Movers were professional and great! I would urge them for somebody else too. They had been on time!!

They take their sweet time, damage products, and then try to strike you using a invoice double the quote. They attempt to force you to cover before unloading your premises. If a plumber tries this, get in touch with your bank prior to paying or perhaps call the neighborhood police. This behaviour is not permitted and do not allow your house be held hostage. DO NOT PAY UNTIL SERVICE IS PROVIDED!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! After first conversation to make the reservation and necessary deposit, they never returned phone calls or emails. Proceed was scheduled involving 2-3, plus they didn’t arrive till 6! They were 3 hours late. We didn’t get any telephone calls telling us they’d be overdue or allowing us know when they’d arrive. The office told me they couldn’t assist us, and they had no idea once the movers would arrive. THE OFFICE STAFF WAS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL, INEFFICIENT, AND RUDE. We had been overcharged $100. I called the office to talk about the discrepancy, and they wouldn’t even listen to me. They simply hung up on me! I reported this business into the PA Public Utility Commission and to Your Better Business Bureau. They shouldn’t be in company, and I can’t know the way they still are running a business. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Extra fees billed.
Promised three guys two arrived.
Broke eyeglasses, cracked dresser, didn’t place screws back into bed framework which broke later.
Two guys took more and they billed me.
We needed to transfer containers for movers at the same stage which induced me to maintain pain (60 year old with sedation ). . .they always allow you to sign release papers. . .poor services. . .do not use..additional price for mattress planks cost me 68 bucks

My move has been scheduled to start between 4-5 pm and they did not came until 7 pm. They also had difficulty following instructions. I’d hints on all of my furniture and boxes branded and they still messed up it, placing things in the wrong place or lost things I had needed them to comprise. I’d agree to shifting some of those branded furniture myself because I had been intending to transfer modest items myself anyway and since it was getting late and I just wanted it done with. They also were going to bill me for the 5 hour quote as it really took over four weeks and we needed to await an unreasonably period of time to find confirmation of this fee change and also to clear the payment in my credit card. To be utterly honest however I can not really fault the movers themselves; they were respectful and friendly, but beginning early in the morning and scheduling them to function until 11 pm is absurd. These men were dead in their toes (as was I) that is likely the reason why they put a lot of my things in the incorrect rooms. When there wasn’t any chance they were going to be that late that they ought to happen to be scheduled for a different day & time. I’d happen to be flexible with the scheduling. We transferred 12/28/13 the movers were a couple of minutes early that made us very pleased! They wrapped and secure all of our furniture attentively. The 3 gentlemen at the team moved us fast softly and professionally, so they had been done before we understood it.   The movement lasted about 3 hours since we’d transferred all our boxes daily before. Overall we had an Superb experience with this business

