I am likely going to fight to articulate exactly how happy I am with the support obtained from Ricky and Brian in Low Budget Movers. I had a large, imported dining table which needed to weigh well north of 500 pounds moved from 1 home to another. Both did the job at two hours (quote was 3) without a issues/damage. In addition to this, they had me rolling with laughter several times with their hilarious sense of humor. They clearly worked well together and just did an unbelievable job. Well done, men. Well-freaking-done.

WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER. Lent me 3 to 4 hours a 99 per- rather 1 mover was ill and spent at least 20 minutes from every hour in my toilet all day then charged me for 9 hours – they broke several antique/or expenditure parts of furniture, abandoned matters, tried to get me to visit the bank for money for them. He screamed at me in front of a witness which they’ll not ever move anybody in Scottsdale again since I would not sign I was happy with their occupation. I phoned to report to the proprietor and educated by Corey to submit a claim, they never responded to my attorney and now I’m carrying them to Small Claims court to get the 2300 they owe me for partial and damages hour refund and reported to AZ Atty General. Brian dismisses every summons delivered to them & never called me back. Assess all testimonials carefully, they are disgustingly awful

This is actually the 2nd time we have used them and once more, their support was outstanding. Ricky and JD were terrific – superb conscientious and cautious with all our antiques.

Do not use this firm for long haul motions!! They’re terrible. They transferred my house contents and ruined several parts of furniture together with scrapes / bruises – that is a clear effect of not understanding how to package a truck efficiently. They defeated multiple boxes – I have not even opened them yet since I’m too disgusted with the entire situation. They had been overdue by over 24 hours in arriving to my house – I had been connected with the driver a few times and EVERY moment he was not able to offer a REASONABLY exact estimate of when they’d arrive. The motorist was texting me at the middle of the night giving me upgrades which were absolutely erroneous / unworthy – I do not have to understand that he is stopping for petrol , over slept since he was exhausted and wanted to clean up after a very long driveway – what the hell is that around?? After a time, I simply stopped thinking him and only waited for him to arrive. After they sent the contents of my residence to the destination, then the driver was becoming belligerent with me on what was ruined and chalked it up to”that’s exactly what occurs when you proceed”. How about – that’s exactly what happens when you employ incompetent movers which don’t understand how to package a vehicle for long haul? Even though the price was correct, the experience has been dreadful! Do not use this business, perhaps not worth your possessions getting missing or damaged.

Poor experience!   We chose to employ Low school Policies to create things less stressful. The movers we have were very inefficient Concerning disassembling and building furniture.   This Way, a procedure that was designed to shoot 5 hours each their quote, required 12 hours Because of Their inefficiency (you are paying each hour).   The movers fiddled and fiddled (while around the clock) using our $800 stroller till they broke it, making it useless.   We were assured we’d Find a phone to fix it or replace it, but it never occurred (more than a week now giving us the runaround).   Eventually, when we flocked to the cost and asked a reduction in the end of the evening Because of our expertise, we threatened to take our land as payment.   It may be that people were simply unlucky but Watch Out!

Worst experience ever! They dropped his television, shattered an antique duplex, ripped a hole in a love chair. They started out accepting accountability for the harm, then if they discovered just how much it was all going to cost to fix they chose to become [EDIT]. Brian shouted at me and wrapped up on our telephone conversation. I contacted BBB and Brian whined to this BBB, so the event had been lost, really disappointed with the BBB also. Brian had his men pickup my broken things and was likely to provide me replacements
Things in their own place. What’s a gross, dirty television likely to replace my television that has been lost? How is another sofa likely to replace the wonderful couch which I had? How is an entirely different hutch likely to replace my dead mother’s hutch? Brian can not appear to comprehend this! They threw my sofa away, therefore I don’t have any sofa, my television was still broken and if my hutch was returned to me it had ADDITIONAL glass broken onto it! Brian denied that it had been broken by these transferring it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I had been advised that the paperwork I had was registering was to deny the extra insurance when the moving truck had been in a collision through the transfer and my belongings were ruined. We were just moving 4 kilometers, they were not in an crash. The products were ruined because of their neglect.

This corporation would get unwanted stars from me if it had been possible. Considering that the Owner hasn’t responded to me I’m just left to publish this inspection expecting another single mother does not get cared for.

Not only did Brian in Low Budget movers cancel on me not once, but two in 2-days. And not certain I’d have even been a client if I had not contacted them together with the no display and the no telephone to follow up.

