    Do not use

We had been provided a estimate of 2441. After the movers obtained here they needed an additional $1400 stating that it was likely to cover the quantity of space they’d written down. They even threatened to leave our stuff behind. I won’t ever recommend them to anybody. The movers were not even favorable either.

Recommended a company that could do the move cheaper!

I coped with Ross who was really useful!!! He said to me that because I had so few things, I’d have the ability to ship considerably more cheaply with another firm. He supplied me with all the links for all these companies in addition to a reduction code. I truly love his honesty. That is difficult to find these days and they appear to be an extraordinary firm.

    Scam

I signed up to some Web Site and lots of Honor Tools known as me. They asked to get a listing of what I had been going. I supplied. They gave me an estimate of $3200. I said,”If you’re able to do it for $3,000 I’d say yes.” They said “Sure”. We put my date up to proceed. I gave them a 1/3 deposit.

I used to not understand they’re a broker.

As soon as the moving business came (a day late) they started looking and quantifying plus they gave me an fresh quotation of $4,700.

I predicted Medal of Honor movers. He laughed at me. He explained,”Well I got you a truck there, your s$$t out of luck.” Our contract was supposed to secure you a truck. He laughed a little more.

So I dropped my deposit. I wound up leasing a uhaul.

Don’t trust these individuals. Now I am sure they’ll write a excellent rebuttal for my critique. It’ll make them seem saintly. Consider you throughout the nation proceed and living you couldn’t expect these folks and receiving your own truck and school kids to load and unload.

    Don’t trust them.

Their worker’s were really straight ahead, and followed up with me since we got nearer to proceed date. Pick up was effortless that the men were very fast in and out. I strongly recommend using their services.

I am always a bit nervous with moving businesses make you know exactly what your gonna receive. I picked Medal Of Honor Moving Group and wasn’t disappointed. The guy I talked to on the phone was very useful and very exact with pricing pickup and drop off times and dates. I have used different moving companies prior to so was still worried because what they educate you about the telephone and what occurs is generally way off but instead of Honor Moving Team did what they said they’d. Moving from NY to FL was concerned about furniture becoming damaged but they have been exceptionally careful wrap everything from protective blankets and managing everything. I am so thankful to have discovered a good moving company eventually thinking this is my 5th period with a different business but I discovered a keeper now!! Last but not least I picked them because they contribute to our military members and specialists that I think is a daring and fantastic consideration to encourage our service associates. Thanks again Medal Of Honor Moving Group.

I selected Medal of Honor Transferring, they’re fantastic. The man on the phone was really helpful from begin to finish. Usually it’s just like they say on phone, however Medal of Honor Transferring sure did send. I’d certainly recommend this company to all of my family and friends. Additionally they will send your vehicle. Thanks Medal of Honor! I urge them to anybody moving a very long distance.

    DONT HIRE THEM

We had been lead to think that this was a moving firm. They’re NOT A MOVING Co.. They’re only agents. Our land was contracted for pickup near or on June 27th. They contacted us that the next week to inform us that the truck was complete and couldnt receive our land. Then they stated it would cost almost $1000 more to choose this up! I requested to get a supervisor call me….never occurred. I publish this on July 21st and still NO DELIVERY OF MY PROPERTY! While I call them, I get the normal answering system, using NO RETURN CALL. They’ve moved my house to a different business today and I don’t have any idea where it’s. I needed to pay more than 3000 added and still no shipping. This business will reduce bid and twist up, and cost more, then sell off to a different firm that can gouge you. I’m responsible for selecting a lawyer and going after them. DISGRACEFUL THAT THEY USE THE NAME OF OUR MILITARY HEROES. THIS Co.. IS DISHONEST AND NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!

    Excellent Service

As soon as I talked with Chris, he was quite knowledgeable about my requirements. He had been friendly and made certain that all was going to workout. I totally advise that you phone and ask for Chris. My furniture arrived punctually and even less than what I anticipated. In general, from begin to finish, I stayed anxiety free. They transferred my 3 bedroom in Los Angles into Chicago. Other firms gave me costs within $7K. But, $5500 has been my complete. I had enough leftover to find a brand new IPhone.

    This is the one!