The movers came at half an hour early. The total for this particular movement was offered at $415 for 4 hours of effort. I had been billed $97.50/hr to get a 3-man team. I wasn’t provided a 3-man team; guy #1 was incredibly short with really small palms, therefore not able to pickup and transfer a substantial number of things. He could just carry them one-by-one due to his short stature. Man #2 has been extremely old and had several medical conditions. He was limping badly, using a shoulder, and whined continuously…”My toes will be hurtin! Lord help!” Secondarily, he also complained of a very painful bleeding which prevents him from doing the transferring jobs. I empathized with the guy because he was older and in the pain, and treated him having a pain reliever. Given the simple fact that I’m an innovative clinic Registered Nurse, I’d added pain relievers for continuing care. Man #3 wasn’t even a guy. He had been a 13 Year-old boy, who had been the son of brief Man #1!   Mackintosh packaged the truck exceptionally slowly despite my several entrances that they needed to rush up and that my storage space might close at 9:00 pm. Needless to say, they proceeded so slow that the storage area shut. While I had been upstairs shifting boxes, they had been captured downstairs congregating and sitting at my kitchen and dining area. As soon as I came down the staircase, they’d scatter as though they were functioning. They shot smoke breaks and spoke on the telephone at their own leisure. They weren’t professional movers and hadn’t knowledge of the way to package the vehicle. They left the rear of the truck unpacked and stuffed with almost atmosphere, and piled all of my things to the front part of the truck.  They then explained that they needed to load the rest of my things into my two SUVs or that I needed to put them behind! They insisted that there wasn’t any more space left to the truck that was moving. Once they filled up among my SUVs, I still had things left. Then, they suddenly could open back up the moving truck to heap the remainder of the things on. But, my two SUVs at this stage were already full. It took them at total of 12 hours to package the things to the moving truck and also helped them with packaging and moving since they were taking a long time! They left trash all over the dumpsters along with the house owners charged me an extra $200 since they needed to get and wash out the wreck Mackintosh left. After, everything was packaged to the vehicle, they said that they all were hungry and needed to move to Wawa to find some thing to eat. They travelled Wawa, obtained food, rested, and ate all of it in my paid clock in $100/hr! When they arrived in my new home near 3:00am, Man #1 denied to unload my things off the truck before he had been compensated in total for its transfer. He postdated the finish period of this transfer an extra 3 hours, overcharging me to get support. Since they left me overlook the storage space sooner at 9:00pm, then I advised them that they needed to move everything into the new site. Three hours to the unloading procedure, they said that they had been too exhausted to carry on the movement and had to leave the occupation. Not able to transfer the things out of the truck myself, he explained that my items had to keep on his own truck and he then charged me charges for two days storage. I wanted that they bring my things later that day but they denied saying that I had to wait for two days and billed me storage to the two times that they refused to deliver my possessions! The load up procedure in complete has been 14 hours! Please note, the quotation has been 4 hours.   I went downstairs for my SUVs which were packed together with my things, and that I discovered bleach spilled from my $100,000 Porsche!!!! They’d packaged bleach in the vehicle, allow it to melt to the digital chambers of their maintenance all night!!!! There was whitening of my rugs in the front of the Porsche too. I needed to submit a car claim to possess the harm addressed. I phoned the Mackintosh workplace and explained what occurred and also an ignorant, schooling and rude child explained that he had been the boss! Then said among those events that occurred that night had ever happened! He had been playing loud music at the backdrop, with profanity beating and laughing with friends. Sounded like a pleasure ride.   Two days after they returned together with my things on the vehicle, the exact short guy (Person #1) again required payment before he’d release my things. And, he billed me for storage again although he billed me about the very first day!! So, that is 4 days of storage but just 2 days were supplied, along with the two days were faking on their own behalf — naturally to boost prices through postponed time. I needed to subcontract two additional guys to enter and assist with unloading to ensure Mackintosh would not require another 14 hours to unload! When they found another two guys there, it unbelievably just took them two hours to float!!! Damage to my things because of mishandling and sloppiness and/or theft? 1 ).  A few of my own oil painting are all overlooking two.  Interior harm for my Porsche 3.  Dresser is broken up 4.  Painting borders are sheared off 5.  Granite decorated floor lamps ruined 6.  Wooden podium deciphered The afternoon after I noticed my things stolen along with my car ruined, my cars abruptly had nails in the tires. They flattened the tires of both of my cars by just hammering nails in them! This isn’t a professional moving business! They misadvertised. Mackintosh used arbitrary guys off the northeast roads which were searching for side projects and leased a U-haul truck. They didn’t understand how to package the automobile, caused damage for my things, stole other precious things, damaged my pricey vehicle, also extorted my cash throughout time absorption. And they’re abusing child labour laws with kids work long, lengthy, grueling hours (including the 14 hours occupation that the 13 year-old boy played in my existence ). Please DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT use this business! They aren’t professional movers. They get guys off the roads which are searching for side jobs and also rent a Uhaul truck, and they then extort your cash during slow moving and even theft. These men aren’t professional movers. They won’t even ship a team that’s worthy of your cash. And they’re abusing labor laws with kids work long, prolonged hours (including the 14 hours occupation that the boy/Man# 3 failed ). Save your cash, and if anybody has experience what I have experienced, then please visit to this Better Business Bureau to find this fake business from business. They Simply need your cash and can make you a sufferer!

