The driver was amazing, the men helping to unload and load the vehicle had been fantastic but when I requested them to put on their masks, and their firm demanded, they denied. I even showed them that a copy of Atlas Van Lines Covid 19 record but they still refused. My spouse and I are in our 70’s and believed”at risk” but they refused to admit the danger to people and refused to put on masks. Please bear in mind that the salesman or estimator will”guarantee” you something, however, the driver and team will do anything they need. I can’t in good conscience advocate using Atlas or even Golden State Van Lines or some of the sub contractors. If my spouse or I contract some contamination as a consequence of the carelessness we’ll certainly sue for violation of contract. We’ll be moving again in a couple of months but I’ll find somebody else to manage our relocation.

Best notch. 2 rockstars showed up on time, effectively packed multiple flooring and securely delivered EVERYTHING into our new home with no harm what so ever. Fully professional, personable and also timely. While I really don’t delight in going, I liked doing it using Golden Van Lines.

The major criticism is one I read about a good deal, for Atlas particularly.  Golden Van Lines (local business ) and Atlas Van Lines failed TWO quotes and arrived at $2000 or more CHEAPER compared to TWO other nationwide firms (who had been honoring a marriage discount) just to wind up charging me concerning the same high cost as the fair quotes.  They also left without completing the task.
