This business utilizes bait and switch tactics for you to reserve your relocation. They supply you with an estimate and time estimate on the telephone, then the evening they arrive that they”recognize” that it will take more than they believed and abandon you paying 140 or more on your quotation, and should you would like to cancel it is more than $500 to do so. They provide free 30 day storage should you are using their services, but if you attempt to recover your things all on your own, they also inform you that your are not permitted and you need to cover them for shipping even though the contract does not say you need to use them to redeliver your things. The only thing that says is that they charge another charge for re-delivery. I paid over $420 to allow them to maneuver my 7 boxes, mattress & box spring, unassembled dresser and nighstand, side table, two barstools and 1 big bag in their storage. They are currently saying if I transcend the free 30 day limitation, then I’ll need to pay the yearly payment cost of $125. I’ve tried to re trieve my things before the time frame is up, however, they won’t permit me to recover my items. I know that a quote is just that, a quote. As a result, while I had been miserable with having to spend $425 later intially being offered $289 once I paid my deposit, I paid it off. What I don’t enjoy, has been backed into a corner to cover yet another $400 into some dishonest business.

This business provides among the cheapest estimates of the larger moving companies, if they came in the home, they have several charges which weren’t clarified over the telephone which included hundreds of dollars into the transfer. The afternoon of the transfer there isn’t much you can do. . .especially if closure on a home weekly. You will find multiple furniture and walls ruined without a settlement. Avoid this company in any respect costs!

My mom and her roommate were transferring 3 kilometers out of 1 assisted living center to the next. They offered them 350 bucks. After the truck was packaged they had been advised it’d be 980. Because of the simple fact that they were billed to your trip to and from Tampa. They have been told if they didn’t cover that they would maintain there stuff. They left a great deal of possessions behind also. Don’t utilize such scam artists!!!

My husband Locksmith box has been dropped off the back of the truck along with my waterbed mattress while it had been Moving down the street because the team didn’t fasten the back door of the truck. . In 10 at nighttime. . They don’t move mirrors, TV’s My water mattress liner was abandoned in the old home together with my closing that have been in the drawer of their water bed frame thrown onto the floor. With the exception of my vanity all of my handmade wood furniture includes some form of gouge, or heavy scratch, so we won’t go over the book case and two computer desks which are no longer, or even the washing machine harm, as well as the overlooking Box of kitchen things. . .And the movement was eventually finish at 1AM!!! This is the very unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with! From the beginning that the salesman Matt was too competitive and forced me feel pressured to maneuver and all he needed to talk about rather than my movement was how horrible all of the additional moving businesses were. Following my move that I do not see how any other moving business might be any worse. After strong-arming me from a deposit, now on movement day that they chased me with a $550 cancellation fee that Matt failed to mention when I did not cover the astronomical cost also have all of my things wrapped. If you’re thinking about this business do yourself a favor and choose ANY additional mover. I really don’t see how this movement might have gone any worse!

I received the bait and change as many others failed with this series of testimonials. They offered me $558 to its transfer throughout the road. It was inline with the other movers so I only chose one that has been persistent. Matt appeared courteous and educated but it ends up that he was reduced balling for the selling. My move has been scheduled to get the Monday prior to Thanksgiving so that I had no other alternatives to cancel and reschedule. On the afternoon of transfer, they re-quoted me 1001 for the transfer. I had been stuck and needed to take action.

They ruined every part of furniture – I mean each bit of furniture like a china cupboard which I paid them $158 to wrap.

On arrival in my new place, they rushed into and ruined a bit of the construction. I’ve been then charged by my own HOA for its damages.

The abandoned things in the hall. . .didn’t require all things from the first place and they did not reassemble some one of my brothers bedroom furniture. Screws were lost. They literally left with telling me.

On submitting a claim, I have been supplied contradictory advice from the business.

