First Van Lines

Nasty, mad driver-and movers. He wouldn’t give me a receipt for my money!  I hired this business in MA to maneuver me to Florida.
It was March 1st, with 3″ of snow on the floor. They were mad at me because there was a tiny snow.  That is New England. They’re truck drivers. This should not be a issue, this is their job!  
My storage centre was around the 1st floor.   The drives were broad enough, but Freddie (the motorist accountable ) parked a block off since he stated his 16 wheeler could not make it up the mountain from the snow.
It wasn’t a mountain. It was just a small incline. I took a taxi there that afternoon, and the motorist had no issue. It had been near freezing and that I had no automobile, they advised me to be there at 7:00am. I waited for them for over two weeks in the chilly, they came at 9:15am.
They parked their truck a block away, and quite angrily, they transported my furniture. They didn’t insure my furniture. My white sofa was on one men shoulders, my recliner over the other men heads — transported detected to the truck in this way. My white sofa slipped and slipped on the floor, they didn’t cover it, they picked it up and continued walking. My mild green recliner dropped on the filthy snow too. They dropped a number of my own boxes.
It took 14 days to allow them to delivere my items in Florida, maybe not the 3-5 times they promised. They billed me a high cost!   Ayelet gave me a single cost on the telephone, they increased it $400. If they picked up in MA. They whined.
The very first thing Freddie mentioned to me was,”My truck got stuck into a pit for you. We dropped 5 hours!   It takes me a year to make up that money. It’ll cost a million bucks. It is your fault.” I got scared.
When Freddie walked into the doorway in Florida, he asked me to get the money in money!    I made a mistake. I gave it to him!   I asked him to get a receipt, and then he turned about and walked out the doorway.
He explained,”I give it to you when we ended.”   I have nervous!   I paid this man, suppose he had been so mad at me since there was snow in MA that he says I did not pay him?   A terrible position, and I, an older lady, was there alone.
My boxes were introduced in crushed. However, I was reluctant to complain, since he could say that I did not pay him. My bicycle handlebar was turned backward, the man tried to mend it and he ruined my brakes.
My kitchen table is badly scraped, deep scratches on either side.
My white sofa is now black on the floor from grime, it will not wash away.
They attracted my coffee tables in without legs, 1 man said they dropped the legs.
They packaged my step-ladder in MA. It had been lost. No explanation of the place it had been, only”We do not possess it”. Possibly one of these took it all home.
They place the framework to up my bed backward. The headboard was in the front- that I could fall over it.   I informed them it could not remain that way, I could fall over it, it was harmful. Two of these looked and me and walked out the doorway. No response, they simply left it like that.
FILTH…with each piece of furniture that they brought in, there have been big black balls of dust attached to them. BIG chunks of dust. Their truck should have been a filth pit.
Once they brought everything indoors, Fredie place the reception on the desk. I inquired again, PLEASE set the bed frame in the appropriate position. I could fall over it!
At that, they both turned out like seargents, and without a word they walked outside my door. That is the last time that I watched Fredie.
Never HIRE this business!!!    They’re BAD.  I Wasn’t only screwed on the cash, they’re nasty and spiteful.   The service was awful, the employees were horrible, he made me wait for my receipt, and they put up my bed so that I would fall over it. They had been SPITEFUL.  I’m reporting them to the BBB, and some other service I could find.
This firm, 1st Van Lines, also known as”All USA Van Lines”, shouldn’t be permitted to conduct business. They’re scabs in the base of the moving business. Do NOT employ these folks, they are spiteful and will harm your furniture.

We had been advocated First Van Lines by a frequent friend and we only moved together last Saturday. . I phoned their customer support department and they left their very best effort to solve all of my inquiries and worries. Moving is a stressful company but these men around the day of this movement worked extremely hard away and have been excellent crack in the procedure. No anxiety going. Seriously best moving service you can ever consume!!! They packaged our kingsize mattress and immediately moved it from the dim reception and all did move really easily. . My sole concern was that due to a reason they didn’t accept payment thru card on such afternoon and that I needed to arrange to get a cashier’s money in my bank that caused some annoyance otherwise their support wasn’t bad.

I called up First Van Lines on a a recommendation of a friend along with the sales rep leave was quite friendly and helpful in providing us all of the knowledge we needed since it had been presumed to be our very first move. I was very much convinced and decided to proceed and reserve them for the forthcoming weekend. On the afternoon of this transfer 3 man team arrived at our doorstep only on time and began to function in coordination and forced the whole moving process go easily. They have been very helpful, timely, and adapting to my ever changing demands. With minimal direction and a friend there to help organize, they boxed up all of the remnants of the period and put it into a single container. The cost was right on and the ceremony was exceptional and well. Due To Van Lines and that I surely recommend to all those looking ahead to proceed.

All had been a joy to proceed with Initial Van Lines asthey were excellent, practitioner, and QUICK. They had their own institution’s emblem on their uniforms that meant that they’re representing the corporation’s interests and generally operate to preserve whatever firm value was set. The 3 men who showed up in my doorway to move my items and what did it with wonderful efficiency and attention. They appeared to be well trained and accountable for the things they did
Following the transfer I opened up all boxes without even viewing anything broken and have not seen a lick on dirt onto some of these furniture. And each box has been in the ideal area and that I don’t have anything to whine about. I think they’re already well-known and want them all the very best with their shifting company. They gave me all of the info upfront and was really precise.
My packaging was included at the cost that was quite fair.
I’d certainly recommend this business to other people.