The worst encounter, by a Good Deal.   The quote was less than half of the end cost.    
They conducted my card until they unpacked the truck using an estimated moment, but they ended an hour early. . .NO REFUND (they billed us for work that they did not do).  
Within an hour of down time waiting for someone to deliver them some supplies (never came ), billed regular pace.  
Not Able to get through to business and it’s been a week.  
Estimated 1-2pm and showed up at 3:20pm.  
Had he incorrect departure and arrival speeches.  
The boss told me they’d have ended packing at 4:45 when he had the Ideal supplies.   We did not leave until 6:30.
The moving team didn’t possess wrap plastic, dollies, hand trucks, or carts of any type. . .REALLY

Here is the most dreadful and disgusting moving business ever I needed to Manage.   To begin with, they arrived 2 hours late to start with. They did not bother to phone me, I needed to telephone the business myself to Discover the time They’d Appear.   Second of all, they had no clue how to package things in the vehicle.  They were catching anything they could catch from the Home and dumping to the truck.   They were unprepared, they did not even deliver an instrument box, or even a hand truck.   They used my private hand truck to move a Few of the things and also my tools to reverse my dining table and dressers, etc..   Among those men did not even understand what dolly had been.   Unbelieveble!!!   Afterward , they left behind numerous things because they stated that that they had been operating out of time because the storage area was shutting in 10 PM.   I needed to lease a U-haul truck and also create multiple trips into the storage location myself because a number of things would not fit in to my SUV.   Finally, when they arrived in the storage location , they refused to unload the vehicle and needed to be paid in full with cash or charge card.   This Wasn’t from the contract.   They Simply sat there till my spouse paid them together with the credit card.   These men were idle, unprofessional, and impolite Folks.   I have not called the salesman nonetheless to provide him peace of my thoughts after he promised me that they’ve movers operating for the Organization rather than peopel they employ from outside.   I really wish this business goes out of business shortly so Nobody else have to deal with everything I needed to Take Care of.

This provider isn’t responsible in any way. My moving was intended for 2-3 pm, saturday. They simply begun to postpone the moving hour by hour and they attribute the prior lengthy moving. Eventually they came at my own apt. at 8:30pm. Three men just sat in the vehicle and did not even wish to spoke to us. They had been drinking and drinking at the truck and eventually when they chose to return, I told them there is not any proceeding anymore. We can’t begin moving here at 9:00pm and arrive in the brand new apt. In 1:00 am and begin moving things. They stated this was my difficulty as well as their managar began to provide us the exuses and indicate to get it done the day after. The employees were so unprofessional that we did not need them to perform our job after. We simply wanted our deposit back which of course the handle said it had been nonrefundable.  Just do not utilize this mover. It is a waste of cash, and what’s more, it is going to cost you your reassurance. There are far greater business out there.

I transferred out of philadelphia to cherry mountain and they arrived on time packaged me and transferred me that the smae moment. They did a excellent job I leaned every man $50.00 I highly reccomend they to anybody who desires great movers llllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll

This firm went 200 within the quote they gave me and blamed it on the fact that it was a hot afternoon and the lift wasn’t allowed for just their use.   This movement was out of a 1 bedroom inclined to the next around 35 mins away plus it cost me over $500 bucks, not like the Items Which they broke and also refuse to Cover.   They abandoned that the newly painted white walls of the new apt. With perspiration and grime stains on them.   The scuffed up my and sweated in my seude sofa.   When arriving in my new apt. They did begin unloading till they recieve payment in total, which might have been nice it they’d have informed me that instead of conversing on the telephone.   Additionally when they recieve payment it requires approximately a second 5 minutes of these on the telephone I suppose with the primary office to inform them just how far they recieved, coming time etc..   They gave me 3 movers, one had been in and out of the toilet 3 times that I depended, 1 of those movers explained that it had been his first day at work and another was one his Mobile Phone at least 3 days.   The one who had been in and from the toilet was at least 45 years old and that I felt awful with him lift whatever.   They broke two of my things without even telling me.   I transferred out of the Exact Same place Annually ago with just Two movers and they have it done quicker and for less cash.   I won’t ever use this provider again.
