Metropolitan Moving & Storage

I’d found these men online with favorable reviews. We recently transferred indoors from a 3BR apartment into one family home. We hired Metropolitan for the two moving and packaging. They did a fantastic job with the true work. The guys who did the physical work were both efficient and professional, also worked tirelessly. Everything arrived undamaged. The difficulty was with their accounts representative, a man named Eddie Zaslav. Eddie came to supply an in-person quotation. He was quite confident in his quotation, the amount of men desired, along with the hours it’d require. After the job was completed, it took considerably longer and much more stuff than he guessed, and the final price was 600 more than the initial estimate! I phoned three times to talk with Eddie, but never got a call back. Nevertheless, they did go ahead and charge my card! This is highly unprofessional behavior, and due to this, I don’t recommend this business!