They showed up in time. Their foreman was outstanding in describing all fees and proceed charges. They didn’t waste a moment. While I was signing the papers, the helper has been obtaining the truck & dollies prepared for loading. They bill your card up front for projected hours. I had been somewhat worried about this also, however they refunded a hour and hit my card the identical day the invoice failed and an emailed receipt for your refund. Yes they bill for tape and wrap items, however, the foreman just recorded what I’d forgotten to, and it was much better to spend money on the tape compared to 95 an hour for him to wait for me to tape it. I’d attempted to wrap my sofas and he tried to maneuver it that way but it kept slipping. He ended up wrap two of my sofas. All together the added charges totaled $55. They didn’t pressure me into one or more one of these charges. In the new home they unloaded fast and did NOT hurt my walls. I had them go washer/dryer and two really broad leather sofas up narrow staircase. Towards the end of the 5th hour (estimated 6 hrs) that the foreman and helper began rushing in with staying boxes and only setting down them. Among those boxes stated upstairs master and I inquired why he did not take this up. He explained that when he did not float everything in 15 minutes that he needed to charge me for a second hour. So I said thank you and let him do his job. Overall was really agreeable move. Thank you Rico & Travis. In addition, 1 box has been left to the truck, so I had been informed and they maintained it in their workplace before I could pick this up.

I talked to Bradley who had been quite reassuring that I’d be carried out in two hours with two men, well they were supposed to perform my move on Saturday and they called to inform me a plumber had predicted and it was too short of notice for them to get another guy for your job, could I mind waiting until the following day, they never explained I could cancel and receive my refund ago, I consented to this Sunday morning.

If he gets into my home he started telling me I was going to have to cover supplies to wrap items in bubble wrap and shrink wrap and mattress covers, so ” I told him no all of my mattress consumed covers and do not be concerned about carrying my TV’s I will take them myself. Right there I knew this wasn’t going to be useful, I was so upset that this wasn’t told to me on the telephone. It had begun to pour rain, so he predicts the shipment to inform that it is raining the shipment told him that she’d stop the clock while it had been raining that never occurred. I had been told by Bradley that no one with less than five decades of expertise is permitted on the moving truck which his guys would be the best movers and quite competent, well the individual that was sent together with the motorist was a young child who didn’t even know how to place boxes on a hand truck. The motorist was moving the huge furniture and also the helper has been the worst thing ever in the two hours that he made three trips into the truck at complete 12 boxes. The driver got the majority of the huge furniture outside. The shipment kept on phoning the motorist every 10 minutes that subsequently caused him to slow down as the clock has been running in my time. During one telephone the driver dropped down mattresses down the stairs since he needed to answer the telephone. The dispatcher called to mention that it would be 325.00 and I advised the driver tell that girl that she isn’t getting another penny out of me.
I’ve sent email to them without a reply.

Worst move I’ve ever had in past 20 decades. Over priced .quote was 385 once they explained they’d wrap glass shelfs for hutch just 5 2×4 they billed me $189, WHICH I HAVE MOVED 3 TIMES AND WAS NEVER CHARGED, THEY USED BLANKETS. This is a rip off and I called and complained and they said o well.I won’t ever use this company again. I will use anybody but them..Be up front, don’t conceal fees. . I’d have obtained them in my car that the 10 miles we transferred before I’d have paid this much. I must have use two men and a truck, but wished to provide these men a chance..NEVER AGAIN. .

‘This moving firm lies to receive your organization and as soon as they arrive in your house they twice the purchase price and blame the client for not revealing the real content of their property. Unprofessional, dreadful customer support and after reading the review by a different who stated they had been awarded one cost but were billed almost 3xs the agreed cost, I am thinking we got blessed they canceled our transfer.

They’re not BBB licensed however, the BBB will reveal seven complaints in the previous 12 months.

