Jackson and Brock

I hired Jackson and Brock to allow me to load my two bedroom 2 story townhouse into what was suppose to be a 16 ft. truck to some 12 ft. truck. The leasing firm I personally used did not possess the Truck accessible upon my booking period. I was freaking out about having to make 2 trips. Jackson and Brock place every bit of furniture in my truck. They had all professionally procured and I drove from Virginia to Pennsylvania. Unloading the truck was simple and well planned out of the way they loaded. There were no damages without any stress. Surely would recommend them again! Kayla and Calvin are all amazing.

Jackson & Brock transferred our house of over 30 years into a downsized condominium. The homes were 7 miles apart. They promised to move us with caution and wrap everything. They ripped our lace couch and got black grease onto a matching couch and broke a classic wrought iron dining table.
They took 9 hours to do a project they stated would require 4-5 hours and didn’t complete the job. They’re blowing off all letters and telephone calls about fixing the harm.
They were far more worried about us paying them”in money” than the problems they made. Kayla said she’d have the owner call us to explore the issues. We discovered once they abandoned that Calvin, that had been among those movers and was about the job, would be the proprietor.
VERY POLITE AND NICE BUT EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SLOPPY! You’ll be very sorry if you utilize these folks. They’re hiding from adjusting their errors, will not contact us. I will be making different complaints since they’re advised by Uhaul.
