Wow, where to begin. We looked for movers for our move from NJ to FL. Adam repeatedly called my husband for our small business, therefore we agreed. Due to COVID, we did a telephone quote rather than an in person one. When the movers came on 6/23 we’d more than expected but they said it was okay, only adjusted our price so. They did not provide us a certain arrival date but stated maybe as early as Saturday, 6.27. We headed to Florida the following day, and came here on Thurs, 6/25. From 7/1 we discovered nothing and began calling searching to get an update on if our possessions would arrive. We had been told it’d be 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS from packaging date. On 7/6 we called again and were told that issue with motorists and also the 4th of July vacation were pushing things back again. We FINALLY get a call from Zolle (really, very wonderful guy and apologetic, and did charge some of our commission back to us once we voiced such frustration) on 7/11 say we would get our things on 7/15. He predicted back on 7/14 and stated now it’d be sometime between 7/17 and 7/19. The whole time we attempted to talk to Adam but he wouldn’t talk to us. The truck eventually arrived on Saturday, 7/18, TWENTY FIVE DAYS after departing NJ. The movers could not unload our stuff quickly enough. The boxes were totally shattered, a hole at the side of the dresser, lamp colors which THEY PACKED were totally smashed. I wouldn’t and could never recommend this corporation. Use at your own risk.