They didn’t provide or provide a listing of supplies and prices that they would need, and if we examined the things in the transfer on the telephone they did not mention that the sofas and mattresses would demand these products.  2)      Substantial Hours of Transfer — I had been quoted that the movement would require 4 hours,  no matter how the move really took 6 HOURS since the team was quite slow and idle.  3)      Time Charged — I compensated for the 6th hour and didn’t get but 10 minutes function of work during this hour.   I wasn’t upset that I had been billed for the partial hour as that’s anticipated.   I’m upset that I had yet another 45 minutes left of the hour and the shifting crew abandoned quite quickly from our home since”they had to hussle house”.   This would not be about if the project was complete if they left.   There were beds which had not been constructed which were disassembled from the group, such as a mattress still being at the cover.   There were also other things that had not been properly transferred and a entire mess was abandoned at my prior home with tape packaging and rolls out of bed covers and shrink wrap. 4)      Assessment/Survey of Programs — While I love having the ability to provide comments on the moving staff, it’s completely treated the wrong way.   I needed to answer a questionnaire with them sitting near me and seeing with my critique.   Obviously, I’m not planning to give somebody a bad review when they’re sitting in my house with all of my things. 5)      Hurry and Proper Maintenance of Things — I’ve moved multiple times and never have I seen boxes more ruined or taken less care of throughout the move.   These men were in a hurry to finish the task, which I know to keep down cost, but there wasn’t any reason for the rush.   While the Majority of the things made it securely, the carelessness when coping with boxes and a few things was unreal.   6)      Closing Cost vs. Estimate — Ultimately, it’s quite unethical not to be upfront and honest with clients.   Their first estimate was nowhere close to the finished price of this move.   A Number of the hidden prices (moving supplies) and additional hours Weren’t introduced to me upfront.   Please save yourself a hassle and a nightmare and do not do business with JetStream Moving.   They’re a dishonest business and have to be put out of business.

After unpacking and checking every thing, I am now able to say these men were wonderful. My transfer was a huge move and that I had everything packaged also. These men were so quickly, I was really concerned my items weren’t correctly packaged and thought a few of my things were likely to be brokenup. After launching each and every box, then everything was complete and my movement was finished at my initial quote of 7hrs. I truly believed it had 9 to ten hours, but my sales rep lent me 7hrs and that I really told him my issue. In the sales staff to the conclusion of the movement, everything was accurate and smooth. We hired this firm for a local move. We spent nearly a hour on the telephone living room by room describing what furniture we’d. They gave us an estimate of $480. The day of the transfer they appear at a ratty old automobile. Two movers, One which was still drunk from the night before. He immediately told us he couldn’t move us to the quoted amount. He moved through our home and came back with a quotation of $890. He explained that if we didn’t wish to use them that he and his counterpart could take action on the other side for $400 money. In addition, he advised us to not state anything to the moving business once we phoned them to cancel the movement. We predicted this fly-by-night moving firm and advised them that we aren’t likely to pay the greater quantity and we needed to cancel the transfer. They immediately charged my credit card $550 for the cancellation fee. We contested the cancellation fee but discovered now that we dropped the dispute since the contract has been signed. The issue is that the contract has been signed for the first lent sum of $480. Not only did we lose $550 but we also had to postpone our move due to these scam artist. Don’t use this organization. Should you read the testimonials they have a history of tricking folks.  Today we must take them to small claims court so as to receive our 550 they stole from us. These guys were great. They have been on time and incredibly quick and careful with my items. I had been anxious when they showed up. The employees were badly armed and extremely tough with all the furniture — almost each wooden thing was either scratched or dented. I never watched any cushioned blankets utilized Whatsoever.   After the truck arrived in the new location, I’d them unload the Majority of the boxes to the garage just so that I would not get billed for an additional hour.   After all is said and done, I still need to Discover a way to get a set of loudspeakers along with a CD cupboard with glass doors transferred since they maintained it could not be obtained unless they had been boxed!   They Simply left several things Before checking.   I Truly wish I’d found this review website until I hired them.   They have been absolutely dreadful and that I profoundly regret employing them.

