This company is totally dreadful!! They are really misleading and care nothing on your possessions or personal experience. Ben Johnson is a coward and would not answer my calls after the 4th week of never getting my possessions. It took them 7 weeks when I had been quoted at ten to 14 days. They also up billed me and were rude to manage. Please don’t ever consider using them. They aren’t great men and women.

I’ve proceeded using professional movers 5 days prior to hiring J&R Moving Services from Elberton, GA, and that I ought to have known better. Taking it in stride, I reserved the service lift at my flat for October 23rd to help the movers and rescue myself”stair charges”. I haven’t heard from anybody from the business because the 17th. It’s Oct 23rd now, just beyond noon. . I’ve called multiple times that this morning & abandoned messages & attained agents two unique instances who said they would phone me back with info…. No info was provided.

I don’t have any idea if my move is going to be sent or what state it’ll be in as it receives here. I wouldn’t suggest this moving business to anybody. They haven’t made this movement comfy or even a smooth procedure within an already stressful time.

UPDATE! It is 1:50PM…. After phoning the organization and dispatcher, leaving more messages, & not getting any advice I eventually blocked my contact number as well as the dispatcher again… He replied… There is a”large delay” along with my transfer has never even been loaded to return to me personally. It may be here on Monday, 10/28/2019. Someone should contact me. That is incredible.