So, I went online looking for movers and oh man did I get any answers. From moving online I obtained at least 20 calls from several businesses, wow, that was mad. My 1st or 2nd telephone was a man names Chris from Medal of Honor Moving. He took me through the entire procedure and had been patient and assisted me with this stressful movement throughout the nation. His quote was somewhat higher than the remainder BUT he clarified about firms lending low ball estimates. I was perplexed. . How can a business give me an”official’ quote and modify the cost??? I’m EXTREMELY happy I listened to him, I phoned my brother (who proceeded earlier ) and he informed me about his dreadful experience with moving with a very low quotation. Anyhow, these guys are fantastic. My movement was smooth and Chris always answered his mobile phone. Thank you thank you thank you.

I moved my mother to an old people home (I understand that is not the politically correct name lol) anyhow, she needed to move, she needs additional assistance. So, I needed to be certain that I picked a business which will care for her and wouldn’t rip us off, in other words, a person HONORABLE! I’m so so so happy that we picked them, they helped us out soooooo much. Thank you Medal of Honor Moving!

    Dishonest and rude

They left a bad (and non ) quote on the telephone, came and told me it had been over 3x the amount of the quote, and then repeatedly made rude remarks (various individuals on the telephone, customer support, warehouse supervisor ) attempting to inform us we awakened and were dumb for misjudging the quantity of stuff we’d. We hoped with over the quote, but over 3x? 1 individual even threatened to sue us (more than what, I don’t have any clue). They’re so rude and impolite. They even implied that people were too bad.

Among the movers appeared to pretend a telephone to the warehouse to make it look as if his hands were exhausted.

A dreadful experience throughout the COVID-19 pandemic that’s already stressful. DO NOT USE THEM.

They accepted our deposit due to the wording in their contract so took cash out of us for doing absolutely nothing. They chose to call us once we cancelled and chose to present our advice to a lot of additional moving companies (possibly related to them?) And today we will not quit receiving calls and texts.

A messed up business. They shouldn’t be permitted to get away with behaving like this. Considering how stressful things are correct now with all the pandemic and unemployment, so you would think that they could have some compassion and talk well –even though they could not alter the price. In actuality, while my spouse and I was puzzled at the enormous cost growth, we still might have used them when they were not so impolite. It felt as though they were hoping to bully us. They’re a scam and have to get taken to action.

Company tried to extract additional money at time of delivery

I signed a binding quote (similar in quantity to what I’d obtained from different businesses ) to move a classic secretary out of a home in a suburb of NYC into a home in Florida. Medal of Honor was given a picture of the product, its dimensions, and a precise description of their pickup and delivery details. The price I was quoted ($1,100) was to get a minimum volume and weight, which my thing was far beneath. I was not able to achieve my Medal of Honor salesman once I signed up the binding quote. In the time of shipping (I had been given less than 24 hours’ notice), the pickup and delivery firm, CR7, advised me I would need to pay the residual amount of this contract and another $1,500. When I protested, the further amount rose to $2,500, and that I had been told that when I did not cover, my thing would be carried to the organization’s warehouse in New Jersey at which it’d be saved in my cost. As soon as I called Medal of Honor Customer support, a surly young girl encouraged the extra cost. She provided a compromise cost of $1,000 within the binding quote. It was just because I managed to get in touch with a friend who was an authority in long distance going that I succeeded in accepting delivery of my thing at the contracted cost.

I’m not certain who the guilty party is: CR7 (the pickup and delivery firm ) or Medal of Honor (the agent ) or if they’re equally in cahoots. My expertise seems to be comparable to that which others have experienced.

The first man of contacted advised me a low incorrect cost. Due to lately being widowed-single mom,I paid the deposit. The cost almost doubled. Then I wished to cancel. I cancelled in a quick quantity of time but The organization explained that I was going to loose my own down payment. So I had been trapped/scammed. The business told me that the movers could be present to pick up my belongings on Sunday but they showed up on Friday. The business stated they’d drop my things of on May 1st(as of right now, two weeks ago) I’ve called repeatedly and they don’t know where my things are in. They stated”dispatch hasn’t contacted back them” and that they would call me. I haven’t had anybody call me back. I am hoping my items are not stolen.

Irresponsible company and worst moving experience

Medal of Honor failed to supply a trusted carrier and led to a past dreadful and incredibly disappointing customer experience through out the transferring procedure. Since till today, after over a month delay, there’s not any response on if our stuff is going to be delivered or saved. Using a 1 bedroom load, and also we have not received anything, any incoming telephone, any communication on whereabout, however boundless worry, fear, disappointment.

