Allow me to start off by stating, the team did well and have been really friendly men. They ran to a situation prior to my movement, where they couldn’t have known was likely to take so long. My review will be more towards the conclusion of communication and management.

I had been told my movers are in my place round 3-5pm. After several back and on texts using their manager, they eventually came at 8:30pm. This was after being told nearer to 5, then 7-7:15, and then basically he stated he wasn’t sure. The explanation of the boss had been that the remaining trucks were from state, therefore that he couldn’t send the other truck to alleviate the group and he then began trying to drive it straight back into the morning – but I needed to move out of my place that day.

Though I know that the situation was outside of his management, the customer support I received was bad. All said and done, the movers completed about 10:15-10:30. I was still charged the 360 amount – without a reduction for its lateness.

Being in customer service myself, this is a bad excuse of consumer support on the direction of the business. Like I mentioned , the movers were amazing and fine men, however I feel like in the event that you operate a moving business – you need to prepare yourself for situations such as this and also have another truck prepared incase a situation such as this happens. This and if that’s the case, you compensate your client so to your mess-up in your end.

These men are extremely un professional. They arrived late half and hour after I got their message that they were in their manner. I consented for two people who have a truck but discovered 3 individuals with greater speed per hour arrived to my flat. When I ask why there’s 3, among them stated the third individual was supposed to visit a different moving by his group individual did not appear so that he came with us. It is not my issue to acquire third individual, there was an arrangement. They spent 45-55 minutes in breaks, smoking at the vehicle without even cutting this time in the compensated time. One of them remained within the truck cupboard for 45 minutes performing no job. Another one remained for 20 minutes talking on his phone, then if he watched me starring at him he came to work with a single hand while he still talking on the telephone. They installed the mattress wrong and there’s scratches everywhere in the mattress, sofa, vanity. They attempted to convince me to spend money on the time because I obtained their message that they were in their way and they stated that they went into my new address first so that is the reason they were overdue. It is not my issue that there is overlook communication between you and your organization. I’d dreadful experience, please don’t hire them.

I spoke to jon in the start and we discussed everything that had to be transferred. He gave me a quote of about 7-10 hours to receive my 4 bedroom house transferred to Indianapolis. I guessed it’d be more than 10 hours contemplating we needed to visit a storage device in Indianapolis. Very professional young guys came to my home and must work ASAP! I was shocked. (Ive had poor experiences with movers.) They packed us in 3 hours, drove two hours, unloaded in two hours then obtained the device completed in two. I was shocked!
