Gus & Jack Moving Company

Called per month prior to my move into lynnwood. We had help unloading our truck we drove out of Florida. Gus said he’d do a 2 hour minimum because we just had a few things we had help with. Two days earlier I called to confirm and Gus was perplexed about what I had along with the moment. The following day two men showed up and a few of these could hardly pick anything up. My husband ended up supporting and 30 minuets after that they handed me a bill for about $300 and advised me it was a three hour minimum. I thought they’d give me a rest since it was below 30 mins and my husband had been essentially the next mover… I called Gus who was not quite friendly and he advised me to give them $200. Very unprofessional and that I really feel ripped off.