    The carrier

Zion Relocation Solutions, the carrier delegated by Medal of Honor, has a”Not Authorized” performance status on USDOT site along with an impending insurance cancellation. The unprofessional behaviour from the owner to the team are all unheard of.

    Pick-up Moment

4 hours notice earlier pickup rather than 24-48 hrs in accordance with normal procedure. Launched at 9pm, completed at 11:30pm

    Loading

    Unprofessional behaviours such as:

    Deficiency of understanding of contract,

Don’t know how to properly handle products

Don’t request permission to input part of land (bathroom )

    Sexist remark to female client

    Transportation

The company picked up our things on Feb. 15th, 2020. Last update was that the products were en route and will be sent on Mar.20,2020. Carrier messaged us that our things are nevertheless in Dallas warehouse. They failed to send by the time that this report is created.

    Communication

Through the wait for more than a month, Medal of Honor’s communication has been quite suspicious, to say the least. They promised opinions from management following our verbal complaints, we never heard backagain. JLyn-Customer service: Rather than coordinating with the provider, she challenged our program on shifting date in spite of the fact that the carrier only gave us a four hours heads-up for pickup once we asked for reimbursement of accommodation.

    UPDATE:

40 days after, on March 24, they delivered our belongings, WITH 4 ITEMS MISSING!! We’ve got record of stock and images of our possessions. We’re SUEING THE RESPONSIBLE PARTIES!

    Moving Without Stress During COVID-19

We only wanted to go out of state with no hassle. I was sort of doubtful about utilizing the Medal of Honor Moving Group initially since I did not believe that they would be available as a result of COVID-19. Before getting a quote on the expense of our relocation, I presumed that they would inflate prices that many businesses believe that they could get off with, readily during these hard times. The entire price of the transfer was just $2500, which is economical in comparison to other moving businesses in the region. I was fairly amazed at their authenticity, and kindness since everybody appears to be on edge today.

    Amazing Experience

This is my first time going as a grownup. I transferred a lot a child from the army but the army constantly coated everything and we usually had something broken and it had been quite stressful. I was very apprehensive and researched and obtained quotes from different businesses. One of my buddies used Medal of Honor Moving Group and so I took their recommendation and I am happy I did. They did an incredible job. I transferred from Indianapolis, Indiana to Grand Rapids, Michigan for less than $2500. This was considerably less than a number of the other quotes I received. They’re easy to speak with and managed my move with caution. They left a stressful time exceptionally simple. I’d definitely recommended them to friends and will use them again if ever needed!

In years past I have always seemed to the traditional method of moving. I’d let a truck, catch a few family friends, and devote all day devoting everything for my new site. However, with me creating an out of state move, I knew that I would need to seek out the support of movers. I made many calls for quotations and all the costs were average out to the identical median. To proceed a two bedroom home 90 miles has been costing me over $3,000! I was just going to cancel the movement altogether once I stumbled upon Medal of Honor. They become my very best move! They cared to my possessions as though they were their very own and the customer service was outstanding. Happily , I was going in my first bought home, and that I likely won’t have to move back, but should I ever opt to upgrade to a bigger home I will be calling for Medal of Honor to perform the honors!

I utilized Medal of Honor to a buddy’s recommendation since I did not wish to sift through the 40 firms in Schenectady, New York. They told me I might reserve a vehicle and have it satisfy me in Stewart Airport once I got there, and this was crucial. In addition they have covered trucks (that was essential since I had quite a few heirlooms that I absolutely didn’t want broken ). They decreased that 40 businesses to a great 5, every with adequate policies and advantages also gave me my selection of this team, which, of course, was far simpler. This provider is a total scam. We’ve been waiting for over 24 hours to pickup. They never confirmed or revealed up on 3/14 the very first day (that will be the pickup date from the contract). Afterwards they predicted and verified that they are going to appear between 4 AM and 6 AM on 3/15. Scammers

I shipped Daniel pictures of the particular parts of furniture and quantity of boxes that I had to be transferred, complete with measurements. He estimated that my transfer at $1500 for 100 square feet of truck space. In addition, he understood the conditions of the movement, which have been unlucky and involved with my older parents. He promised me he’d treat us.

