Jimmy Casper Co

On July 9 I phoned Jimmy Casper Co & talked to Billy Grace. I made arrangements to get a team to be at my house on August 1 at 9:00 a.m. to unload a 15′ truck to get me. I even prepaid.
On July 31 I understood I’d had no verification call, so I phoned – obtained voice mail – left message – no return call. About August 1 at approximately 8:00 I called again exactly the same thing. I called back I believe near 10:00 wanting to understand where they were – same thing again. I got online and found that a website where I could fill in a few advice & send a message. I did that inquiring where my help was. I eventually got a text in the Jason stating I was not on their own schedule. I explained that I had booked it on July 9 & maybe prepaid. He said he would see what he can do – ultimately texted me back that someone could be here about 4:00. I texted him & asked him to telephone me – he did not. I texted him & asked if he wanted my speech – he never responded, so I just texted it to him. In the meantime I opened up the truck & up about 20 percent of it myself before it got to the larger heavier things. Two young guys finally came just before 5:00 & acquired items unloaded for me personally. (Additionally, I helped them with a few of those smaller lighter items.) So, I think that I must be eligible for at least a partial refund once all matters are taken under account. However, naturally, when I attempt to phone their number, all I get is voice mail. It’d be nice if somebody in their company could contact me & try to solve this situation. I’m not a happy baby! (Incidentally – that I am a 70 Year-old lady )

Two well dressed guys showed up 20 mins early. Helped finish packaging my items at no charge and loaded me up far faster than I believed it’d happen to be. Very respectful with large smiles on their faces the whole time. With picking a random moving business not knowing what to expect, it is always a bit iffy. Really I stumbled upon jimmy Casper co due to their very competitive rates. Though I hate moving, I will definitely be searching for those guys next time that I proceed!