I phoned and talked with Matt, I supplied the dimensions of my house, an itemized listing of all furniture and things to be packaged and moved, so I suggested that movers will be packing our whole House and transferring all contents.   Much like everybody else that has rated this business, they provided a quote that allegedly took everything I had indicated into Consideration.   First I obtained a quote which has been lower than what Matt had said on the telephone.   I emailed him back and gave him my record of wants again.   Following two back and forth emails and 2 phone calls to discuss information again, I eventually got what he suggested was that the”worst case scenario” quote I initially asked for.   Sure enough, after coming 90 minutes late on the morning of the movement, the movement foreman down us to discuss what.   On our quote, there was a fee for four movers and two big trucks.   The foreman looked on the paperwork and said,”Hmmm, that is strange, they only billed you for packing and loading 1 bath, therefore this figure (the cubic feet) will be twice when we use the next truck.   Oh, and they just quoted you 12 hours, this Will be at least a 15-hour move.”   Obviously the cubic feet cost was the most significant amount on the quote, $2100, therefore that he was essentially telling me that the transfer was going to charge us $2100 over the quote AND another 3 hours at $125/hr. I insisted that he adored the proprietor since I wasn’t paying another cent.   He phoned her and she refused to hear him, talking over him, I could hear her through the telephone.   Immediately, the driver began playing”good cop” when I needed to talk to the proprietor on the telephone.   She informed him she did not have to Speak to me.   The quote only included filling a single truck.   Nobody could explain why they sent two trucks and billed me for 2 on another part of this quote. After tons of crying, I Received her on the telephone and she only spoke over me and kept saying the Very Same things.   Then she advised me to place him back to the telephone.   They moved forth and back and he wrapped up.   He, again, tried to perform”good cop” and began wrecking her,”they constantly do so, they get the job, then shift on the customer the afternoon of…” He informed me that they would not bill me for the next truck, however the hours would need to be compensated if they moved over 12.   In addition, he told me there would not be a way to find everything in the 2 trucks, therefore that I had to go rent a U-haul, he then attempted to inform us the proprietor would no let them load anything to the u-haul. The nexdt 17 hours of the lives have been a HORROR.   Loud, demanding movers, throwing items into boxes when we weren’t looking.   They left things in each room and we needed to move behind them and ask them to”package” them.   They spent 10 hours loading and packaging, 2 hours for our new home and five hours unloading.   They ruined just about every peice of the furniture, as we are currently unloading boxes we found They used hardly any packaging materials, they just threw items in boxes and taped them up.   Our cushions from our upstairs master bedroom have been in KITCHEN boxes in addition to dishes.   Our lamps out of our bedroom have been thrown at the bottom of a Massive wardrobe box and matters were stacked on top of them.   Rather than using wardrobe boxes using hanger sticks, they pulled our dangling clothing to the boxes in piles, EVERTHING (like my husband’s pricey suits) is wrinkled.   They shattered walls, ruined things and have been SO loud outside our home in 12, 1, 2 in the morning that the new neighbors came to test us.   They were cluttered, leaping from room to room and not completing anything all at once.   They yanked our washer and drier so tough that they bused the exhaust hose off the rear of the drier. They did not wrap and shield any image frames, wall hangings, or mirrors, so they are simply shoved in boxes. Now I understand why they ask you to sign a paper which states you won’t dispute any charges on your credit card! I am submitting BBB complaints, we are calling the proprietor tomorrow and visiting their office to Repair this.   Worst experience ever.   Do NOT hire those individuals to pack your possessions, don’t employ them to move you, and Don’t think their quotes, they lowball to get the job and then scam you on move day.    DISHONEST, UNPROFESSIONAL!

This really is the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure to Work with.   They purposely underestimated the movement of my 88 Year-old mom, and promptly upon birth, tried to market her extra area for a much higher cost.   When we did not get into their scam, and now I called the company in their bad quote, they threatened to unload my moms furniture.   You can picture her anxiety level at there.   They finally agreed to shoot the Majority of her items, not All her items.   Upon shipping, they first showed up and informed her they had to unload the rest of the vehicle until they could float hers.   She had been left awaiting the Whole afternoon, they showed up again at the day.   They unloaded her without checking the stock, and she had been lacking a box of her possessions.   She even called the company and told him that she had been overlooking a box and that they informed her that there was nothing they can do.   When calling the Business about filing a claim, they simply drove off us and never responded to our request to get a claim form.   Don’t conduct business with this business, they’re scammers.

