Among the absolute worst firm’s I have dealt with. Quite a few no call/no shows. Never telephone call yields. Zero communication. Now they stated, they can not find my merchandise. That is after it had been scheduled to be sent a variety of occasions.

This business is horrible and just provides to Cedar Park on Wednesdays. They informed me involving 4-8pm but arrived early about 3! I really don’t twiddle my thumbs daily in the home. I work, go to college, am 5 weeks pregnant and occupied with doctors appointments also. My husband left his job first to be there right at 4 so that he would not overlook them but oh wait we missed them since they did not come in THEIR time slot! They arrived about 3. I paid a great deal of cash for my furniture and also do not have the time to run back and forth nor can I miss school and work. It is sad that they can not deliver when they say they’re likely to and it is sad that they’re only able to perform it on a Wednesday. And of course I asked that they come before 11am however they completely disregarded that. I could tell on the telephone that the girls I spoke to did not care when I informed her I can not do Wednesdays. They aren’t customer centric. I do not even need to give them a celebrity.

Had shipment arrangement from SAMs for this corporation. They dropped first shipment but I expect it had been worker theft. SAMs send another thing via Elephant again. They do not appear when scheduled, will not return calls, and secretary is rude and incompetent. Direction is obviously from office. Horrible company with no customer support in any way, can’t think major merchant like SAMs would do business together.

What a nightmare. No real surprise that this firm includes a Better Business Bureau score of F, AND their moving firm permit was REVOKED from the state of Texas – visit the DMV site to their”Do Not Make A Move Without Us!” Page, should you have to submit a claim against this incompetent, unprofessional firm.

**Above all ** in case your encounter with Elephant was since you purchased something through a big online retailer like Overstock or Amazon, _allow their client support unit understand that Elephant is awful _.

I must agree with all the HORRIBLE OUTCOME that I experienced with Elephant Storage and Moving on Tradecenter Drive.
I bought a Mega massage seat and simply wished to buy his or her White Glove Service to find the massage seat from my driveway in to my house and constructed, so They offered me a price of $250, also scheduled a day, which I coordinated with the Freight firm for another time to send it to my property.

I had been so excited that they can take action, until night time came, and that I NEVER got a courtesy call prior to coming, and THEY NEVER CAME NOR CALLED!!!!! I was left trying to obtain some neighbor to help me get my massage chair in my house in an attempt to not have to leave it out through the evening.

Located a gracious neighbor at 9pm, and packed it in, and built it myself. Although, I saved myself $250, I’d have preferred that they had been up front and honest from the start. . .If they could not or didn’t wish to get it done, I’d have managed to get hold of somebody else, and hauled the Freight business off from providing another time, before I really could come across a RELIABLE COMPANY THAT DOESN’T LIE TO CUSTOMERS BEHIND A PHONE LINE.

I even contacted the company that called them to me personally to let them know that the contract or agreement they have for this corporation ought to be reassessed, and they need to be confident and read all testimonials prior to trying to help out customers. He had been kind enough to refer, and also told me who to talk with, and they had been sort on the telephone, and eager my heart originally, just to drop it in the long run.

This is a business that I would never refer to anybody, nor urge, and sadly, there’ll be many others like me in the future based upon the manner that they exhibit their own operation strategies.

This provider is totally HORRIBLE!! As soon as I bought my mattress around Amazon, the shipping time period was 8/8 – 8//11, without a reference of a 3rd party firm holding my delivery before they believed it was suitable to deliver it (although they’re a shipping firm ). I had been ready to wait till 8/16, but’m now being told it’s becoming pushed into 8/20. I was also told (with just a tiny snicker to follow with the remark remark ) that since I reside in Round Rock and my order was completed via Groupon (that it was not ), I am not granted priority. I was also known as”mad” once I got angry. That is unacceptable, HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL small business practice. I’d use any additional shipping firm before applying this one.

I simply moved between flats in downtown Austin. Elephant Moving really did the movement for me personally. The movers, Jaime, both Kevin along with Jose, were amazing. My final move took nearly 6 hours that I believed was too long since I do not really have that much material. These men could find everything packed in under two hours even with all the lift and the very long walk into the doorway where the truck has been parked. The delivery went even faster because there was less of a stroll in the new location. They set everything up exactly how I asked and that I did not need to ask them two. The ceremony was fantastic and I really feel as though that they saved me money on the past movers I’d had. I’ll certainly call them again when I want to proceed next year.

