I felt quite comfortable with how they managed my things. Ms. Veronica was always a telephone call away with any queries I had and made sure to answer them for me. Quite disappointed with their services! To start with, they had been 45 minutes late. The guy on the telephone had lent me $65 a hour using a minimum of 2hours. If they load up my items they tell me it is $75 a hour with minimal of 3 hours. So today we are talking$225 total. It requires them an hour and a half to pickup and send. I am billed $225 total. The guy says since I am in harlingen and they are from McAllen. As soon as I made the phone and gave him speech and all he knew I had been out of harlingen. I even made him duplicate $130 for 2 hours. Very dishonest Should you want my opinion. To maintain saying”my own apologies” doesn’t constitute or warrant cheating individuals. I’ll make certain to share this information with friends. They did not even have the correct tools to transfer my really expensive fridge. So after charging me an outrageous sum they did not actually do the task complete for my satisfaction! Very bad service and quite disappointed with this business. I could have recruited some friends and purchased them a few beer and they likely would not have done a worse job. Professionalism is exactly what I desired!