The day of the transfer, I’d cleared the furniture out and boxed everything up. Client support, Jlyn, had called to say the truck was running late. I supported everything together with Jlyn, that confirmed that really, the truck dimensions and square footage were true, which Daniel’s quote was great and that if I had to bring a couple more boxes it wouldn’t increase the price; I had lots of space along with my purchase.

It Wasn’t Medal of Honor Movers who showed up, however, CR7 Moving and Storage. I used to not understand CR7 and hadn’t heard of them before those appearing after dark in the doorway. Once I showed them what needed to proceed, they composed a bill for about $3600.

THAT’S RIGHT, FROM $1500 ESTIMATED (WITH DIMENSIONS PROVIDED UPFRONT) TO $3600 CHARGED ON THE DAY OF MOVE!

I phoned Jlyn instantly to counsel, but once she talked with CR7, her story changed and suddenly I had been on the hook for about $3600 or, in accordance with her, I had been free to use a different inspector and shed the $500 deposit I’d paid to Medal of Honor. However, I had no option. I had been under stress. I’d no longer to waste searching for movers.

It ended up being a BAIT AND SWITCH at a really stressful position.

Daniel had whined, Jlyn had whined, and even while the movers on site the afternoon of the transfer reduced their cost for me personally, I still had to cover out of pocket 2500.

Additionally, but on arrival in my home, in which the furniture was moving, CR7 charged me an additional $125 (new complete: $2625) AFTER that I LOADED MY OWN BOXES INTO MY OWN TRUCK FROM THE MOVING TRUCK, WHICH WOULD NOT DRIVE INTO MY NEIGHBORHOOD EVEN THOUGH I HAD GIVEN THEM ADVANCE NOTICE OF THE ROADS!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They’re A SCAM

I hired them this organization and also paid a deposit to pickup my profits from Charlotte, NC February 29th. I talked to 2 individuals at Medal of Honor among these is Billy who obtained stock and also claim his in customer support advised me to call the moving business. The moving company explained that they wouldn’t deliver my things. I phoned and talked to Billy who understood my things would not be sent that he gave me a false date of March 10th or even March 11th nobody known to verified if they had been in path for both of the days. Then I contacted him on Monday 9th to affirm they told me that I needed to again call the moving business who never reacted to me personally. Billy again gave me the following false date of March 12th or even March 13th. Called back now that’s March 12th no confirmed delivery date. I managed to get in touch with the moving firm later having a message, they said that they had been particular when they chose my own things they informed Medal of Honor which they would not deliver them. The moving business then said the Medal of Honor informed them a different moving business can pick up my belongings now. I predicted billy back he explained his not at all dispatch that he did not understand that Quick Easy Move would not be bringing my things. It’s been a month because addressing this business nobody understands who would be bringing my things. At this time, I am announcing my things stolen and I need to file a suit against them. They said they’re a broker once my items have been picked up they aren’t accountable for this. Daniel McCormick was that the Revenue person, sent me links of poor reviews from a different firm he said another firm wasn’t a fantastic companion yet his conducting a scam and by he never reacted to my some of my calls or text messages.

Long-distance move from Las Vegas, NV
    Still waiting on household goods

Where do I started was quoted a fantastic cost to select them over a different moving business. Were told my product might be transmitted out of Las Vegas, Nv into Birmingham, AL withing my week time period since they have trucks moving that way constantly (first lie). I sent in a listing of everything which was being sent and contained several additional boxes to record. I had a first package time of 9 am and they did not appear till 4 pm. After the inspector obtained to my 1 bedroom flat that he strove to boost my general cost by $600 with no logical explanation of a reason why. The movers walked out on without packaging my flat not once but twice at night. I had been scheduled to test from my flat by 6pm so I needed to extend my shifting out with a day to let another pair of packers to come back and package my own flat. Fortunately I have a fantastic friend who might oversee the packaging of my merchandise so I can catch my flight. Now it’s been nearly 3 months and I still have not got my household products like I had been guaranteed. All I’m being told is that you just signed a form stating that it might take up to 30 days that I know but not exactly what I was told by my sales representative. I’ve relocated across state twice this has become the worst moving experience for me personally. Remember cheaper isn’t necessarily better. To the provider never guarantee a time period to a client if you can’t live up to this promise. And I am prepared for your rebuttal of my accounts of what because I really do have video I could upload of your own packers hanging out on me.

    Pre-Move Issues and Resolutions

MHMG helped me once I underestimated my transfer away from Arizona to Arkansas. I am a 100% Disabled Veteran with TBI / cognitive troubles.

