big of a deal with the pricing shift. . The following day, Saturday, is if my cleaning solutions were assumed to be carried out. . They had been scheduled to be in my house at 10 am.  They again didnt appear in time. . Once I call and ask about the, perhaps not showing up however, the”manager”shows up on time, also asks to accumulate the cash ahead of the cleaning team coming. I had been told that the cleaning team would be there soon, along with the”manager” left.  3-4 hours after, the cleanup team had still not established, so I phoned the office, also I was told that the team was at a car crash, and nobody had the deceny to phone me and allow me to know. . I believed this was really unprofessional. The team eventually showed up about 7:00pm, also did an absolutely horrible job. The bathrooms, bath tubs, along with countertopswere clearly not cleaned nicely. Even the baseboards and glass mirrors across the home were likewise not cleaned.   I named the company the next day and voiced my dissapointment and had been told that I will be getting a partial reduction for its cleaning solutions that I was not happy with. I had been told I will recieve straight $110 of this 160 I compensated.  I gave them my new mailing address and they stated that they could be sending the test out the following moment. That was 3 months before, and we’ve yet to get it. . I wouldn’t take some time from the entire day to write this short article, in case I wasnt completely obsessed with how this firm did business.

Omg these men were great!! They obtained my move failed in significantly less time than I thought and that there weren’t any damages caused!!!! They were powerful men, respectful, and extremely caring. Customer support was great too. The relocation pro booked my move in a couple of minutes. Thank you MOPA PLUS! I will suggest to others.
