This was my expertise to maneuver to approx 5 miles over town. Please examine my personal experience working with this business for moving and make a decision as to what type of business this is and if you ought to use them or not. These individuals called up an hour prior to the transfer and rescheduled it an hr later than the first moment. They predicted half an hour following the new scheduled time and explained that they might need to reschedule it the following day early am. Since I could not find another business instantly, I concurred. They arrived 45 mins late and didn’t have a GPS even though they stated they’d and always phoned me for address information and instructions and had very bad communication. The guy who had been driving/talking was hardly obvious. Then after discovering the bare minimum furniture to your 1br 1 ba and all of them nicely packed and prepared for the transfer they weren’t very clearly pleased. They took 2hrs to load the furniture to the truck in spite of a service lift and vale cart. The were really careless in transferring the rough and furniture. Moved very slowly and blatantly stretched the moment. Did lots of double function just like never loading the furniture correctly and moving them around within the truck to organize them , unload and load them back just wasting time. I had a halt to a storage inside 3-4miles and then to an apartment. I had been giving them clear directions regarding what should go in the storage and what shouldn’t. They behaved as if they discovered me and once I had been doing the paper work together with the storage firm, these folks moved even the furniture piece that I clearly stated I didn’t want from the storage and needed to do double work to bring it back in the truck. I thought they transferred all of the things I’d requested them to move in the storage just to discover later that they missed crucial sections of my furniture, so which makes it unusable if this wasn’t current. After loading a few non furniture things except one to the apt I had been going into, they eventually ended the transfer. Many of it, I needed to maneuver myself in a quick pace since they were doing a bad job. Following the entire thing they explained they take only money although their site clearly says they accept debit and credit cards. I read another review here quoting the same, seems like its their manners operandi. In the close of the transfer they stated that they could charge me $50 more for extra halt into the storage, then this blew me away, I obviously told them, I needed to stop in a storage along with the closing apt, they stated its OK but didn’t mention of the further charge. They’re a rip off!! Quite unprofessional. They didn’t mention it even in their email verification. As soon as I explained, I don’t have additional money, the woman on the phone told me to go to an ATM and that these guys will follow me there. I gave them the money and finished the ordeal. Among the employees in the business was very rude and very outspoken and had a very lousy behaviour. They both seemed inexperienced with the type of service that they were providing. I’d sold my furniture nd once I went there on the 2nd afternoon to pick this up in the storage, to my horror I discovered that the furniture wasn’t delivered on complete, two long metal beams that supported the slats to the mattress to the bed were missing. These aren’t some things which may be packed into the boxes along with the home and the elevator area of the bldg in which they had been loaded were clean following the load. I called the company and the lady there said, it ought to have been lost by me and that I believe that it is left at the truck. Bed metal beams the period of the mattress cant go lost in thin atmosphere between the storage and the apt. When I named the driver of this truck (among the employees ), he stated he’s got in his truck and will return it to me in my new apt.  He gave me a while and when I called him half hr before the time he stated he can’t make it and hung up. These individuals are a nuisance…. Seriously please read testimonials before you employ these businesses.
