Henry Moving Company

I have stood up for the movement!!! Need I say more!!! Hardly any communication. I needed to continue calling him to find out whether he was still coming. Learn from my adventure!! Don’t use him!

This is the identical business as BK Moving (likely has other names, also ). The movers came an hour late, broke a furniture, and gave explanations for the two. Then after finishing movement, additional fees that they didn’t mention before and isn’t in their own ad. The boss Henry was impolite and unwillingly to negotiate on total price even after understanding all this. They do not accept responsibility and that is bad organization. I don’t recommend.

Founded in August of 2016 and quite slick and sleazy means of conducting business, after earnings Henry will not touch you again or pick up the telephone. Therefore, in case you’ve got a damage good fortune. The kicker is when the movement is finished, although the site and Henry claims that they take credit cards. They Don’t. Because just as the transfer is finished and you call to create credit card payment, the device is going to be broken and you’ll need to pay in money, so any claims you might have, Henry will not answer the telephone and also you won’t have the ability to dispute credit card since you PAID CASH.

Save yourself the stress and anger Henry moving business invokes and invest a bit more cash to receive decent support.

A great deal of problems, a few of those highlights…
-2.5 hours late after verifying that morning they’d be punctually.
-plenty of miscommunication involving Henry, movers, and people.
-didn’t pack truck nicely so not all things match, that meant we needed to let our very own UHaul to complete the task, particularly bothersome since movers dismissed our request to load those large items first so that we might have moved little things in our vehicle.
-bankrupt items and didn’t take responsibility.
-Sudden unloading: plenty of symbols on walls and scrapes on earth in brand new aggressively. Plus, piled up everything from living room- blowing tags and leaving us with a wreck to discover something and move heavy furniture. Additionally, dirty/scratched/dinged furniture.
-attempted to bill more over we owed (even though the ceremony was flawless ) stating they had been there for 1.5 longer than they had been – a clear lie.

All I need to say is: DON’T! Do not call them, do not email them, and do not reserve them as your own movers. They’ll steal from you and then tell you that you misplaced it. They split items and obtained my own furniture scuffled, which is once they arrived 2 hours late. They were also overpriced, and bullied me into giving them more money, compared to that which we stumbled upon.

Hi Good day!Henry Moving Company isn’t customer service friendly nor do they communicate efficiently to their clients or customers. I initially booked their solutions and afterwards found by my apartment complex, that our cargo elevator wasn’t free through the time I initially scheduled with Henry’s Moving Company.I later emailed Henry Moving business a hour after after my reservation was verified and asked for its opportunity to be change to a earlier time. But, I didn’t hear back from anybody with the provider so I decided to lease my own truck and team. Once I finished my own loading to my leased Uhaul with a couple buddies, their team in their own truck came requesting me and that I had been in a aww minute because I presumed they couldn’t satisfy the revised time nor did I ever hear back from anybody with the business about me shifting my transfer time. Following Henry’s shifting team and I spoke that I’d already packed my possessions in my rental truck that they had been frustrated that their firm did not inform them to arrive in a sooner time That I asked via email.   I afterwards called the business back informed them of this matter but as mentioned they didn’t receive my email, instead of being honest in stating that the did not read it. So after the transferring men left I chose to provide Henry’s moving firm another chance understanding that someday most of us make errors, to see whether they might only help unload my truck in my new place just so that they would not waste their time coming by and Henry informed through our telephone call that he would call me again and again organize the men to help unload my truck in my fresh location but not phoned me back. I waited to get a return telephone, text or nothing and voicemail. He doesn’t communicate nor will he care for individuals concerns to help remove the stress of going. My third opportunity I’ll give Henry’s moving business isn’t to place the next client through what I went thru. Now as I’m here at the office I got ill from going myself with friends at the rain this past weekend.I kindly request that you rethink your choice with this business as you’ll just get added strain to your transfer and will be quite unhappy.Kind regards, Unsatisfied Client.
