Excel Moving and Storage

-had a Wonderful first experience for this Business
-Men were fine this time I’d no quarrels
BUT…
-This moment they have been on their own telephones during the move-in
-Took 6 hours to move small Quantity of things from Raleigh to Durham
-Charged us an Excess hour for driving and billed a normal hour of labour for the half an hour it took to return to the new Location
-Talked to customer support and the man was utterly impolite about answering my queries
OVERALL
This firm does their occupation but required a arm and a leg to perform what ought to have been shorter and cheaper. Can NOT use again.
