FlatRate Moving & Storage

Appalling customer support and poor acting removalists. Paid a premium for air cargo to get a global moved (guaranteed two week shipping ) nearly six week after goods came, bad communication during, no upgrade on delay, still no reimbursement despite me using a vacant rented home at destination in expectation of shipping. Management won’t participate on reimbursement and repeatedly with out right lie to you. Would really strongly advise never using flatrate.

Henry was professional and pleasant. His men showed up on time and worked unbelievably hard packing everything up. They requested for confirmation when needed and also despite the rain no product was moist, no sand stains were abandoned. We have moved in as pleasantly as moving could be. I heartily urge the Flat Rate Movers! They have been professional, hardworking and got the work done nicely.

Quoted a 800 cost. Company delivered a truck which has been too little, therefore the drivers needed to make 2 trips. We had been billed 1690.00 for the mistake. When we predicted we talked to Emereson. He said it’d just be 800. After the owner arrived he said it had been twice. Never may use this business from Silver Spring Maryland again and again wouldn’t advise them to anybody. On a fantastic note that the real movers were wonderful.
