Long-distance move from Lake Dallas, TX
    Canceled day of move

I had a record of 8-10 the firm known as day of transfer in 9:40 and penalizing the transfer since the movers are ill!

    Don’t use this business

    Total professional job

My biggest issues with a plumber were:
    1. Can they appear in time? (I had other tasks lined up which were determined by the move)
    2. Can they manage my items with care?
    3. Can they reach the movement within the projected time window?

Midnight Movers called me a day or two beforehand to confirm the movement, gave me clear directions about what to anticipate, and advocated the best-fit trailer, labour, and time period to process my own move based on my own requirements.

On the afternoon of this move, I got a telephone 45 mins beforehand to confirm that they had been in their way. They came on time, and promptly got down to work. They were quite clear about the way in which the time is figured, were patient with my particular things, and gave me several advice about the best way best to safeguard and extend the durability of my furniture.

The men were cheerful, friendly, and worked tirelessly to finish the move in time.

I had been so impressed with their specialist occupation and would recommend them in a heartbeat. Midnight movers, you made my moving experience hassle-free and stress therefore thank you so much!

Long-distance move from Fort Worth, TX
    You Will Regret Using Them

***Summary:*** Requires longer than it needs to; damaged things; exceedingly inadequate customer services. ***Details:*** We had two movers; one has been an experienced/professional inspector as well as another was obviously quite inexperienced. He needed to be given education over every movement detail and needed to mostly carry the smaller things. Impact? The movement took more than was needed and a few furniture has been ruined. This scenario wasn’t appropriate for either my loved ones, the client, or even the experienced/professional mover.

The movement has been badly arranged. I’d expect that if we’re paying for the transfer from the summertime that two seasoned movers could be sent. On the other hand, I totally understand moving businesses have to train folks. But this shouldn’t be in the inconvenience of this client – the additional time it requires to get a trainee must be in the price of the organization and the client ought to be compensated. In addition to the move needs to be done with extra care so that the trainee isn’t damaging furniture.

The worst aspect of it? The client services. I first filed my complaint and then asked to talk to a individual accountable. Wow – that manager takes complaints personally! I’d anticipate this moving firm to be utilized to disgruntled customers, but they need a serious training in this section. She handled my criticism dismissively and advised me that the movers hadn’t reported that you was inexperienced. She handled my criticism like it had been made up. When I used a frustrated tone throughout the conversation because of the way the complaint has been treated, she accused me of crying and threatened to hang up. Really? I was shocked. Certainly I’m not the first frustrated client! I haven’t been treated this way previously. AT&T, Walmart, Amazon, and many other businesses have a customer support which far surpasses this organization’s. They know customers will get frustrated and manage it with ability. They likewise don’t assume you’re making up things…

Consequently, if you do not care about the standard of the relocation or maintenance when the customer support is quite bad, utilize them.

    Great luck with your move!

    Moving

It had been the very first time I’d used movers and I’d love to say that it had been well worthwhile. Teresa was very cooperative when I needed to push back the time and somebody had contacted me if the movers where in their way. The movers hauled everything in a timely fashion and nothing has been ruined. I strongly recommend midnight hour going to anybody.

Late, Unprofessional and Broke a LOT of items

Pictures were also posted in my Google Review.

COMPLETELY HORRIBLE SERVICE. BROKEN CHAIRS, FRIDGE DOORS BROKEN,
ELLIPTICAL MACHINE BROKEN and Many COLLECTIBLE STATUES THAT CAN NOT
BE REPLACED. According to Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday and requested to talk to
Marcus and was advised he’d call back-3 days after. . .No call backagain.
Team has made it Very Hard to Receive my things fixed and the sole
Thing I asked for was to get the seats and refrigerator to be repaired and I’d
Pay the remaining things from pocket. I filled out the promises form
As requested and sent images to Kika even though Chris Lynch recorded it
All when he had been here. Estimated at 2,500.00 for complete move on Feb and April.

    Driving nuisance

I wouldn’t ever use this company. This afternoon a truck of theirs cut me off to the street and then chose to drive like complete jerks, playing games on the street and impeding traffic on goal and then laughing about it. Should they care more about being a hazard and a nuisance on the street at a business label would truck compared to their tasks, they clearly don’t care about your own possessions.

