Please save yourself the frustration and anxiety about employing this business!!   Not only is that their client support dreadful, however they contracted out my business to AV Transferring, who in-turn improved the cost per square foot that I had been”contracted for in writing” via Magic.   Magic, of course, was no where available to help get this fixed. I tried several contacts and has been dismissed. I did get ahold of Sam Pearce after and that he promised to speak with his president and the president in AV moving and get that fixed, but I never heard from him again. I ended up having to cover the extra currencies and has been threatened with my items being abandoned in storage at a rate of $300/month till I compensated AV in total. If Magic contracts out their business to other movers, then They Ought to be required to inform you upfront that They’re going to do so, and They Ought to still be responsible for the transfer.   The company that they contracted to finish my move has now lost 5 boxes, 2 tables, two candle holders along with a bed frame.   I’m receiving no assistance from Magic in getting this solved with the firm THEY CHOSE to do exactly what I hired them to perform.
