A move from Orlando to Chicago. They assert they’ll send everything about the truck exiting that week and we’ll have everything in fourteen days. It’s been more than a month and also the movement was still there. Was advised to telephone Friday to figure out if we’ll get the products. Called and was told Things have been in Chicago but we’ll get them Thursday having a mindset.

Don’t use this provider! If you phone them to get a quotation, they all sound very professional and pleasant before you register the contract along with your relocation starts. They ruined and lost a part of the furniture. They filled the truck so much that if they sent the furniture, so the door wouldn’t shut. They employed my mattress to pay the most opened truck. I’ve called and been promised a call back and months go by with no call back. While I call back, they all ask me to email them AGAIN! That is actually my 4th email with names and pictures of the various people I have spoken to.

I really don’t like to examine business service however I must do that one. My nightmare started the afternoon we moved and used that business. We delivered our auto on July 30 into Puerto Rico auto was scrutinized by means of a business employee.Car came to P.R sometime in September if I had been told that it would be in Puerto Rico at the end of August.When I picked up the car I discovered car was filled with dents and now they are likely to pay just 300 once I had been quoted $1800 I told them that $300 would be inadequate to resolve the tiniest dent and had been advised that $300 are the best that they could do. Please do not use this business if you really care about your things.

DO NOT I REPEAT don’t use this company if you would like to be certain that your precious valuables gets into your destination in 1 piece or there whatsoever. Called and spoke to the agent to squeduled a trip to get an official quote.  The individual who was presumed to vivit the house and create the quotation, cancelled the quote-visit on three distinct ocassions!  No way I’ll trust this business with my possessions if they’re that casual about something so important   I needed to re-schedule three morings to accomodate their change of date and they never revealed to perform the quote!

Lately used Monti Transferring to relocate in Puerto Rico into US, they persuaded me to purchase their insurance. When my team came, I discovered they struck the microwave. After made the claim, they advised that they don’t respond to damages within the boxes. Why then they sell one of the insurance? The shipping length is unacceptable-promised to provide in 5-6 months however delivered in 9 weeks. Very frustrated. Do not recommend.

Worst moving business ever!! I moved to Dallas in August and that I am simply getting my things. When I predicted after 3 months. I could not get a hold of them and no one responded to my emailaddress. I eventually got in touch with a person and they said that they tried to phone and then send me email however that I never replied, which I could confirm they never did. My stuff was still in Florida in storage. . .when I phoned their Florida office that they stated the exact same thing also that they had been charging me $675 to the rest of the balance once I had been told that the residual balance was $575. They had been rude over the phone and only overall unprofessional. Don’t recommend them.
