Don’t use this organization. I waited 30 days to the coming of my possessions, and NEVER received a telephone throughout the whole time.
I always had to ask where the truck had been.
They tried to overcharge me for tape.
The individual who I signed the Deal without returned my calls or followed through on the dearth of delivery.
I did my homework and believed I made the best option from 3 quotes. . I never thought to ask”what happens if you don’t deliver through your published delivery date.”
Don’t use this organization.
The terrific firm Mile High! I transferred from CO into IL, what was good for me personally, forward and easy. They picked up to the cost they said they want and they delivered in that moment! . Thank you a great deal
In the start the project has been misrepresented. Joe was our sales person. To begin with, he explained that the group that packaged and loaded us about the truck on 11/9, are the group all the way through. This wasn’t correct. We had just two shed areas, so the truck was packaged so that our furniture into our home would emerge first and my husbands gear ( cabinet store ) could emerge second. When they packaged to truck the resources went in first. I had been a really professional bunch and we felt so great about it. The one thing that went wrong at that moment, was that three parts of glass for cabinets along with a desk top wasn’t packaged in a cage and we compensated for 3 crates in our invoice. The 2nd fall off was at no cost. Our bill has been based on cubic feet rather than fat. We on a few chats with Joe shared the reality that we had any significant heavy bits.
After the 26Ft truck was packed, there was approx. 9ft of distance in the trunk near doorway, so we had been certainly inside the 1100 cub feet we anticipated. This is where the problems started. The driver stated that he wasn’t driving the vehicle ( a rental truck, even the Joe to me that the firm possesses 37 trucks). He explained it’d be placed in storage and sent in a later period. We hit the street from Chicago 11/14 and came 11/15PM. We were informed we’d find a call in the driver. Now Justin out of Mile High began requesting me to wire the balance because of 3-4 days beforehand. I said no. I told them that I could offer them a charge card along with a cashiers check. They desired a more cashiers check. They then asked me to create copies of it front and back, and that I did.The truck came today with just two men that just spoke Russian and now we could not communicate together. The began to shoot our CUSTOM BUILT FURNITURE from the vehicle along with EVERY piece is ruined. I got up around the vehicle and it seemed like the rear of a scavengers truck, and each of the gear and the furniture have been mixed up, all of the corners of this furniture are all harms, cracked scraped and much more. Pieces are lost. The were hoping to provide me things which weren’t mine. My sofa ( day bed) doesn’t have legs, so stools have lost wheels, poles broken. It seemed like somebody just shoved everything in without any thought of what it had been alongside. My husband needed a 8ft mill, so which they put on the other side, therefore it has destroyed all of the petroleum is spilling from it. We observed them falling furniture along with a table saw. I am able to supply photographs.
When they got into the 2nd place my husband helped them unload, they just had one assistant and he strove to inquire for more cash.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND READING IF You’re IFFY ABOUT THIS COMPANY: ALSO RECOMMEND FILING A COMPLAINT ON BBB TO HELP SAVE OTHER PEOPLE FROM USING THIS COMPANY THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES.
Therefore the nightmare begins… I looked at so many distinct companies along with also the salesman, Justin P, actually sold me. He promised me that this business was all I could have desired, etc.. Communication was great, pricing quote was amazing, and now here we’re on move day and complete terror. I had been told they’d be here on Thursday without any issues or worries. I know that they have a two day window but that the sales guy said I would not need to be worried about Friday they’d for sure be there on Thursday. (Wish you’d have only told wed/thurs and also this review may have taken a more favorable twist ) Someone was suppose to telephone to review the quote and they never did this should’ve been a red flag there. . .The week leading up to the transfer I’ve been the major person in touch and performing what as my spouse is 1600 miles off doing college together with his GI Bill at a two hour different time zone) Tell me why they call him rather than me on Wednesday night to inform him they will not be here on Thursday??? So today I am not getting any calls and no one is returning my calls or replying me. . To make it simpler I am 8 weeks pregnant and I must depart Friday out of Colorado to Louisiana for medical reasons. I eventually get in contact with somebody and the guy is so DAMN impolite to me and informs me it is my hormones rather than to worry… clearly this guy is the biggest idiot in the world because that is the number one thing you do not inform a pregnant girl. I would not be stressed or upset if you replied to my calls and was communicating with me!! Alright, so I am told that they will be here no later than 12 but involving 9-11a. It is almost 12 and I need to depart at 3p to maintain Colorado Springs. I would rather cancel and lose my deposit compared to continue to manage this horror. Anger and frustration does not even cover what I am feeling due to the absence of communication. They’re still calling my husband who’s two hours ahead as soon as the man said he upgraded my telephone number and they’d be calling me to deal with everything. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE… I can not even start to imagine what other horrors we are going to confront. . The other testimonials show people managing broken items and missing items. . I am to pregnant to manage this and I am just so frustrated and angry with this business after all these terrific promises were made and I truly thought it.
UPDATE: ha the business I must have just stopped and forced them leave… they showed up in my home in 1p at a uhaul they RANDOMLY RENTED. . It had been just two extremely sketchy Russian guys which didn’t talk the best English. My stuff is likely stolen and broken and im screwed is all I’m thinking. I signed documents and read them through but the guy didn’t have some copies of newspapers to provide me that is 110% sketch. . To top off this they didn’t have some resources to disassemble my furniture from the grace of God I’d discovered some resources around the home to have the ability to take apart things however I had to pay extra to allow them to perform so once my buttocks ended up needing to help. You’re hands down the greatest scam and ripp from a business which needs to be so embarrassed to even call yourself a company. They left all their garbage and screws to components around my home and it was only the best nightmare. Nobody will answer my calls or emails about getting my things or even obtaining a copy of files. Legal action has to be taken place.
ITX LLC dba Mile High Van Lines, USDOT #1782839, said in its own”Binding Moving Estimate” which”when the load weight/cubic ft. [of a transfer ] is significantly less than the quote, the consumer will get a credit for the difference. The burden weight of the movement was significantly less than the quote (seen and recorded ), however Mile High Van Lines has refused to repay the difference of $1,089. / On the afternoon of this move, the real movers insisted that the”Binding Moving Estimate”was too low although a careful overview of those things to be transferred was granted to the”Senior Moving Advisor.” The movers insisted on rewriting the quote, raising the load burden by 329 cu. Ft. Our home had already been sold and we had no option but to agree. I contacted the”Client Service Manager,” and has been assured that we just wanted to record the burden upon delivery, notify them, and a refund could issued. We did so, however, Mile High Van Lines refused to issue a charge. Additionally, we were not provided a copy of this newest”Binding Moving Estimate,” that the”Bill of Lading,” or the”Home Goods Descriptive Inventory.”
I hired Mile High Van Lines since they had been very highly suggested by a lot of people I spoke to. The quote given by the firm seemed quite honest. The movers really arrived earlier about the proceeding day. This was the very first indication of how efficient and professional this firm was. The movers took quite less time to package and load everything out of my flat. Very proud of Fantastic service I received