I contacted this company to receive a quote about moving my home products and the agent, Matt was quite useful….or therefore it appeared. He asked me about my home dimensions along with also a description of my merchandise and informed me that my transfer could be 394. He informed me of this procedure and that I filed a deposit of $142.50. The movers came to my apartment later than scheduled that was the very first matter. The next problem is that the driver/mover that sat down to describe the contract to me smelled of alcohol into a point that it had been challenging for me to sit alongside him. I called to cancel the movement along with the corporate office has been more than happy to do this….to the song of a $500 cancellation charge. I was not advised of the cancellation fee and once I called into question the fee I had been advised that it had been in the contract which I signed. This is such a joke as I never signed a contract. I was subsequently advised that it had been concealed in the deposit payment that has been paid. I’ve called this company a few times and talked to Goldie, Bradley and many other people who have refused to supply their title. I’ve requested to have the thing escalated greater to no fix. When I call I get delivered to voice mail or else they will reply and brush off the telephone and state that nobody is there to help or to email or email my request to them. I’ve requested a copy of the original paperwork and have yet to get anything. After looking at a few of the other reviews on this website I’m realizing that this business is a scam and they have some rather unethical business practices. Poor experience, I don’t understand how this firm still in business, they lie at each step along the way. First because we had been going a bedroom Apt. Using a piano, then the salesman individual told us he will send three individuals to proceed to the piano in the next floor,just two arrived, I  must visit the road and receive and pay for support. There’s not any way two individuals will go a Spinet piano even one fly staircase. I had been initially blame by Goldie to the sort of staircase,then after being in storage in Tampa. I didn’t really know companies like that were Permitted to Remain in business anymore.   If I could I’d sue them and expect htey would air their doors for good.

I wish I’d read all these reviews before I used that firm. WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM! The slick sales man out of Jet Stream explained once I moved into detail regarding my things that it might cost just $350 such as the $150 deposit. The transfer took 6 hours and that I was charged nearly $900 bucks! I’ve moved all of the U.S and never have I had this kind of experience this poor with almost any firm. The inspector attempted to warn me if he got into my house I would be charged again once he’d my items in his ownership, but I didn’t know exactly what he was saying before it was to late. After the inspector obtained into my new house it had been squeezed down in sheets. I requested them to stop shifting but he stated his boss denied saying whenever they ceased I’d be billed for. I named the owner of Jet Stream and that I had been possibly the rudest company owner I’ve ever spoke. I don’t understand how a business such as this can remain in operation. I’m a single mother with two little kids and I had been in tears once I discovered the actual cost. I even talked to the sales man also asked him how he cries through the night, he reacted”very well.” There’s got to be a kind of legislation against this sort of scam. After the inspector obtained to my house he said I needed to authorize another nearly $800 bucks in my credit card or he would take all of my items. The mover said that this occurs in each movement for this corporation! Don’t Use JET STREAM MOVING AND STORAGE!!! A Entire SCAM!!! And several of my valuables such as my classic desk have been destroyed now due to the rain. Terrible awful individuals!!!

The worst going experience of my entire life.   Rude people, attempted to conduct scams, screened telephone calls, etc., etc..   They’ll Attempt to overcharge you over and beyond that which they quote you personally.   They bill you for packaging materials They NEVER use.   They’ll forget things, they’ll damage Your House, they can harm your furniture.   They Won’t apologize.   They’ll shout at you.   My piano/poor client support ·         I provided information about things I had shifting like, a status piano.  When the movers came they said They were going to bill me an extra $200 to maneuver the piano over and beyond what the first quotation (10/20/14) was to get my packing checklist.   I needed to call Jet Stream and talk to a rep regarding the chance of the extra cost.  I had been informed by my movers that the planner needed them to make me sign a record that left me accountable for any damages incurred once they transferred the piano.  ·         We needed to move the piano, so they nearly fell it, they nearly broke the legs–very trying.   Client Support: ·         John said that he would phone me back with affirmation in my piano and I never did so I attempted to phone him back.  That is when I had my telephone call screened–I predicted and it’s 5 days before it moved into your message then I had a friend’s telephone 30 seconds after and they picked up after the primary ring. ·         There were not any tools in the vehicle to remove the feet from the sofa.  We had been advised to go purchase tools to allow them to utilize. ·         I was originally told 8 or 9 am to get a beginning time and after I phoned to confirm that they had been arriving 48 hrs ahead of this transfer, I had been told early day for arrival/start of transfer and then had motorists appear at 10 am.  The planner phoned and rudely asked where I had been at 10:20 am and stated that she”advised me early day” to which I answered,”it isn’t after 12 pm.”  –curt answer and bad time management/communication ·         One motorist smelled like alcohol and utilized my bathroom 5 occasions at the course of 4 hoursper day. He called me as”sweetie” and inquired when I had been lonely.  He then asked if I was going a place alone. ·         He didn’t unhook or hook back up my washer and drier ·         They forgot things and that I needed to load them into a buddy’s car–terrace table top (thing in my transfer checklist ) ·         They bought my mattress yet did NOT reassemble it ·         They stumbled upon a whole lot and we inquired what they had been doing to that They’d Begin unloading/reloading back again.     Damages:  I said all of damages for my motorists and recorded them with photos.  I’ve since seen other damages incurred from the movement involving flooring molding being torn out of the wall I needed to reaffix (pic included), however, I’m just introducing those recorded during the transfer.

