Lifetime Moving & Storage

I haven’t in my several years of proceeding from 1 location to the next had such a excellent experience with a moving business. First Amanda won me over when I was searching for estimates. Her friendly character and total dedication to Lifetime M & S made me feel as though I’d be working with a group not only a salesperson who spoke large and left you dangling. We are living in NY and have been likely to transfer my father-in-law from AZ to NY. Our main concern was that the variety of quite delicate items he possesses and Amanda promised me that they’d be dealt with correctly. Another tricky part was that I was not in AZ and needed to get a quote according to my memory of the flat.

Everything was set up for a April 20th transfer – airplane reservations, transport, movers – whatever. Subsequently the coronavirus pandemic shifted everything. After postponing the movement forever, we chose a surprising decision to venture out to AZ and deliver him back a week ahead of our initial plans regardless of the lockdown. Amanda was amazing and was able to produce the shift, at which time I had been set up in Amy’s very competent hands. I can not tell you exactly how many discussions we had, however, she had been with me all the way from pickup to delivery. The packaging group, Ralph, Victor, Brandon & Rafael, had been wonderful. They had been granted special permission from the senior maintenance centre my father-in-law dwelt into come in and transfer his possessions regardless of being at full lockdown. They were quite respectful of the requirement to minimize contact with other people and wore masks. They wrapped boxes and wrapped furniture in the hallway so neatly that among the employees asked for business cards as they were so impressed by their job. All of my concerns had been addressed and, again, I felt like I was being cared for by the entire Lifetime team. Victor took such maintenance packaging the very fragile pieces that I took a movie to talk with my spouse that had been really concerned about them. I spoke with Ralph a great deal about the company’s methods and assignment and was so impressed with him and that which he stated that I am still speaking about the encounter. Amanda texted me once I returned home to inquire, not just how the movement went, but the way my father-in-law failed flying into NY since she understood that he was quite apprehensive and fearful about the entire event. If I had not known it earlier, that alone could have advised me I’d made the perfect choice from movers. That’s so beyond and above!

We had one small hiccup at shipping which has been cared for readily by Amy. Again, moving to some senior care center, the delivery guys were granted specific permission to move in the flat, but what needed to be unwrapped and squeezed down at the parking lot ahead. Unfortunately there was a change on the part that complex it even more. Rather than a 1 bedroom apt it had been now a studio that he was going into rather than what transferred was about to match. I hadn’t seen the flat and wasn’t permitted in but gave them a design depicting where I would prefer the furniture set. I knew it’d be tight and was not even sure it’d match. Another exceptional touch, the direct deliveryman took a movie showing me that my strategy had worked. Both of these men (I am sad I do not recall their titles ) never whined about the annoyance of unloading, unwrapping and dividing everything. It may have been chaos, however their serene efficiency and willingness to assist us out with all the modifications made it so easy. Possessing the ProMover Service required all of the stress about whether or not the last payment could be as contracted. I have been stuck with additional fees a lot of times. I really like that alternative! Everything came and everything was in excellent condition. Some boxes have yet to be unpacked but without any observable harm or rattling, I hope that the contents are still all fine.

I might go on and on and I understand that I missed many chances to sing the praises of Lifetime Moving & Storage, however, I hope you understand. Thanks for taking all of the stress from an extremely stressful situation within an exceedingly stressful period!!

Very good to put you to their company. . However, the moment you register in what’s terrible. They become incredibly rude once you call to have upgrades. I signed up to find the delivery in 7-day window also called a few times to determine where my furniture has been. They sent it that the last moment daily 7. Movers explained that they’d had my furniture for days in their own truck and Lifetime didn’t inform them that they had to send it inside the 7-day window before a while earlier (they needed to drive all night to arrive at TN. Several items were brokenup. I took two months to acquire the settlement. The business that pushes their customer support (VIP) is your worst, most terrible customer support and unworthy. Be wise and prevent this moving business for your own good.

Our furniture has been picked up March 25, 2019 at AZ and delivered to CO on April 9th. When delivered we had a busted 3′ 4″ vase which has been broken, our entrance door threshold was flexed, a desk was broken, and the shirts of our washer/dryer were scraped. Lifetime Transferring was still here and motorist watched that the damages incurred, we registered a claim and sent photos. This ordeal was going on 4 to find now consuming ordeal behind us we agreed to $200.00 for harms. We’ve been coping with the Claims Processing Company in the east shore for 4 weeks, now is August 6 and we are still awaiting the settlement. We had been on the telephone on holding for 35 minutes now and once more and nothing is solved, they blame us for not signing a release form that we did not get. It is our fault based to them but they’ve not followed up and today we get it is our fault. Lesson learned, and we advocate using a moving company which is more concerned about client support and doing what is right.

Very disappointed. They moved our items around state and ruined all their furniture and are currently non receptive. They place damaged timber out of our dressers back from the Shop, custom made furniture has been ruined beyond repair and several different things are ruined. I’ve been attempting to acquire the claim compensation for more than a month now and have already been on permahold multiple occasions and the telephone is consistently disconnected.

I really do believe myself to be very experienced in this subject of moving. I recall the very first couple of times I transferred. The majority of my items were busted! Finally, I’ve had it and hired life storage & moving. They’ve been moving my possessions because then. These guys are just so professional. Their team arrives constantly on the ideal moment. Their guys are extremely competent and proficient. My previous furniture survives within their palms. They are affordable too!

Lifetime team at select up was quick and productive. They wrapped all of my furniture. They delivered my things quickly (5 times ) and all came in fantastic condition. They even reassembled my mattress. The communicating with their workplace was excellent. They called me prior to the pickup, following the pick up to get a questionnaire and they phoned me again before shipping. They email me with all the shipping driver info, so that I will contact him directly and they even sent me a copy of my receipt until they delivered. It had been great to know that my speed is not going to change. That’s the scarriest part if you proceed. I’ll certainly use them again should I proceed. Will recommend to family and friends.
