Faithful Movers Company

We contracted with American Van Lines (AVL) that sub-contracted our relocation into Faithful Movers Company with 24 hours notice. Faithful Movers failed to deliver the suggested packaging supplies as advocated by AVL. It turned out to be a little city, hence the movers spent hours trying to purchase packaging materials. In the long run, dishes were wrapped in our bathroom carpeting, kitchen cabinet and drawer organizers (that were only installed for its new owners) were utilized to wrap our antiques, a stereo has been wrapped inside the sheet out of our mattress, mattresses weren’t wrapped in any way, clothes was packaged inside our own garbage bags. Not just one box (or unboxed thing ) was tagged. Our stock was unloaded to a warehouse, and then reloaded on a separate truck for shipping a week after. The team that packed along with the crew which delivered said that they had little instruction. At delivery, the big upright piano has been brought in with no piano dolly, damaging a door, wall and floor. Several big things were delivered months afterwards. Some products were damaged or broken and a few lost. Not one of the furniture bought for transportation was reassembled at shipping (that is an element of this ceremony ). To top it off, our signatures have been forged on paperwork which the team forgot to fill out in pick-up. Distance 750 kilometers (not like the space to & from their warehouse). Transaction $6839 and $795 for the insurance. Originally, we had been charged an extra $1015, however, that charge has been pulled following our complaints regarding their support were voiced.

We reserved our relocation last minute with just 24 hours notice. The first company we reserved was a no show and kept giving us the run around. We had been pushed back twice together and eventually decided to look elsewhere. Shawnetta was good with getting all of the facts and making sure we weren’t even more worried after what the very first movers had completed. They came at the specific time they stated they’d 9am and did an wonderful job getting us to our new residence. The keys were held up and we could not catch them until after 4pm and they waited patiently to transfer us in. After we recovered the secrets that they got us in to our house using our beds back up fast and I’ll inform the world about them eternally. Thank you Jameel and Albert!
