Late arriving for pickup. Owner quite dishonest. Don’t use this moving business. Things held hostage. Movers not advocated. Employees spoke bad about the business. Had been quoted a price and then at time of shipping was requested to cover an extra 200.00. Packing material was guaranteed for specific things and they didn’t follow through. Non working trucks also utilized that a rental truck. When selecting a moving company, you need to have the ability to anticipate them. Filed a complaint with the Attorney General’s office and the Texas Department of customer protection office. Together with the workplace Inspector General and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration Office. Owner very dishonest and incredibly unprofessional. Complaint also registered with the BBB.
