    Excesd movers INCOMPETENT

The most appalling company I have ever dealt with. We transferred from the uk into Australia, they’re incompetent and lead to a great deal of harm. They notify you that you’ve got upto 3 weeks to maintain damages however they do not deliver one of the forms before 6 weeks later. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

    Just the WORST

Cannot recommend them less. It’s only about the worst choice you have when transferring things from the US into the United Kingdom. The team is almost criminally incompetent. They missed my pickup twice despite assembling a time well ahead of time and kept me waiting for hours and then whined that the motorist had really tried to pick up things. I then paid a fine for my construction to store items in the flat (where the lease had run out) while those goons arrived a while to pick up things. They the refused to acknolwedge the mistakes and faked my door bell was out of order! Same play on delivery. Forgot to provide me crucial forms to fulfill that enables things to maneuver through customs. My freight had to sit at the HRMC warehouses for months while I had been chasing these men on delivery before among these thought about advising me of their paperwork. AVOID. At any cost. Its not worth the hassle to conserve 100-200 bucks and then deal with this team.

Forgot to mention, among those boxes was badly managed and had things missing. Can’t stress enough to avert this service. They shouldnt be in company.

WARNING! Do NOT use this company.

We moved from Toronto to Barcelona and have had nothing but problems together since the start.  I’ve NEVER experienced such abysmal support in all of my life. I’d have never picked this business had I known what I know today and after studying the new reviews which have surfaced during the past few months.
They gave us erroneous information when filling out paperwork, which generated much more paperwork for us to Finish
They gave erroneous dollar amount maximums, therefore our bundles reached Barcelona and were subsequently returned to Canada because of their incorrect recommended advice.   Their lack of attention to detail, particularly with composed communication/documentation generated many unnecessary problems and a huge mess for us to wash up
The boxes were assumed to reach us in seven business days, we obtained them 30+ times after (Added costs were included with this expedited air support )
We wasted time, money (needed to Buy dishes, clothes, long distance calls for surplus, DHL), attempt to Find these boxes because this firm refused to upgrade us/help us find them
We finally had to innovate our situation to DHL and inside Excess numerous occasions in order for our situation to actually be taken seriously and worked on by top management (My partner and I spent upwards of 5 hours Every Day over a month emailing and also on the telephone with Excessive and DHL)
Holiday days/time off work were used sitting at home waiting for bundles to come that Excess guaranteed would arrive that day and never arrived
We had to contend with them for daily updates, as days goes by without a upgrade about the whereabouts of the missing boxes
When boxes eventually reached us, Due to all of the back and on and quantity of times they had been scrutinized, the contents were broken/damaged/missing (We obtained just 40 pounds refund to the broken materials )
Surplus team lacked deep knowledge in global moving experience, where we had been forced to investigate and research into things ourselves
Two months later, after battling together always for a refund (since they didn’t supply the support they consented to), we eventually obtained it.  The Regional Manager really told us”You are going to obtain the refund following week, since it is when all of the refunds are processed”.  This clearly shows how many Clients they’ve done this to, even in case there are a lot of refund being processed at the same time.
TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION, UNEDUCATED IN INTERNATIONAL MOVING/LAWS/REGULATIONS
Nick/Waqas/Jason at Extra will squander your own time, lie to you rather than adhere to some of those promises/timelines They state they’ll

Irreplaceable items lost by Exceess International

I used this business to proceed to Australia from London in July 2016. Notice I’m still in touch and it’s now May 2017 because I’m looking for compensation for my loss. Originally there were 3 boxes lost. I had to always chase them so to allow them to follow up. Initiallas the lost boxes weren’t boxes which I had secured I had been only offered 40 lbs per box as reimbursement. This is a method for them to convince me to quit pursuing them for my own property. I’d insured other itmes although not the whole consignment. After rejecting the deal and requesting them to run a hunt the 3 boxes have been discovered on a different container. If I hadn’t chased they wouldn’t have done so. Unfortunately there’s still a box overlooking as I haven’t got all of my products. The box contains over 1000 pounds worth of clothing incluing my wedding match that I paid 550 lbs. This merchandise is something which I can’t replace and has great sentimental value. I then got a letter saying that they have zero liability as I agreed to their terms and that they will give my 40 pounds by means of reimbursement. I’ve had to chase and chase and when I hadn’t chased then I doubt I’d have obtained the 3 boxes which were missing. The impression given is that they are lost so that the best you can expect is 40 lbs per box. The matter is that there’s a box overlooking still. I can’t suggest a business tthat has only lost my home which doe not offer you proper reparation. If they’re not responsible then that is? I’m decided to follow this up until I get proper reparation.