Quite delighted with the movement I’d last week. It had been chilly. Very cold. However, the men were fine and worked out hard. Perhaps the cold made them work much quicker. I am aware I did not wish to be out for over 30 seconds at one time. I really don’t understand how they did this , but I am sure glad that they did. It ended up being a whole lot better than my final movement, which was more expensive also. Even better price, better support, can not beat that! Salvador and his team looked very experienced in work and that I really don’t have some complaints (if you’d like me then you know that is really saying something-I may be a complainer…). Terrific job guys, thanks again! I certainly recommend this corporation.

I used thier moving solutions and also my experience was dreadful. . I’d have disregarded small mistakes such as copying erroneous name and address following copying 3 times but they’re outside that. Quite unprofestional, not troubled about your substance as soon as they obtain their cash. They lost my poles and it moved into another family. This family was quite great to notify movers that they have somebody else’s possessions but elephsnt movers dismissed it. I followed up with them for 2-3 months and no usage. Everytime I got replies as we’ll allow you to understand (never known back btw), I dont have response and I would like to check with supervisor ( if you’re speaking into cristina, allow me to warn you become careful she’s fairly dumb) etc.. Eventually I needed to receive my boxes myself by forcing 50 miles somehow after I got contact information to that household. Not only that originally they informed us there’ll be 3 guys to proceed n only 2 showed up, not certain what ghey chsnged in charge and I wound up paying additional ( my poor I shouldn’t have. . I recognized overlooking boxes afterwards otherwise I wouldnt have) they haven’t paid for whatever and merely ignored their errors. . Very pitiful direction. . Stay away from these. .

Elephant Transferring did a excellent job of moving us from Austin to Houston. They took great care of their possessions and were really professional. The team leaders went overboard to ensure all went well.
The storage charges for a week involving movements were quite reasonable too.

I would like to inform you how pleased I am with my experience using Elephant Moving. They had been always a joy to use and also the guys who proceeded us were timely, pleasant and safe. We moved us away from Dallas to Austin, and we all needed to store a few of our items until we can make space for each of it (downsized into smaller location ). The movement out of Dallas was amazing, the team was fantastic, and they made it all done in 1 day without hurting anything. The storage was simple – we only told them all we didn t need at the home yet and they place it back into the vehicle and hauled it off. After we were prepared to find the remainder delivered that they delivered the saved things as anticipated. The team with this second movement was also good (a few of the very same men, so we already knew how well they functioned ). Couldn’t have asked for a much better experience. They made it so easy and so are always really useful and pleasant to use.

DO NOT USE THIS “MOVING” COMPANY!  If that is what you call them!   HORRIBLE!   Barely going to haul out time because they bill by the hour.   It required 3 1/2 hours to maneuver two bedrooms, a living area and a number of boxes around 1/4 mile and that is with us (4 people) helping the previous hour and a half. You’ll Be wasting your own time and cash.   We pretty much had to move the Majority of the things ourselves.   Could hardly speak/understand English. They actually held our TV hostage inside their own truck before our payment went through, which has been ran from the parking lot, at the back of their Budget Rental truck!   UNPROFESSIONAL, particularly if I offered to pay in advance at work! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!   Really proves that you get exactly what you pay for.

Beautiful individuals! I was totally thrilled with the support that they gave. The office staff has been fine and useful. Maria was super fine and managed to answer all of my questions (or even learn the answer and get back to me quite fast in a few cases ). She managed to supply me with a number of their leasing crates for free so that I did not need to purchase boxes. The movers were so friendly and keen to please. While they unloaded they always asked me where I needed something rather than only dropped matters wherever. They even let me glimpse into boxes which I forgot to tag so that they may place the boxes in the perfect location. That helped me so much because I had back surgery a month and might not have the ability to transfer the boxes involving chambers myself. I’ll use them again with no doubt once I want to proceed next year. Excellent job all over!