    Great moving experience

Matt, Chris, Robert and Paul did an excellent job. Could not ask for more challenging working, and caring workers. The office team and everybody we had been connected with were topnotch. And an extremely acceptable price. Thank you very much. Mike M.

    Fast, affordable and efficient

They had been running a bit behind because of rainy weather, however, retained in communicating. As soon as they arrived, the service was five star! The 2 movers, both Chris and Josh went over and beyond to make certain they completed within both hours to provide us an inexpensive rate. They moved over and just charged in 15 minute increments. They deserved a wonderful idea for making my older mum’s moving encounter so painless! I’ll always use this organization and so happy I stumbled upon it.

    Terrible Customer Service

I had been given this movement business by umovefree.com because of my transfer around Monday February 9th. My movers (Damon and Curtis) were all superb. I have used many movers previously and they have been undoubtedly the best movers I have used, and I truly thank them for their helpfulness. They have been courteous, professional, personable, educated and incredibly effective. But, I had a product which didn’t make it in to my new location. I called and talked with Kika (co-owner) who did nothing but argue with me that the very first telephone call I made for her. She explained that”it’s to be in the pickup or dropoff”. If it had been either of these areas I would not have been required to create the call. Not once didn’t apologize, either sympathize or provide to earn right of this circumstance. . .Anyone who understands anything about customer support understands these are fundamental rules. It is really only common courtesy to deal with other human beings using repsect. I have never in my whole life had a much worse customer support experience than I ever had with her. She had been more than unprofessional – she had been down right rude and contemptuous (that seems to be a frequent motif looking at other reviews).By my 3rd phone to the workplace Kika answered the telephone again. She once again was really very very impolite. I told her again that I felt that my movers were so awesome, and that my issue wasn’t with them but with her. She maintained and cried to get a total of 9 minutes. Again, not once offering to correct the issue. Perhaps she had been defensive of her workers, which I could fully understand, but she managed it so poorly. She put words in my mouth and said that I chased her movers of slipping. This has been a premise that she created, none which I mentioned at any given stage. There are a variety of things which might have occurred to the thing — do not simply jump to the end that it had been stolen, or that I’m indicating that it was discharged. Perhaps it’s happened before and that is why you jumped to this conclusion? Who knows? Bottom line: I still don’t have my thing and is unlikely to receive it later on because of this absence of concern or helpfulness in the co-owner. She’d FINALLY after approximately 8 minutes of a telephone call (once I inquired about them being guaranteed ) inform me I could record a claim and be reimbursed 6 cents a pound. . .which does not go much for substituting a 200 and less than 5lb item.I DID sign the form saying my transfer has been finished in the close of the transfer, but using 50 boxes and furniture stacked anywhere I did not observe the 1 box overlooking. So, yes, this really is my poor for registering that form with no more comprehensive inspection. 1 little box is not something anybody would notice. . .in the long run I guess I will need to number things and require a personal inventory and check things off as I get them (which can be much more than inconvienent I’d love to include ). I didn’t feel I had some reason to question the whereabouts of this specific product. I’d love to add that the movers, although fantastic, didn’t mention to me that I could inspect the truck until they left. Had I known this was a choice I would have done that. I didn’t believe it was my first place to go awry at a car that was not mine. Not that this inspection will do some good, since Mrs. Terrible Attitude is co-owner of the business. . .so they obviously have the mindset that they can do anything they need and treat individuals as soon as they need. As I find that you guys read the testimonials and also comment on these I have resolved to join these valuable customer support hints (because you are obviously in severe need of several courses ). These hints here have always been really valuable for me! Just recall AIDET:*Acknowledge/ Apologize– Greet people with a smile and utilize their titles if you understand them. ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING. Create a lasting impression. *Publish — Publish to other people politely. Tell them that you are and the way you’re likely to assist them. *Duration — Keep in contact to facilitate waiting periods and estimated time of settlement. Let’s know whether there’s a delay and how much time it’s going to be. Make it simpler and employ service retrieval methods if necessary.Explanation/optimally — Advise others exactly what you’re doing, how processes work and where to contact should they want help. Communicate any measures they might have to take. Make words get the job done. Discuss, listen and find out. Be sure to help.Thank You — attacking a person. Foster an attitude of appreciation. Providing individuals for their patronage, aid or help. Utilize recognition and reward tools. “Thanks for picking Midnight Hour Movers” is really a fantastic start.Ever heard the expression about customer services? In case you’ve got a fantastic experience you inform buddy. When you’ve got a dreadful encounter you tell 10 friends. It is quite correct. That is my very first ever online review of whatever, however, you can expect that I will examine your organization in as many areas as I can. I’d really hate for anybody to have the exact same dreadful experience I’d had. I have also talked to somebody in umovefree company office and proposed they reconsider with one as a moving business later on.

    NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This firm has a total disregard for personal things, in addition to overall customer services. To summarize, my classic dresser was damaged in the movement. I cautioned that the movers to be more conscious of the removable, and marble slab contrasts; naturally, one dropped out and smashed. When these things occur, I am appalled by how Kika, co-owner, has”managed” the assert, payout, etc.. She’s entirely disrespectful, demeaning, and obviously unconcerned with possible repeat business. I strongly encourage everyone and anyone to never use this shifting service! They do associate with UMoveFree (also I’ve advised UMoveFree to reevaluate their association ), so take note.

    Impressed!

Employed these men yesterday with a 1 day notice. They came on time, moved us at the quoted time, and we even had additional products. There was not any harm to our things and they utilized transferring blankets on what.

These men HUSTLED. 100 degrees out and they had been literally running in their trailer and throughout the home. I truly can not say thank you enough. I can use you guys again, but I expect not to go for some time!

Do not use this moving company

Marcus, the supervisor at the Hurst place is quite unprofessial.

Marcus, the supervisor at the Hurst place is quite unprofessial.

I am just one woman, Before I hired Midnight Hour Movers I especially inquired about reconnecting my drier. The men where in a rush, and didn’t have sufficient time to reconnect it. They said they had additional moving projects and needed to depart. It is still not linked. They had been in such a rush to finish the movement, they scraped my classic bed attempting to get it from their home without speaking it apart. After speaking to Marcus about those problems, we were equally mad. I later got an email from him that said,”you are mad.”

    Don’t use this business!

    Midnight Hour Moving Dallas

Formerly, December 2010 my husband and I first employed Midnight Hour Movers to load, drive and unload on all of us.  Our expertise together with Chaz and Lundy has been specialist and stress free.  Though my husband and I even had a Couple of dumbbells on a Enormous rack, they nevertheless remained lively and packed our possessions with respect.   Assessing our expertise at 2010, we chose to utilize Midnight Hour Movers back again.  We place our appointment first at 7am and now it was ONLY to load our U-Haul truck.  We had been going 1 1/2 hours away from Dallas. Upon both man team’s coming at 7:20am, they analyzed our possessions and proceeded to take a few reasonably heavy boxes into the truck.  At 7:50am, among the employees questioned if we had been on a program.  Knowing that we needed to drive 1 1/2 hours from the town and pick up our keys to our new flat until the office closed, and we stumbled hesitant.  Among the team members threw his back out and was stated that he was to be rushed to another hospital.  Asking when he was okay, the man said that we’d be receiving a call in the office and we’re compelled to wait on another team. We waited patiently to the offices involve 30-45 minutes.  We ended up phoning the office for standing of the next team.  Not knowing if your team was likely to appear and with time ticking, my spouse and I started loading and coordinating our truck ourselves. 3 1/2 hours after we received a telephone with another crew coming.  While the next team was still loading, they had no idea of business.  After the project has been completed, it seemed like they loaded our items, shut the door, reversed the truck over a few days and opened the doorway.  It ended up being a mess! Our treadmill has been standing vertical to a raised floor ground.  With adequate power of a Ideal turn, could have the treadmill slipping onto a busted down cable crossover machine.    Furthermore, talking with supervisor that he had been so rude and had no replies.  Upon asking him what he can do to the annoyance he responded”we’ve got another team coming from”.  Despite the fact that the second team spent 1 hour loading the remaining furniture, we had been advised it’d be at a minimum two hour job speed.  If our possessions were taking good care with respect, we’d have felt much better about the minimal paid out labour speed, whatever the inconvenience. Total there was no client support together with Midnight Hour Movers, nor will I recommend them to anybody.