As soon as I contacted MHMG the agent listen to my own requirements and walked me through the procedure. We moved from room to room (via telephone ) and that I revealed each of the things to be transferred. I had been quoted a reasonable cost for the footage and then proceed. While packing I understood I under anticipated me possessions and forgot to add my garage possessions.

I’d already signed up the quote and before I understood my error. I’d also for got about the additional old and brand new residential prices I needed to pay and an automobile payment.

I tried to speak to the customer service many times a night with no answer.

I did receive a instant call back in the afternoon and that I clarified the problem and also the my fiscal matter. MHMG hear my worries and aided me in creating a transfer that has been beyond and above the demands and duties of the Business.

As a result of the employees who recorded, known and helped create a movement which didn’t exceed the capital I’d available with this movement, I managed to keep my contract.

My transfer date is coming, so that I can not examine the movers, and now that I shall post a review following this move procedure is complete.

The MHMG Company personnel, were excellent in helping this Disabled Veteran once I needed the assistance.

    Very unprofessional moving practices

The Medal of Honor moving business is awful. I informed them I had a three bedroom 2400 sq foot home an they appear with a little truck unable to hold my furniture all that an then said it had been my fault a desired to bill me 3000 more. An we needed to make yet another trip to have the remainder of our furniture. A 10 hour trip one way. DO NOT USE. I really don’t think they have something related to veterans as they assert

    Long-distance move from Exeter, NH
Unexpected increase on day of pickup

My daughter moved from NH to Colorado in December. I searched online for an excellent Move Company and has been quoted the very best price by Medal of Honor. I was even happy because my father was a veteran, but this has been a mistake. When I phoned for the quotation, the sales man Mike Scott was a normal salesman telling me that the cost that he quoted was the greatest. I told him I’d be receiving quotations from others now that I had an notion of the price and he advised me to not waste my own time. I had been quoted $1,682.72 following my daughter gave him a listing and dimensions of this stock. It was a little movement.

The movers showed up on 12/5 four hours late and immediately I had been asked to get a copy of my quotation as boxes were already put on the vehicle, the man tells me that my quote was far too low. New cost increased to $3,716.00. I was in shock!!! He explained because MOH didn’t send a person to take stock it had been quoted to get a more compact area! MOH never even suggested on coming by to look at stock and stated the size he offered will be right.

I phoned customer service since the movers had been loading and I received no help besides they’d review and return to me. When I canceled transfer, I had been told I would need to pay a cancellation fee as well as other fees for your truck to drive from NJ to NH to receive my belongings and we had to move. I had been immobilized!!!

Customer Service known as a month later once I kept after up stating there was nothing they can do. I intend on carrying this further, but wished to write this so many others aren’t trapped like me and many others who’ve had complaints. DO NOT USE THIS MOVER! It’s a broker rather than the real moving firm!! BEWARE!!!

    Long-distance move from Otisville, MI
    Amazing Expereince

A couple of weeks ago I made the choice to go from Michigan to Florida to be with my fiance. I had never transferred from country before, or lived anywhere aside from a little city named Otisville. For apparent reason, I had been quite reluctant dependent on the horror stories I read online about several moving businesses. . .rest promised, Medal of humor isn’t among these! They’re the good men. Everything they said from the very first telephone, was accurate all the way around the ending if they picked up and sent my things to Florida. They even had a good assurance call to clean up a few of the things I forgot when we first reserved the transfer. Mike Larson was exceptionally patient, knowledgeable, and useful traveling through each of the things a second time. Please do not walk into this business to another move. . .RUN!!! 5 stars all of the way.

    Long-distance move from Washington DC
    Awful experience.

Estimate from Medal of Honor Transferring is 1600 with 200cf. Sub-contracted firm that did the real transfer, CR7 Moving & Storage cost came to $2826.25 with 425cf. Several days before the transfer, I requested MOH Transferring if the quote needed revising since we had to include 5 things. I had been told’no,’ from the salesman since we did not use as many boxes as recorded in their own estimate. This was be the foundation for the additional cubic feet included. (The products were not big. The additional things were a pole vacuum, two regular sized suitcases, a cable plant stand, plus a little bedside table.) Additionally, I texted a thorough list with all measurements of things to be transferred alongside images to our salesman as well as their shifting estimator 3 times ahead of the transfer and I had been told nothing required to change so far as cost.