Excellent moving firm. They transferred me out of Austin to Dallas. The service we had was from the world. The sales rep was super useful, the movers have been awesomely considerate and professional. They didn’t whine of anything and also did a quick and fantastic job of finding the relocation done. I was particularly delighted with the team foreman, Jose, that actually seemed to be aware of the perfect approach to transfer everything that came together. He and his team took excellent care of our fine things as well as our baby grand piano appeared just like a very simple job when they had been working with it. Without those men I really don’t understand what we could have done. We had been so concerned about the movement as it was lots of things moving a couple of hours off but everybody at Elephant Transferring made it super easy and so eloquent. Elephant Moving men struck the water heater in my home whilst loading the washer and refused to cover damages. I wouldn’t desire to anybody to cope with flooded laundry area, plumber, dry wall repair over the day of transfer as I did later this sort of’free’ service.  (  Elephant movers affirmed before the transfer which I do not need to disconnect appliances)  Afterwards they weren’t able to inform me where my possessions are and if they’ll arrive to CA for 2.5 months after moving date. Elephant Moving and Storage gave me run around every time I attempted to learn where my stuff is. Each time I called they known to cryptic’dispatcher’ who assume to understand that and never called back.  1 thing was stolen and they didn’t even acknowledge the promise, I didn’t get any compensation.       Looks like using their business model they can earn a profit even when they won’t actually bother to provide your belonings   –  they bill 79c per pound to maneuver and assume to  compensate 60c percent if they lose a product ( unless you buy more insurance).   Their closing charge was nearly double of the estimated fees, so next time I’ll hire movers together with binding quotation.   Never ever use Elephant Moving and Storage movers to your interstate move!

These men did a great job in my transfer out of Houston on NY. They could find everything installed on short note afterour other movers attempted to shift our date together to some day which wouldn t work on us. Elephant Transferring was quite helpful through the procedure for finding the quotation and answering my queries. They really made me comfortable and I felt quite confident about using these to move our home. The movers had been verynice and also did a excellent job picking up these items. Along with the shipping driver was a saint – that he had been really patient with us as we all attempted to determine where to place everything at the smaller home we moved in to. Wonderful expertise, greatmovers, I’d use them again in a heartbeat!

These guys were good! They transferred my son along with daughter-in-law in their storage facility a few months back and she stated they did a wonderful job and were really pleasant and professional. We chose to utilize them to transfer us to Houston and have been incredibly delighted with the support that they provided. The team was helpful and friendly and their hard work created the movement go quite quickly although it had been such a very long drive out of Austin to Houston. They put everything up in our new home just as we requested and it all looked great. They did a wonderful job wrap up all of our furniture to the transfer, and they have been even very cautious with our fresh timber flooring and covered them in order that they would not scrape up them, which had been my primary worry.Two thumbs up!

I ve used professional movers 3 days in the previous 4 decades. The team from Elephant Storage and Moving were undoubtedly the BEST moving team I ve ever seen. If I recall properly, the team boss was Jose. He along with the 3 other men were great. They’re still clean, prompt, considerate, and moderately priced. Not 1 thing has been damaged or broken throughout our Austin transfer. They wrapped and cushioned all of our delicate bedding and furniture. They have been very quickly, very effective. I was initially worried because we didn’t purchase extra going insurance, but this was certainly not required. These guys know just what they’re doing. Don t bother purchasing around it’ll be a waste of the time. I doubt there are much better movers in any cost! Highly advised!

We utilized Elephant Transferring to maneuver our home at Steiner Ranch. We’ve got a massive house with a great deal of heavy furniture. I had been impressed with the massive crew they delivered to finish the move. I expect people choose different movers! Even though the movers were nice men, they showed up late and unprepared. I really had to go to Walmart to purchase packaging materials, additional boxes, etc., that ought to have been due to the movers. They did a HORRIBLE job of packaging everything, and that I ended up needing to take the following 6 hour trip to find out what they did not bring to my little 2 bedroom flat. They broke things, scratched the display of the TV, ruined the walls when taking objects, etc..

I contacted the direction, however they refuse to return my telephone calls. I’ve filed an insurance claim, following their directions, and then 3 months, still have not received any communication from them. Each time that I call,”the supervisor is from the workplace .” They’re totally unprofessional, and that I invite folks to use anyone else!

Local moves possibly alright, but I had a horrible experience with the interstate movement from Austin to Irvine Calif.. The first quote was 2000. Next, following a representative seen my Austin apartment in my petition, the quotation moved to $3000 due to furniture that I had in storage. From the time that the furniture came at Calif (the movers stored my things on the truck before I paid in full a new cost and signed each of their records ), I was billed approximately $5300. Be certain that you receive all the files you need to sign beforehand and receive a fixed cost for your transfer. Otherwise you’ll get screwed. The movers dropped substance, returned the next day with all the lost parts, but would not finish moving and constructing all things unless I paid more money. If you’re moving from state, do not utilize Elephant.
