I had been scheduled to get a transfer on Monday 03/02/2015. Being the organized individual I’m completed my bookings on 02/04/2015 (nearly a MONTH IN ADVANCE). In this time I chose to reach out into the business through text alerting them of my transfer. I contacted them two (1 week ahead and the evening before) only to confirm our agreements. Obviously the morning of my transfer that the firm NEVER SHOWED UP! I phoned and talked to some man (not sure of the name) who informed me that they were having truck issues and couldn’t move me. He left me with two alternatives to call another organization or wait until the following day and he’d see whether he can move me afterward. Outraged now I explained to him how UNPROFESSIONAL it’s not to phone and contact me with this info. He had no response and hurried me off the telephone. IMAGINE it is the 2nd of this month, I understand Need to Worry about paying more in my present storage and at which I currently resided (as I had been moving out of two places ) and locate new movers who could devote to squeezing me in their program for Same-day DELIVERY.       With substantially Prayer and turning my channel to Joel Esteen that I regrouped and contacted AB MOVERS who later describing my situation worked together with me to adapt a unique rate. Allowed the speed wasn’t exactly the same as Houston for significantly less ($55 for two movers and 70 trip price ) however they came as near as they could and hauled in a 3rd guy!