I believe I had been the most patient of individual in regards to a client and went over and beyond to this business, which really needs to have been the other way round, I was the client. I had been elastic in my movement and feel that let me be taken good care of at the end. As you’re well aware the first scheduled movement for Monday, May 28th on this date that I had been left me stranded without a movers calling me to notify me that they would not be here. Without a telephone it direct me to calling Brian, the owner twice that day feeling awful I had been bugging him about the vacation. Then again I was the client not even being touched, why should I’ve felt bad. I had no option as a result of time that day, yet to reschedule for the following day, Monday, May 29th. Then yet again the exact same thing happens the only distinction is that I had been made to take work off and overlook when I did not need to because nobody showed up once more. Incredible, I was shocked. Cancelled on or no display twice is completely unacceptable. Yet again I had been quite accommodating and understanding. I was subsequently scheduled for first thing the next morning 7-9 am coming time and informed me that you’d go on and give me $99 discount for your hassle, and 3 movers are there bright and early to look after my own 2-bedroom move. Very straightforward, as I’d moved all of my personal things, everything, the one thing I’d was furniture 2-bedrooms, living room, dining table and patio collection. That is it quite straightforward and just furniture no more boxes or individual products at all. The truck and just 2-movers came at 8:15 am. Feeling great that this could be pumped out in 2-hours in the absolute most potentially 3 and that I could get to work. But, 6-hours afterwards that has been totally ridiculous. I had the slowest movers that had no care in the whole world. Not only did I miss yet another day of work but had been outside an extra 3-hours of my period which was not needed and was completely improper. Then my youngest son goes to bed and low and behold it comes crashing downagain. Low Budget movers put the bed back together, and bankrupt the negative framework. Then proceeded to set the mattress to the bed and leave as if nothing happened. I’m quite blessed the bed did not fall or hurt my son since it’s a heavy framework and that he is quite tiny. This has been the icing on this cake. Yes, even the movers were nice and pleasant but over all I am very, really frustrated. There’s not any way the transfer should have obtained over 3-hours with what little I needed to proceed and to come off with a day and 1/2 of reduction wages along with a broken mattress from from your organization is quite concerning.

I had been wanting into the Owner to himself in my location. What could you do if the situation was reversed you’re the client, meaning you had been cancelled on twice, no revealed with no call from the firm for an upgrade forced to phone on your own (awful customer support ), then the transfer was far to long (dual ) plus they left you with ruined furniture. In case this was you how would you enjoy the circumstance.

This is really a sport for both of these movers dont ever use these individuals.

I didn’t provide them the name of Greatest Movers Ever with no reason. These guys are certainly the very best experience I’ve ever had moving flats. They had been on time, no difficulty – cared for everything without fractures. Nothing was too much trouble and they had the entire move completed in 3 1/2 hours.

Low budget movers radically underestimated the money and time it required our relocation. They promised to ship their biggest truck but then said it had been out of support. Then it required two excursions. They did agree to forgo that the fee for the extra travel time. The movement ended up costing me nearly double that which I budgeted.

The movers themselves were fantastic guys. Very cooperative and worked out hard. However the mindset of this business was unacceptable. When I whined about how badly they underestimated the time and price for the transfer that they eventually offered to take 10 percent off. When I called to repay they then said that it would only be 10 percent off the next day’s service. This 1 day proceed took two weeks. I had been told it’d require 5 to 6 hrs. It took 10 hrs and an additional hour or so of extra travel time. As soon as I pressed that they said they’d give 10 percent off which ought to be for the whole move… not only for the further time on the next day which should not have occurred they essentially told me to go sue them. They stated they always triumph. What does that tell you. They need to have been sued many occasions no matter how the fine print of the contracts shields them IMO.

I’d strongly recommend not to seek the services of this provider. Get a respectable firm that sends out someone to supply a free quote and will stand behind it.

Arrived in time, worked fast and the men, Derek and Leroy, were superb. Very professional and tender with my own stuff. Even assisted to throw out some furniture for me. I’d recommend them and would consult with them to other folks searching for movers.

I am just writing to commend Billy and Reuben in their movement with last Wednesday. I’m quite particular and it requires a lot to find a perfect anything out of me but with all sincerity I will say that I wish I could give them 10 stars. They were so professional and considerate I was astonished. Transferring was a nerve-racking circumstance but these two went over and beyond what I had been expecting. My very first moves about Arizona (I had been going from out of country ) were dreadful with all the movers showing up 3-4 hours late with no explanation along with a list of items that they had been and were not likely to perform. They had been even careless using furniture and ruined a number of expensive glass and marble bits. Obviously I was gun shy now around. I knew I wanted professional movers however I had friends on speed dial prepared just in case the movers”demonstrated out”. THANK YOU for getting such wonderful employees. Not once did I need to phone my friends for assistance and if they checked me up within the course of the afternoon that they had been shocked that 3.5 hours afterwards, not only was I moved from the 1st aggressively but to the second. With NO harm to my furniture now around. They put everything exactly where I wanted it (even though it meant from the storage space ) so that I wouldn’t need to lift it afterwards. I couldn’t say enough about how good these guys were that my buddies are asking their advice for upcoming movements that they are considering. I genuinely simply didnt say thank you enough instances.
