Certainly the worst!!!! My family has employed Midway many times. This is going to be the very last. My mom employed Midway on her move to Texas. The insurance policy means NOTHING! Things arrived damaged and broken. Some things didnt arrive in any way. There’s absolutely not any refuge, even after paying for $25000 worth of insurance policy. If your objects are picked up they’re accepted to your warehouse. From there they’re filled into a truck along with different customers possessions. When the things eventually came, my mom had to stand away from the truck and point out things that did and didn’t belong to her. The drivers were so close to placing things that belonged to somebody else within our apparatus. My moms Sleep Number mattress has been brushed, of course in the time that the 1 thing in her head wasn’t”let me to file a claim straight away”. And lets not even mention that the $800 in advice to the motorists equally in Chicago to Texas. She moved home unpacked

What exactly did midway do following two weeks of chasing them about? Deny the claim. The reason behind denying was since we signed up the shipping acknowledgement. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT!

This moving company is simply out to rip you off! Not only did they twice the quotation once they’d us hostage along the road from Chicago to Jacksonville, but we had been advised that we were completely covered by insurance for breakages. The contract was made to confuse – and – therefore we did in the middle of moving outside. When our stuff came – a massive image had its framework glass and smashed shattered. Claim to fix is was $1890. They provided us $45 – should we did not post anything on societal websites!!

When they had been unloading a mover dropped broke and on our bookcase. The mover told me that it would not be coated and has been unapologetic. We had been charged DOUBLE of exactly what we had been quoted that was a enormous financial strain. If they were leaving the movers got mad with our inadequate tip and faced with my husband on the very low amount we had been leaning. Later the exact same evening we contacted customer support and have been given the run around for 3 weeks. After talking with Stephens Wayne the Manager of Operations I had been guaranteed to have an answer in two weeks. For this date NO REPLY was received. No telephone calls. No email. I am rather disappointed at the lack of maintenance this business has. They get the cash and do not care about anything later.

I’m really disappointed to start writing this review. I have used Midway Moving before and always had pretty good experiences. But, my final move that happened on August 29, 2018 led to 2 diamond rings missing out of two distinct homes along the transfer path.

I detected my engagement ring has been overlooking the day of this transfer following the movers had abandoned. I instantly began appearing everywhere for your ring believing it may have dropped from my jewellery box – I hunted in the carpeting, at the toilet vents, below the sink, etc.. I didn’t need to accuse anybody of thieving; although the idea did cross my mind, I chose to provide the movers that the benefit of the doubt.

But once I talked with my mother 2 weeks after (Aug. 31) she informed me that her gemstone ring also went missing the day of their transfer (my parents’ home was the first destination of the transfer ). At that stage I knew I can stop searching for my own ring – I understood it had been stolen and so was my mom’s ring. I have had my ring for 3 decades, and I have never once misplaced or lost it. My mom has had her ring for more than 32 decades, and she’s never lost or dropped it. It is too much of a coincidence that all of our earrings goes overlooking the exact same day – much less the identical afternoon Midway Movers were at both of our homes.

I predicted Midway Moving on Friday, August 31, 2018 to examine that the problem and was told I’d be given a call back when they”looked in it.” Now is September 10, and that I still have not got an answer – maybe even an”I am sorry.” I’m heartbroken to consider just how difficult my husband worked to conserve the money to purchase that ring for me personally. Besides the cash dropped, the ring also had sentimental value – it had been that the ring my husband kept at his own hands once he got down on one knee and proposed to me personally ; it is the ring which was blessed in our wedding day. Now, it has gone forever. Additionally, I am devastated that I encouraged a offender (s) in my parents’ home where my mom had her precious possession stolen, also.

This is my next move with this business, and the two moves were exceptional. I’ve yet another move with this business scheduled for late May 2018. I would advise Midway Movers to other people with no hesitation. Pricing is vety honest too!! The movers work carefully and quickly. Janet Miller

Misled advice on insurance policy and broke the displays of both my huge screen LED TVs, and left me $5000 from the hole. I had been frantic my movers did not show up I began calling different businesses everyone said they had been completely booked. But midway said no problem they shipped 4 guys and they were good…. They were quickly carfull and I would never use anybody else

This really is a very very poor moving firm. Although I saved a couple of bucks up front, I ended up paying a lot more cash to replace my destroyed and stolen things. The business is careless and dishonest. They’re extremely slow to react to concerns much less solve those concerns. As soon as they walk from your doorway, they wash their hands of you. Horrible!   I will Begin with the largest difficulty.   The movers stole my engagement ring along with a few other pieces of jewellery.   The Business has yet to react to me personally and will not even call the cop back That’s involved in my situation.   Trash!Second issue. . .they were scheduled to get a transfer on Wednesday and penalizing Wednesday morning stating that they can not make it and won’t be there till Thursday.
