I spoke to a representative called Lou out of Fine Express Mover several times about going in NYC to Seattle. Initially he seemed to be fine, but after I began to describe to him I utilized regular Home Depot boxes for moving, and that I calculated each of the dimensions of every box, then he got really excited and began to argue with me and insisted on all normal Home Depot boxes would be 18x18x18. Transferring is currently stressful but to need to manage an inconsiderate and flourishing moving firm has made this entire experience a nightmare.

HI, We reserved gloomy state movers to move our belongings on May 19 between 11:00 & 12:00 .They obtained a $200 deposit plus what seemed fine. They never came. We talked to Loue in 11:30 he stated they are there 12:00 we called again and asked for a contact number from the motorist, he gave us a crying that we are not likely to disturb his own drivers.After claiming for a little while he consented to provide the amount. . .and the driver advised us not until 3:00. We phoned back Loue to inform him that we are waiting everthing packed with boxes perhaps we can get discount to the awkward delay he cried & knocked down the telephone to us…2:00 we phoned the driver to inspect the status he explained maybe not before 4:00. . .and 3:30 he telephoned us that he is not coming in any way. . .He had guts to inquire exactly what time we want him tommorow. . .we have nothing contrary to this organization but we would like to stop people from getting this dreadful experience!!!

These men are absolutely amazing – couldn’t recommend these enough. They packed us and moved us quickly and effortlessly. Nothing was damaged or lost. Transferring is really stressful and most moving companies take full advantage of this. Fine express isn’t among these businesses. They made the entire experience easy breezy and they receive an A++ for communicating.

I’d have rather gone to your flat, fixed rate business to move my items. The movers were very rude (one in particular), they simply care about the money and will perform the job as gradually as possible to get paid more. They charged me $119/hr, and travel time ($119/hr) and tolls, fees and taxes. I had been warned before utilizing them but the price seemed too great to pass. I WAS WRONG. I hardly had anything to proceed, only a couple of boxes of clothing and one bedroom collection. The driver even took a few smoking fractures and kept telling me that they will need to take their time to get paid more.

The GODDAMN worse.

We hired this business Jan 27th to get a transfer in February. We needed to move back our date by two weeks and they were alright with that. He affirmed that we’d still be searching for 8am and they consented. The afternoon before our movement that my husband called to validate the time and they stated that they wouldnt be there till 1pm. He explained that 8am was the only real time and that which we’d agreed upon. They said okay. They then called back and said they had a truck stuck someplace and wouldnt be arriving in any way. They totally canceled on us the day until we transferred a crowded 2 bedroom home. Not only did they never try to locate another truck out of their business, they didnt even apologize. Only made explanations and so were defensive. Terrible customer support, and the only other firm available daily before cost us hundreds more. However no apology or offer to repay the difference, something that’s 100% their fault. These folks should not be reliable.

I haven’t obtained the credited amount, no returned calls on the invoice postings Additionally, the movers did not clean up the boxes and wrappers, and that the ceremony was provided to me. I wound up calling yet again and talked to a girl who did not need to bargain with me and kept telling me that she was simply leaving and to attempt to trick the movers more cash so that they wash. Is zero celebrities an alternative? Really a dreadful experience. I received a call 5 days before scheduled transfer date for affirmation. Three days ahead of the date they inquired if they might come a day before. When nobody showed up involving 12-1, I phoned and was advised 3-5pm. An hour after a telephone said they were not coming at all and could come the following moment. The following day I called about time to affirm that a 3-4pm coming back. I had been quoted $1,444.50, which I have in writing, and has been subsequently charged $2700 when they’d packed up all of my things. Next, after taking ownership of all my things and reassuring me that they can give me a three day window for shipping along with a 48 hr telling for shipping, as I wasn’t living in my destination place before getting my merchandise (shifting from NYC to Utah) and in which I knew nobody I could request help getting my delivery, they’ve been not able to offer any estimate in any way. I hired Fine Express to transfer the things from my two bedroom flat from NY to CA. They promised to send from the pub of 2/23-2/25, also offered me at $1,800 according to a list of my things. I’d received similar quotations from firms that went into my flat to find the products.

On the afternoon of this transfer, the movers explained that the firm had awarded them an erroneous measurement, and that it would really cost $3,300.
