I transferred from FL to SC and made a decision to go into storage before my home was prepared. However, the storage locker was not started along with the movers refused to shut the vehicle before I got the unit open. Then immediately unloaded & counted rather than marking the stock. Left before finishing. Many things broken up, along with my love chair ruined. I didn’t actually get 2 boxes. Place in my assert & 6 weeks after awarded $44 to repay. What a joke. Hoping I can find this behind me. I am hoping that this is my very last movement.

After reading some testimonials made a decision to proceed with Gulf Coast. I had been going into a storage device, so that I could get a few of my things. My sofa cloth torn and things filthy. Can not get this from my thoughts. Horrible experience.

I utilized Gulf shore to maneuver my 3 bedrooms dwelling in Sarasota, Fl into San Antonio, TX. They have been receptive to my nervousness about additional fees. Pelly was more than clear about my quote. We moved over every contract thing with due diligence. All went well, except Pelly’s taste to”Ma’am.” What the hell if he have called me? Ms? Mrs? Dr? Boo my own Hoo, I’m a Ma’am. Nicely done, Gulf!

By far our very best experience moving ever! The men were fantastic and very professional at all times. The hunt for a plumber has been a nightmare before I talked with Jason in Gulf Coast Vanlines. He was quite patient and appeared comprehensive on what to expect during the movement. After talking with so many cold and disconnected movers, then I knew I’d finally found somebody that really knew me and everything I needed out of this movement. I chose the company because they worked together with my budget and also provided a sensible shipping window, however if the movers came this afternoon I had been provide a 9 day shipping window! I had been advised to phone the office, that I did, without any response. My fiance and I hired this firm to move from Orlando, FL to San Francisco, CA.  We shopped around for movers plus they had a fantastic price and what looked like a good standing (watched some bad reviews but not a lot of ).  So the issues first began after we gave them an address to send to after they’d picked up our items.  It took us two months to get them to send our stuff.  So after living in an aviation for nearly two weeks, our stuff eventually came.  We had been overlooking 15-20 things from our dispatch.  We phoned the movers everyday to figure out this but they didn’t figure anything out.  We did a lot of leg work and also figured ourselves out which they’d hired a contracter to perform the movement once our items came in California.  They never told us they’d do this.  We got ahold of this truck driver who arrived from Florida along with the moving firm out here and tracked down our items.  They sent them after another two weeks where they kept putting it off daily.  As soon as they finished the next shipping, two items were still missing.  We again are needing to track things down and find out where our past things are.  They’re extremely big and it seems they’ve been stolen.  Gulf Coast has done NOTHING to help us discover where our lost items were in both instances so we’ve registered complaints and are searching for legal actions to solve our problems.  This was this awful experience.  If they’d made an honest error and functioned to figure out it, I wouldn’t have been so angry.  But not only does itn’t look to be an honest error, they’ve dodged our requirements, lied to us (we requested to speak to the company owner and have been told we weren’t permitted to.  We finally got him on the telephone and he advised us not only were we permitted to contact him, he had a extension we can reach him at that the team wouldn’t inform us around ), and haven’t sought to assist fix THEIR mistakes.  No matter what you do, please employ a different company and don’t get stuck dealing with them and their shady/bad company practices.  You can locate my complaints too about the BBB to get Florida and via protectyourmove.gov