This moving business lies to receive your company and as soon as they arrive in your house they twice the purchase price and blame the client for not revealing the real content of their dwelling. They’re all scripted to state exactly the identical thing. No ethics. . .don’t let this business to move you. Matt is only a sales man who does not understand what he’s performing or pretends he doesnt once you call out him. Buyers beware!

Please I beg the general public don’t utilize this compnay, they’re a lot of liars I’m talking from first hand experiance , they came on time to select my furniture, nevertheless they didn’t define on the telephone that they have hidden fees for packaging materials that ought to be naturally supplied, they bill fee $133 for packaging tape to tape the blankets up to pay for the furniture , they charge for bubble wrap to pack any mirrors .and they gave me some period of 3 hrs where the entire job woud be performed, it took them 1 hr to travel from orlando to chilly garden a 15 mile drive approximately a 20-25 min drive the motorist had alchol smelling on his breath when he came in the desination. They ended offloading and putting up the stuff over the 3 hrs but refused to bill me for 3 hrs but 4 hrs since the paper wasn’t signed tharts an additional $95 for nothing theses folks I won’t recommend or use this business and I most certainly hope people don’t utilize them to. They’re a whole lot of crooks.

This company is bad.   They straight up lie to you throughout the quote.   They say yes to all and then the movers when they appear laugh and state that the quote is way off.   Cancelling at the time means you shed $550.   $550 to cancel!   Run with your cash to some good moving company That’s honest.   Pay the extra cash.

.Jet flow moving informs you false delivery quotes.They will return and alter email attachments along with information on your contract.This firm hasn’t only ripped off me but has me frustrated me that they don’t have any morals,gloomy! Sharon and Matt how can you sleep at night. I can as I’d rather get rid of money then cheat a fellow human being. This was just 1 problem.They should happen to pick up my furniture on 9/29/14 they never showed up.I called them and said they’d be there on the 30th. Told them I couldn’t be there and I’d be in my way to Arizona.They explained Only have some 1 there.I had a friend who said she would be there.I was about a plane to Arizona in the time they chose and my buddy could not attain me.They told her it’d be 1300 more to get the shipping.She could not hit me so she signed there fresh contract.I wasn’t given the opportunity to be there to signal this.I attempted to negotiate 400 bucks off this cost because I couldn’t be there.Sharon at jet flow said no discussions and that is it.I’m sorry that they didn’t due the correct and ethical thing.I almost ashamed to write this since they’ve scammed me. All these piecres of doo doo lowballed us, then when real transferring occured, they said that the quote was off 50 percent. We needed to leave behind appreciated items. These folks aren’t trustworthy. Some boxes therefore f ed up couldnt find proprietor. Received products from another poor soul. (boxes not ours ). In sum, you’re a fool if you select those buttholes to maneuver you.

When talking to the claimant, he said to me about fees for wrappinig whatever had to be wrapped. I understood I had two pieces of glass to be wrapped. After the movers came , they issued me a bill for nearly $300 for packaging materials. When contested , they showed us a listing of all of the items they’d be wrap.
I especially went over every thing I needed to have proceeded, and was not advised that they needed to be wrapped up”for security”
I phoned them, and the dispatcher essentially said”would you need them to proceed you or what?”  We were still stuck. .
Inform them after the truth to get a settlement was dreadful. The salesperson basically said too bad and they’d do nothing to assist me.
This is definitely the most dreadful company I’ve ever handled. I requested all of the appropriate questions in advance, but wasn’t given the appropriate answers…