This movement had to occur on particular dates. Salesperson said twice in writing that this movement was’simple’ and could occur as intended. Day of the relocation without a telephone from movers. Telephone MOH Transferring and has been told by customer support that the transfer is occurring on various dates than desired, and that I signed up a contract revealing that a 2-day window. I explained that I had in composing – double – out of their salesman who the transfer would occur on particular dates and client service stated that was not allowed. She kept referring to was that the contract that I had signed up, not to what the salesman had consented to.

I’ve composed a letter and talked with customer support concerning this movement requesting a refund, and that I had been told on the telephone a refund was not an alternative because”the transfer occurred.”

I’ve registered a complaint with the USDOT concerning this movement. So lots of things which went wrong that should not have.

    Don't believe anything

I used there support in November to get a transfer from California to Indiana to get a two bedroom flat. Quoted on the telephone was 2560, once the movers showed up they corrected the quotation to over $5000… that I had been stuck between at a rock and hard place and needed to vacate this day. Complete Screw Job. I’m a veteran and has been screwed with these folks.

I seemed for a moving business to get a few months to proceed out of our LA home, to our new residence in WPB. This was a 3bed therefore that I was scared something might go wrong (we’ve got a good deal of valuables and items ). I wound up getting a couple quotes from different businesses, but picked this one. Michael was quite comprehensive, answered all of the questions I’ve had, aided understand the entire procedure, because I had been spat out lol and allow me to feel secure with this choice. The genuine movement went smooth. They be sure to get in contact with me all of the time, I did not have anything ruined, the movers prepare the furniture for me at the new house like I wanted them to… Overall, I would say do it.

I usually don’t write reviews in any way, but I’ve had numerous problems with movers previously I figured it’d be well worth it to write a review once I really had a positive encounter. From begin to finish it was a really smooth procedure. I made certain my stock was true and the agent went over all charge that could apply for my own move. Overall amazing encounter, movers were fantastic and customer support was fantastic.

    Scam Alert...RUN...don't walk.

See if my critique seems just like anybody else you browse and you will know precisely the reason you need to avoid these scam artists.

Moved in the Northeast to Florida

    1) Ben J the sales rep was so dreadful. Lied stating he had been with one of the bigger national manufacturer names, offered me a secure price of $3,100 later having a thorough invintory of my possessions over the telephone, and then avoided all of my calls that the day of pickup when the moving business jacked the cost.

    2) Following the moving company came two hours late, they attempted to jack up the price by $1000.

    3) After having guaranteed delivery on a particular date, both the moving firm along with Medal of Honor Moving broker either instills a law/regulation that says a moving firm comes with a 7-15 day pub for late night deliveries. (Imagine being eager to shut your new home only to find out that you will not have your possessions for more than a week.)

That can be a horribly unscrupulous company that insults guys of true honour. Aviod at all costs.

    Useful tips:
    1) The big reputable national brands won’t ever request a deposit upfront.

    2) The big respectable brands will send someone out to assess frankly what your cost is.

    3) make sure you read reviews online.

    4) Assess the BBB and confirm licensing.

Hope that this helps save someone money and time.

I originally used the bogus title Sal Smith to secure my identity on the internet. After studying Metal of Dis-Honors replicated remarks, I am ready to talk about my real name that is Steve C. I really do so in hopes of shielding future households from getting the horrible experience I’d had. There’s absolutely not any justification for making claims on the telephone, amassing their trimming upfront, acquiring the wheels up the cost with no appropriate evaluation and subsequently providing 5 day after the promised date.

Finally, to be able to get this opinion published, mymovingreviews.com faked that I supply them with the first invoice and last shipping paperwork to demonstrate I really conducted business with Medal of Honor. The paperwork also proved the increase in cost and late shipping.

You seem like you’re getting a good deal until it’s pick up day!

You look as if you’re receiving a fantastic deal but in moving day, they’ll nickel and dime you for all. BEWARE they don’t have their own trucks also will seek the services of a different business which you aren’t conscious of before the day of pickup. You don’t have to select which moving business and don’t have a opportunity to check at the corporation’s reviews. I believed I had been employing Medal of Honor and locate some unknown business rapping at my door. The movers themselves were alright however that I attribute Medal of all their dearth of communication. Kris bane was just thinking about getting me to sign the contract then actually describing the additional fees. I won’t ever trust this business again!

