The sole limitation of my remark is ghe communicating preceeding the transfer. The loading and packaging of the home was otherwise produced by a wonderful team having Carlos as a foreman. He was exceptional in his communicating witv us and his staff, was very much attentive to our requests or questions, along with his staff proved to be exceptionally careful re the card of our products, the esteem of distanciation. They were all very polite,respectful and kind and it was a remarkable experience for us. I need to allow them to be in our destination to the unpacking. Ghey worked really difficult, in demanding weather, but stay calm and grinning together. They had been the best aspect of the home sale and proceed. They’re true professionals!!! Professional tear offs… They’re excellent, almost overbearing, till they get your things and you then can not contact these, they never call back you, you are able to speak to 5 people and not to get your problem treated. I’ve tried for 11 weeks to solve my problem with them but they won’t always call me back or allow me to talk with the operator or with somebody who CAN DO something so I now feel like it’s my obligation to let folks understand that this isn’t THE COMPANY TO use whenever you’re moving… and on societal websites I’ll be posting images of my boxes to further dissuade people from becoming their next victim. I’ll also be submitting a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I wish I’d seen these reviews before I gave them my money.

It took me sometime to depart this inspection. However, I must give credit where credit is due. I had been on the fence regarding moving businesses but Hawaii Moving experts made me vow. First of all quoting me way to high, so I informed them that I was planning to go with a different business. Then they phone me back and say that they will beat the purchase price by $50 that seems great so I chose to go together. While packing up my little 1 bedroom using NO BIG Furniture they begin charging extra on each piece that was not recorded (small refrigerator, carpeting, a couple of different things which weren’t large ). I ended up not transferring a great deal of my things due to these attempting to upward charge.

Secondly, they attempt to charge an excess charge for insuring these products. Saying they will not replace whatever if it’s damaged. The commission that they estimate (AFTER already sending my things ) is far too large so that I decrease it and I am just praying my things arrives in very good shape.

Third, This can be a movement from Seattle to Honolulu. I have not discovered anything for 4 months and have been waiting anxiously to receive my things as I’ve been couch surfing for nearly two decades. I phone them to find out exactly what the status will be and they tell me that my stuff is STILL at seattle and will probably be receiving on a ship to visit LA and then to HNL, they also told me about 6-8 more months. This implies two and a half a year of only waiting from PICKUP into DROPOFF.

Its now been about 7 months because pickup and they advised me that my things came on island. I request them to organize a shipping period since I need to allow my flat supervisor know so that they dont overbook the lifts. Per telephone conversation they stated they’d be within the day, then provide me an email which they will be at the afternoon so I arrange and have all good to visit my place prepared for the transfer.

THE DAY OF THE MOVE- that I wakeup and also have 3 emails in the business, one is requesting a shipping confirmation (that I already gave them through telephone call) and another two will be EXTRA CHARGES of $450 to place it in storage. They stated they aren’t likely to deliver now because I did not affirm. So all of my scheduling together with all the apartment complex is currently wasted.

I still have not obtained my things and don’t have any idea when they would like to reschedule and exactly what the state of my appliances are all. It might have been simpler to simply purchase new appliances and begin fresh at this time.

Don’t use this business if you like your things!! Moved from San Leandro into Hilo. Company hounded me for me to utilize their business, many calls and emails. Eventually after offering me a tiny discount when I sent my boxes into San Leandro and reassuring me that my things would be secure, I chose to proceed together. ( I must mention that there were just two other small business names which were involved with was quite perplexing ) When mix ups with all the shipping dates (Their errors ) and heaps of calls for me to get the extra I insurance policy my things were in the San Leandro storage centre, facing me that they recorded up my black storage containers and ensured me that they would be secure. Being very worried about thieving that I went ahead and bought the extra insurance in there. BUT after charging my card they informed me”no that it merely insures 100% reduction, meaning whether the container drops off to the sea”. My items came in Hilo 2 & half a week later and have been sent into my new house. The team carried from the containers, several containers needed all of the tape torn off. When I complained, the shipping man said there is nothing they could do about this. Not having the ability to experience every one of the boxes prior to registering, the men were hurrying saying they have got to move. I reluctantly signed only pleased to find the products. After I had an opportunity to experience the boxes I understood that more than 3k in objects were stolen from numerous containers!! I phoned Hawaii Moving Experts and has been passed about on hold for half an hour and I sent the email to the major contact person, Micheal without a reply! I then sent another email to the insurance policy contact individual that processed the extra insurance. I called again the following day simply to be placed on hold for 45 seconds. Certainly they do not give a CRAP about their clients and their own pride! Unbelievably disappointed in this organization and would not recommend them to anybody later on.

I had been seeking to receive my possessions transferred to Hawaii, through the hunt for a moving company they got my number. They were constant in hounding me to the company, calling at 3:30AM at a stage. They stated they’d containers awaiting my things and had to hurry to sign up the contract. I informed them I’d have it on pallet’s and they explained amazing. Once they’d my things it altered. They stated they were planning to pile things in my pallets or bill a second 100 cubic feet of distance within the 200 I paid for. Then take off everything pallets, ” I said no more and they said no trouble. Got my things and it had been away from the pallets, then attempted to induce me to signal I obtained all, if I did not I couldn’t signal a promise. And when I’d have how can you really go after something that you said yes to. Many calls and obtaining shuffled dept to dept, manager not coming telephone. I get changed back to a different dept. no more resolve.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU LIKE YOUR THINGS AND MONEY

I reserved HMP for a transfer from Hawaii to Washington. The foreman who came to pick up my possessions stated that my possessions should arrive near the earliest available date of August 5th. About the 8th, I called to follow up with my”moving concierge”, who desired nothing to do with me and called me to customer services. Customer support claimed I’d be getting a call early the next week and that my possessions are en route.

The next week, I followed up once more. Customer service gave me the exact same line. Just when I awakened the thing did I get a text message stating,”please examine your shipping provisions, your very first available date is 8/15, out of then the dispatch includes 45 business days.” Second untrue statement from this business, maybe in pursuit of further storage and storage fees.
