Beware!!!!  Beware!!!!!   The proprietor Jeff Annett isn’t exactly what he says that he is!  They stole from mel!!!!!  They’ll harm your items beyond repair, not replace them!  The proprietor will inform you that he has insurance but won’t return calls or substitute things that he and his team ruin following your move!!!!   Jeff will guarantee a very low bid and then overcharge you all due to his own incompetence!!!!!  They’ll make any movement to the very stressful time you’ve ever spent together with any inspector….this is exactly what they’ve done for me personally and my loved ones and I’ve noticed other reviews that say the very same things.  They literally stole from my own garage and completely ripped away and awakened a side board of a few of my sofas and strove to conceal it by hammering it!!!!!  They maliciously required the hardware required to set up for the kid’s bunk beds and other things required to have the ability to use furniture beds, etc., and will not return them or my requirements begging to have back the hardware!!!   Jeff was late both days of this movement causing his guys to sit about and wait for him personally and also crippling our capacity to acquire another truck to transfer some extra products.  He then wished to bill for all of the time and the effort required to operate around the problems that came up since he was overdue.   When I denied he and his men became surly, demanding with my things and wouldn’t reassemble things they’d taken apart to proceed.  Jeff the proprietor was this kind of [EDIT]!  He spent hours complaining, wouldn’t listen to some leadership – went on and on about his”recent divorce”!   Only left you want to run screaming out of the construction!!!! (and then understanding you may need to pay him for all of the strain, broken things – jiminey) The transfer proved to be a total disaster!  My daughter is still in tears on her things that they all broke.  :-LRB-  If you decide to use these – don’t say you were not warned!!!!

Stay away from the corporation. We put up our relocation more than fourteen days beforehand, hauled with Jeff about the things we had transferred and the 3 places we were going from. Agreed into the costs on the site and believed we were really good to move –NOPE. Morning of this transfer, the men appear, 4 not 3, such as we proposed and also gave us a completely different price strategy. They said if we did not agree to this new pricing they’d only abandon, leaving us high and dry with no movers within our shifting. We did not have any other choice but to agree. Tried calling Jeff daily with no response, no calls backagain. The moving men had no idea that we were transferring two apts and a single storage device into a home so that they were sterile because they had been told only one clever. We’d also arranged to our 1,000 pounds. Gun safe to be transferred daily, Jeff promised us it would not be any difficulty –NOPE the men did not have the gear to move it daily. Needed to take two hours off out of work Monday for its moving men to return to maneuver the secure. STILL have yet to hear back in Jeff, avert this organization! On an optimistic note, the men that really did all of the heavy lifting were effective and did the work well, ” I really feel sorry for them having to utilize for this kind of bad business proprietor.

After reviewing several firms I picked Last Mile moving since the firm proposed the ideal credentials to me in a excellent cost.  We utilized then on September 3rd, 2012.   I feel now that my sole benefit was a fantastic cost since they didn’t honor the conditions of the arrangement and haven’t returned telephone calls.
The conditions of the contract contained transferring everything I desired transferred in my previous home.  After I left the assumptions to be in the new house to get a delivery from a different firm, they packed up and closed the truck telling my spouse they were completed.  There was a slew of items left behind.  It took my wife and I many more trips loading our own vehicles to have it done.
Additionally, the conditions of the contract were to divide and re-set all furniture up.  This also did not occur.  The guys simply DUMPED what they could to the garage and didn’t put up a part of the bedroom collection.  They didn’t even tell anybody where the hardware was because of this.  The team also broke my office chair, which was rather costly and completely ditch my King size mattress.
The team showed up on time, however they all were wearing clothing with the logos of various moving companies consequently which makes me wonder what firm they really work for.
So far as damages move exactly what disturbs me is that Jeff, that appears like a supervisor or owner of this business never returned my telephone calls concerning the scenario and the team vowed to deliver me a brand new or substitute office seat and as anticipated, hasn’t return.

They did dismiss me by two hours at $119.00 per hour but today I’m out of pocket much much more to substitute a King mattress and an office chair.  No call back from Jeff, the proprietor??  Unacceptable.  If you’re searching for rock bottom pricing, then possibly a fantastic option, but it might cost you even more in compensation.

The movement has been timely and the movers were so great men. The cost was as agreed. They place two big creases in my own stainless steel fridge and refused to take my claim. Jeff said a .60 percent coverage but refused to cover my damages even at the advertised pace.

He said because I’d negotiated a very low pace, they wouldn’t honor the foundation coverage at .60 each pound! When I said that was improper, he wouldn’t return emails or calls.

This is an ideal illustration of why everybody understands the moving business is corrupt and filled with poor operators that must be closely controlled and forced out of industry not to be accountable to their activities.

Don’t use this firm for any reason, actually.

Owner Jeff Annett denied to cover our claim. The movement was great, very good men moving our items 3 kilometers to some other home. The place two big creases at the front of the stainless steel refrigerator. The harm was noticed by the direct inspector and annotated on the contract. As soon as I contacted Jeff he stated he wouldn’t honor the promise, apartment out. After emails and telephone were never returned.

Do your self a favor and prevent an unethical individual and business. He’s the main reason why moving businesses, especially local ones have such poor reputations for ripping off their clients – since they perform! Don’t use this firm for any reason, ever!

Both men who did my transfer were superb. They were cautious with every thing and packed my things from the truck such as a jigsaw puzzle. They worked really hard and did not hurt anything. They barely even took a rest and dropped my offer of dinner.

My criticism is with Jeff Arnett along with the quote I had been given. He hugely underquoted my movement in between 250 –350. I used him to come along and look at exactly what I’d had, but he denied, stating it is scarcely worth it and would not help him create the quotation. I explained myself as getting”a great deal of things” — especially novels. I have a great deal of books and that I informed him about 40 sticks values, which was fairly accurate. My movement was be almost 600$! I chased the underquote. By listening to what I needed to say regarding my things and then telling me a far lesser amount than the one that I had in my mind, I believe that I was misled. Jeff shouldn’t do some more quotations on the telephone if this can be actually the outcome. I was quite descriptive and total about exactly what I had when we spoke, so the way he developed the very low quote, I really don’t understand.
