iMovers

I recently transferred states with imovers. After paying the residue that they said that they would send me a statement, affirm addresses and contact information and then pickup my things either sunday or monday. Not one of those things occurred. I never got a statement and they did not appear to collect my burden and did not predict. Once I phoned them a few days, we ordered pickup, which occurred 5 times after initially organised. A week after they had not created any contact to perform a fall off time, again, I phoned them a few days to organise daily. Shipping has been organised for Sunday. The ONLY phone I ever received from them had been about sunday afternoon to inform me I delivery wouldn’t be occurring, but they’d come first thing monday morning. Tuesday morning that they showed up, again with no telephone monday morning to tell me they were not coming. When my items eventually were sent there were many things missing. We’ve known daily attempting to organise discovering my lost items or compensation, daily Jean-Claude guarantees us a settlement, daily that he makes no actions at all. After two weeks of telephone calls, he has started shifting our calls to voicemail. They definitely never thought to do some of those things that they promised us and just told us exactly what we wanted to listen to put us off the telephone. Among the most intentionally uncaring companies I’ve ever had to take care of.

Our movers, both Nigel and Josh were quite organized, quick, and effective. They assisted us having a few issues we had with a grin. They’re a terrific team. If we ever have to proceed,I’ll call IMovers. I strongly suggest these movers. You guys are just the best. I give you 10 stars.