    Move from UK to NZ

Please be aware – No choice in Delivery Nation for New Zealand.

We still have a problem return to the start of the year(2015) using EIM if our container arrived in NZ in the united kingdom. The EIM team back from the UK taped up a gap in roof of this container using their packaging tape. No prizes for guessing what happened next. Have all of the photos to show. We dropped quite a great deal of furniture and personal consequences throughout water damage and still suffering. Spent a lot of money trying to find clothes, linen laundered or dry cleaned.

They(EIM) are denying any kind of obligation and we’ve still never had a cent out of them. The grade of packaging was shocking. Fragile items smashed in the base of the container. Also had a great deal of problems with the packaging and so were very lucky we didn’t loose some cherished household things. We’d advise everyone to steer very clear of the corporation.

So much for customer services. Court could be another stop.

Only a little sample of the photographs attached.

So avert EIM and inform your mates also! They function the bags units from the airports also.

Good Movers HORRIBLE Insurance & Experience

When going out of London to Puerto Rico I phoned for quotations out of about 5 unique businesses. It had been rather a procedure. Though there was yet another prestigious firm with excellent reviews, we picked Excess International because following an agent arrived at our home they said that which could be packaged on the road and secured on a delivery container in front of us to guarantee safety. They were marginally more costly, but it had been that onsite lock support which communicates the deal to us. Another factor was that the price of insurance. With a number of the very best reviewed firms we were perplexed concerning the last cost of insurance. Having been through a large move ahead, we understood that this may significantly affect the last price. We travelled with extravagant even though, worryingly, throughout correspondence together they’d the move recorded on the quotation since Bolivia! We had been confident this was a very simple mistake and since they had been so good in corresponding with us, we weren’t too troubled. We’re also under a time limit and Michelle and John, the point-people in the workplace replete with us in a very timely manner. On the afternoon of the transfer the container couldn’t actually be sealed facing us. We were worried because this was a massive problem for us, so John, the director who oversaw our relocation, made certain we had been sent photographs of the sealed container as it went straight back into their own centre. The movers were excellent, the agents for the business were good. Overall we paid around 5700 GBP about 1300GBP of that had been for insurance. When our dispatch came from Puerto Rico we confronted a couple of hiccups – nobody told us that our stuff had been here, they erroneously said a number of our stuff had been lost, and we needed to pay additional for moving into a flat with staircase. The movers, again, were good though. Little, foreseeable frustrations aside, the issues we have for this business all stem in the insurance claims procedure later we discovered a number of our products were busted. A number of the knick-knacks and eyeglasses are broken, however, we just decided to forget about asserting this material – it occurs. What we did have to assert was our busted stereo along with our busted dining room seats, which can be long cantina style seats. We proceeded in January and it’s now October. The claims division is currently playing a playoff match together and telling us that because we promised them as’chairs’ in our stock but recorded them as’seats’ within our insurance types, that they will not be paying our claim out in their opinion. They also say they are not accountable to our stereo!! Simply becuase it will not turn on they state, it is not their fault. Why the hell did we purchase insurance from them?! Even the stero is making rattling noises and has been clearly dropped and will not power on, however they can not be bothered to take care. Only stage where they had been really good at getting back to us was when they wanted us to provide them their money. Correspondence with the insurance broker was dreadful. He had been rude and at that stage took a month to respond to mepersonally, despite sending followup mails. I will not be advocating Excess International into ANY of the friends or coworkers. It is a true shame because each one of the movers themselves were excellent.