"Baffled" at the poor customer service

Really disappointed with all the interaction that I had with MOH shifting team. After performing research to compare prices for moving using a professional business versus DIY shifting I have chosen to transfer my few things throughout the nation myself. Upon making this choice I texted MOH moving team to state”I love you reaching out for me personally but I have chosen to go another way with my movement, therefore that I no longer need your services.” I obtained texts back and on asking as to why I decided to do so rather than use a specialist business and I clarified that I know the expenses of a DIY relocation and that’s the path I’d like to shoot, without I didn’t decide to choose a different professional moving business. I’ve included screenshots of these texts I obtained out of your MOH representative, of course I was amazed in the tone and assumptions this agent was creating. I was raised in a military family that has moved throughout the nation countless occasions both DIY and with professionals and know precisely the consequences of doing this myself and the way to proceed, package, etc.. Additionally, I was amazed at the way personally this agent took my refusal of utilizing their solutions, I hadn’t even got a quote yet or started some kind of expert connection with this organization. While I DO intend on doing so movement throughout the nation myself (much to the shock of the agent ) even when I do change my mind in the coming weeks I understand I will certainly NOT be utilizing MOH moving team, and everybody who’s contemplating them ought to know they don’t treat their prospective clients with professionalism.

    Horrible Customer Service

This icompany is a broker. Their customer support is entirely lacking, not customer friendly, and, very frankly useless.

It required several calls to every one of the a variety of telephone numbers (such as a incorrect # supplied by the top quality man ) to find a pickup date for a little bit of goods being sent out of FL to SC (that wasn’t a comprehensive move). After eventually obtaining a pickup date, they weren’t able to tell us if the shipment would even leave Florida, as it wasn’t a complete truck load.

The shipment did depart and was sent to our daughter, BUT there was just 1 man with the truck who didn’t place the bed together and couldn’t get an additional piece of furniture upstairs by himself, and consequently needed to acquire assistance from a relative. THIS IS A DIRECT VIOLATION OF THEIR CONTRACT!

Since our dispatch was modest, we had been advised that there could be a decrease in the last payment based upon the burden, however the driver demanded full payment IN CASH (using a 90 minute shipping note on a Sunday) before unloading the vehicle.

Tried to achieve our sales man now, since I am searching a partial refund. He referred me with their customer support # but obviously they didn’t answer the telephone and that I needed to leave a message.

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

    THE MOST HORRIBLE MOVE IMAGINABLE!!!

There’s insufficient space on here to satisfactorily explain our movement. We transferred from Chicago to Austin and they shifted the pick-up twice before they even showed up. It was presumed to be an immediate move yet that’s NOT what they advised the company and we did not get our furniture till 8 times later. They even put it into writing and still didn’t honor what they believed.

    1. Lowball quote merely to receive our small business. The price rose by $3,000 although we sent them an itemized inventory list ahead. We refused to cover them 3 grand more when it had been a nightmare even at there. We rented a truck and my husband drove off the rest things hisself.

    2. The moving team that showed up was 1 grown adult and 5 or 4 teens. They had no resources and my spouse needed to help them. The team who showed up once they eventually delivered our belongings consisted of a middle aged married couple and that is it. My husband needed to unload the truck together to do it prior to midnight.

    3. They lied to us repeatedly about our possessions and the length of time it would have to receive them. The trip was designed to function as 3 days. We had no clothing, accessories, sheets, etc.. We moved on the ground for 6 nights while getting some of their most dreadful customer service possible. I had been on the phone crying since I had a job interview without a clothing to wear to it and then needed to move to a scheduled overseas excursion with little more than the clothing on my back. Come to learn , the truck was literally sitting at a warehouse the vast majority of the moment.

    4. We packed our belongings really well with bubble wrap, and and things was still broken. A number of my grandfather plastic documents are broken and can not be substituted. You’re able to inform the containers were lost or just thrown onto the vehicle. I’m also missing a box of my clothing and the framework for the son’s mattress is lost. Plus we’ve got a record of books which truly do not actually belong to us.

We’re attempting to encourage this company however, you need to select somebody else. ANYONE else.

I’ve OCD so the second my husband suggested a moving firm I believed I was going to faint. Two weeks after I was biting my fingernails in anticipation of something, anything to occur while two men I did not understand moved my items.
