Don’t use this firm. They’ll be fine ONLY till they receive your deposit. I attempted to cancel together since my rep left me worried but they refuse to give me my cash. I obtained at least ten calls per day from various amounts and text messages at the middle of the night calling me titles & threatening me. It ought to have been a simple fix because I stopped punctually, but now I must direct them to court to receive my cash back. They’re rude, egregious offenders.

I’ve moved out of active south Florida, west, to get a much better lifestyle with work and loved ones. I had been needing a firm with expertise that wouldn’t benefit from us, as we’ve never transferred across state before. The procedure wasn’t an easy one but the individuals and the shifting team helped us create this transition together with alot of hard work and fairly could communicating.

We’d recommend this firm to people who’ve never left a cross country move, these men went out of the way to do everything and to be there when we wanted them. Most of us say THANKS!

I paid our deposit and called them together with a few questions regarding the procedure that wasn’t apparent in our contract. The customer support person I talked to was unable to answer straightforward questions and eventually became rather angry that the more I inquired regarding their business model. I requested the following:

1) Given they’re located in Florida, in which would be the regional offices in our region in California?
2) Who is doing the transfer, are that they locally established workers or are they currently hiring builders?
3) What’s the only accepted form of payment on the motorist in cash or postal money order to the afternoon of support?

In summary, they need us to place all of our belongings to a truck using arbitrary drivers which simply accept money payment. Is that something you’d do with your own stuff? If so, employ these men. Otherwise, hire somebody else.

In addition, in accordance with US DOT, they have zero fleet.

THESE GUYS WERE JUST AWESOME!!!!!! They came an hour early and got my own things onto the truck in record time,speaking about experience these men packed the truck tight and nice and gave me my cubic feet directly on the place….10 thumbs up and Will Surely use them again…
