I sent a few messages through Thumbtack with Brian. We supported the transfer several occasions both via email, message and via telephone. Monday morning, 9am rolls around and nothing whatsoever. Around 9:15 I began phoning, it went straight to voicemail. I sent mails, left messages, no reply. NOT TRUSTWORTHY DO NOT USE.

Up them front I desired all of furniture shrink-wrapped. Given an estimate of 1.5-2 hrs. They showed up w/ foam which needed to be taped together & older tape that kept breaking. Took them two as long to pay for furniture w/ Terrible materials. Was awaiting extra boxes (yes, they did provide a few but I wore ) that they put off giving me until move day; then I still didn’t get them. Packing of storage unit dreadful! Table placed at back of storage with nothing else onto it. Other tall furniture put in front. Materials not stored together (cushions to seats one location & seats someplace else). Not all furniture even got wrapped. Charged me over twice up to quote. Was supposed to possess Visa accessibility by time of transfer & did not. Never mentioned that private check would not be approved, so along with overcharging me, I needed to head into bank & w/draw money. After attempting to get in contact w/ them on Sunday around meeting me w/ boxes, I shipped text  stating that I expected that because they’d gotten their money that they were not done; I would not have anticipated it, but was beginning to feel like that. Got a telephone on Sun out of Brian who kept asking me when I wished to find a physician’s note since they’d been in crisis room (which was become Sat).  He had been already defensive; advised me it had been pathetic when I could not manage to by my own boxes and they’d other clients compared to just me. When I tired of him speaking over me, ” I told him I was not going to contend with him, he explained he was not going to argue w/ me either, stated”F**k you” and hung me up. Unprofessional to say the very least, ineffective and I don’t have any place from the storage device to place anything else on account of the bad packing of this device.

Up them front I needed all of my furniture wrapped & put in storage. Estimate for 1 bedroom flat was between 1.5-2 hours, which I thought comprised shrinkwrapping everything. Turned in to 3 hours & 45 minutes – that they stated, because of needing to wrap it all. Shouldn’t the quote have contained that because I had been direct about it ahead? What took so long was them showing up with large bubble wrap, skinny foam and poor tape instead of a huge roll of shrinkwrap which does not need to be recorded to hold. Were told that they expected to get credit card capability at time that I moved. Regardless of of not needing personal checks before I signed up newspaper that afternoon – too late I’d like to visit the bank later they were already there. Needed to go get money after the transfer. Likely had additional pissed-off clients who stopped payment on tests. Was given a few boxes, and one owner brought several other equipment while in place servicing other clients. Called Monday before proceed to receive 3 xtra huge boxes. Finally Wed. day, got a txt which sticks to be attracted Sat. (day of movement ), however they still didn’t bring them. That old cassette that kept cracking? They helped me into my strapping tape while I was loading things in my automobile (and that I had other things to ship up). Needed to be from flat Mon. day to day. Sent txt asking boxes Sun. about noon. Around 7:30 that day, delivered yet another txt stating”plz do not make me believe thaty’all have gotten ur cash & currently ur done. I would not have expected this, but it is getting late & I am believing it”. Owner phoned me @ 9:30 inquiring if I wished to visit emergency room newspapers because that is where he had been (but this was on Sat. After my occupation ).  I informed him it was a week. He proceeded to inform me that they worked for different people other than me, and said anything about me moving and purchasing the boxes. He claims to have given me over $50 in gear – free manner! Kept trying to speak over me & when I informed him I was not going to contend with him, he explained”F__k you” and hung me up. The only nice thing that I will say about this business is that they showed up in time.
