J G & Sons Movers

J G & Sons were accommodating and easy to work together with all the day of the movement. We used the support to float a Pod container, that ended up arriving much later than anticipated. They were quite flexible and also did an excellent job. I was amazed by how fast everything obtained unloaded. The proprietor responded immediately to all communicating prior to, during, and following our relocation. I am delighted with our expertise and could employ J G & Sons again.

My expertise with JG & Sons started in a respectful and positive fashion, but ended in disappointment.
I contacted the company on October 24 to program a transfer for either Oct. 27 or 28. Jim, the owner, stated he could adapt either date for $56 per hour when I leased a U-Haul truck. Because this was the cheapest alternative, I hired their solutions.
Jim’s son — Thomas — and grandson — Rick — met us in the U-Haul. They have been very accommodating and even drove the truck for us. Throughout the transfer, Rick said,”I see you’ve got an iPhone 4″ and requested my daughter and me personally if the iPhone 4 was much better than the iPhone 5. I believed nothing unusual about it at the moment. They loaded what we had to move from the house and unloaded in our storage place.
When my 7 year-old granddaughter came home, she wished to play a match on her iPhone 4, which her mother gave to her later upgrading to a more recent version. The telephone was stored in 1 location — on the vanity table in the sack in which Rick first asked me about the different variations. It wasn’t there. I thought perhaps the telephone had been picked up in mistake while they were dismantling a mattress inside the room & named Jim to investigate. He requested his son & grandson — Thomas stated he recalled seeing the iPhone, and the two men said they didn’t take it.
We have since finished our relocation, and also to provide them the benefit of the doubt, I thought perhaps we’d find it lost somewhere. We still haven’t discovered that the iPhone, which has been locked & not triggered for anything aside from games to get a 7 year-old. No detectors were in the area, but nobody else entered our house from the moment my granddaughter played with her telephone on 10/27 & if she wished to play with it on 10/28.
Prior to this understanding, I had been ready to provide JG & Sons an superb evaluation. Sadly, this incident soured the whole experience. If individuals expect you to input their house & move their possessions, they ought to be able to trust that nothing within their house will go lost.

UPDATE 11/4/14: Minutes after my critique published a week, Mr. Dickerson phoned me – not to admit the theft, but to notify me that”if you’d waited 2-3 weeks prior to submitting the review, we might have registered a claim. It’s our word against yours. We’re insured and licensed.” This, regardless of the fact that claims must be submitted within days, maybe weeks.

I advised Mr. Dickerson that I had no motive to lie in an iPhone. I’d more things of higher worth if my goals were nefarious. Obviously, every pricey item wasn’t observable to the movers.

Further, he didn’t give me the choice to submit a claim until I published this review, even though I gave his workers/family members the benefit of a doubt and waited till we finished our relocation.
