The Morning of October 25, the movers, using Immediate Van Lines, came to load my things. I did a walk through with the guy and showed them the things that had to load in the truck. I asked them concerning the televisions and has been advised that this could be another fee. Rather than handling the miscommunication, I packaged the televisions. I requested Ruby when he understood that they could not make it through the flames. He stated Friday in pm. He asked him why he did not call and inform us because he knew he’d be late. He said he forgot. That was that. No followup from Divine Company. No followup from Ruby rather than no. one. showed. Terrible business. AMAZING at earnings. Zero customer support. Acts because they did nothing wrong. Never once apologized. Run away as fast as possible.

In reaction to this proprietor – I need the deposit back. The simple fact that you were not in communicating with the Agency DAYS prior to is reckless. They lie and make claims, however, the arrangement is binding and they’ll charge you more for whatever within the projected cubic footage or poundage. VERY UNETHICAL COMPANY!!!
