Damaged my furniture. No fix supplied. Mistreated me. NC commission may also do nothing.

I have several rental properties. Yesterday one of my renters hired this business for moving. If they parked their truck to unload their things, they puled directly to the sidewalk, then which was only fixed a week ago. Concerned neighbors requested to maneuver off the truck the sidewalk as it is going to damage it. Men was very rude about it, and did not need to cooperate in any respect. 3 individuals came to them and the answer was exactly the same”We aren’t moving out truck everywhere” – in exceptionally rude way! As soon as I asked them to do it last time, they simply begin crying at me! Overall disrespect! Once they left we watched markers anyplace on the sidewalk out of tiers. I really don’t know who called the company” Joyful Movers”, however they ought to change it to”Rude and unprofessional movers”! Avoid this business!
