Locatelli Moving and Storage

We picked Locatelli more than other bids, but all were comparible in price, since they appeared to have the ability to adapt our needs better than the rest. Another services intended to pack the vehicle, drive 4-5 hours, and then unload in 1 day. Not only did this result in a very long day for everybody, but we might have been hurrying to get things to our storage by closing time.
Locatelli had two types of movers; a single group who fulfilled the truck, and then another group who unloaded first thing the following day. The two teams were lead by Miguel, who did a wonderful job of handling the whole group, and allow us to feel comfortable that our matters were being managed carefully. Both groups were equally great; excellent attitudes, respectful, considerate, hard workers, and really seemed to care.
Half of our possessions were planning to storage and the other half of our new residence. Our sales rep Misty arrived the week of the movement to package our greatest pictures for us, and also the movers followed our coding with which boxes moved to that place.
You will find just two miscommunications that you need to know about. Locatelli utilizes United Van services. When they perform , they will have a”bingo” system so that every product is tagged and assessed as they come off the vehicle. I had been told that we’d find that support, but did not. When I whined, Miguel instantly got Misty about the telephone and she personally came out into the home to solve my concerns. A strip was inserted into the lock and then cut in front of me so that I understood that the truck hadn’t been opened through the night. The next glitch was with cushioning.  I had been advised that my furniture moving to storage could be newspaper cushioned and prepared to go to my second movement.  Miguel believed that the things would be better shielded with blankets, which were subsequently removed upon birth. Fortunately we had a large storage area and did not need to pile furniture, so consented to take Miguel’s guidance rather than newspaper pad them for second time either.  
Glitches can occur. I’m more worried about how they get solved, and Locatelli did a fantastic job of resolving these scenarios. They had been in our home immediately by roughly 8:00-8:15 about the very first day, and then left our house place at 5:00 am the following day so that they might be at our new place by 9:00. We were really impressed with that.
Though we haven’t had a opportunity to confirm our storage things yet, we did not have one break, scratch, or even lost piece of  furniture or even boxed items in our new residence.
