They stole 500 dallors out of me and my loved ones by reserving a filthy movement and informed us once we left say that we dont return since we signed up a contract- based |—–|-

We came in our new house with all of our possessions, all in 1 piece, and having a reassurance. The business is very well, with terrific communication and friendly men and women. During the whole procedure, I felt like my very best interests have been in your mind and that I had zero worries that I had been taking advantage of in any manner.

Divine Moving Group and Direct Van Lines,

. This letter provides details for the next complaints. Contract Date Change, Lack of Professionalism, Damages, and Embarrassment.

According to the Arrangement, Pickup date has been scheduled for 10-30-2017 / 10-31-2017. On the forefront of 10-23-2017, I obtained a telephone call from Immediate Van Lines, -LRB-347-RRB-356-3135 telling me that I had a pickup scheduled for this date. After explaining to them that the pickup date wasn’t until the next Monday or Tuesday, they insisted on picking up our things which Wednesday. Following this telephone conversation, I contacted Divine Moving Group. After a few hours had gone by, Direct Van Lines advised me I didn’t have some alternatives and that the movers were now scheduled to pick up our family things on Wednesday October 25. Divine Moving Group advised me that the movers could pack any things I hadn’t managed to package. They’d also pack up my Televisions at no extra price.

The Morning of October 25, the movers, using Immediate Van Lines, came to load my things. I did a walk through with the guy and showed them the things that had to load in the truck. I asked them concerning the televisions and has been advised that this could be another fee. Rather than handling the miscommunication, I packaged the televisions. No paperwork has been gone through or signed at this moment. After Immediate Van Lines loaded the things, they left my home to locate a fat station. However, no paperwork was gone through or signed. If the movers were on their way back into my own home, they called and advised me that the invoice could be an extra $1500.00. After hearing this, I phoned Divine Moving Group who advised me that paperwork should have already been completed prior to the movers left my home and I was to not sign anything without obtaining the cost cleared up. After about 45 minutes, Divine Moving Group called me and advised me that the initial quote was likely to be maintained. Additionally, that there might not be an extra charge. As soon as I returned into my residence, it was becoming dark. I had been requested to register for my money payment.

A shipping date hadn’t yet been established in the time of pickup. On Thursday, October 26, I tried to call the movers to provide them the shipping time and address. Since nobody replied, I mailed them a text message using the shipping date of November 1 and also a place of 21 Mangum Circle, #8, Donnelly ID. I didn’t listen from Immediate Van Lines before 12:50 AM on the afternoon of October 30. They wanted to notify me that delivery has been scheduled for that exact same moment. I contacted Immediate Van Lines and Divine Moving Group and let them understand that we would not have the ability to accept delivery before November 1. On the Morning of November 1, 2017, several efforts were made to get Immediate Van Lines to ascertain a shipping period. Following Divine Moving Group eventually got ahold of these, we were advised that delivery could occur around 3:00pm. About 3:00, my husband watched the moving truck pull on the street where the shipping was to occur. The delivery drivers were hauled by the Highway Patrol for speeding. Upon identification, the Highway Patrol found that the drivers hadn’t been utilizing their logbooks. After about 45 Minutes, the deliverymen were eventually able to unload our family things.

When given the quote, we were confident that the deliverymen would disassemble our furniture, reassemble it into our new residence, and transfer our boxes in also. The deliverymen unloaded all boxes from the garage and didn’t transfer any of these to your home. They did build the mattress, but didn’t place all of the pieces together. They had been in a really major hurry. Along with not providing the things as promised, a few of the products were damaged. Below is a listing of those damaged items in addition to photos. Following our items were sent, Brandon had to call the sheriff’s department to escort off the movers our drive, since they were parked a part way at the street. Because, the Highway Patrol had informed them that they couldn’t move the truck out of our driveway, so this was not the only alternative. The Sheriff’s Department remained at our home for around 40 Minutes. The whole time, neighbors were seeing, as both the Highway Patrol and Sheriff’s Department were on place for our shipping. We’ve never experienced such embarrassment.

While this letter reveals, we’re extremely disappointed at the support which both Divine Moving Group and Direct Van Lines have left. We expect reimbursement for our ruined items in addition to a charge deduction because of lack of professionalism, driven date shift, and humiliation. This issue ought to take your entire attention.

    Long distance move

Moving across the nation from Utah to Florida was among the most stressful things I’ve ever had to do! I knew I was likely to want with this. I discovered Divine Moving Group online and gave them a telephone anticipating an outrageous cost to maneuver my 3 bedroom house but was pleasantly suprised that they could get me with in my price rage. Among my main fear was that the cost was about to go up after it came time to really move but due to the accurate stock done I paid exactly what they anticipated me at and was really pleased! The entire team from the agents to the client support team was very beneficial and eased my anxiety level! I only need to thank your staff for everything!

Never showed up. Never Called. Said they forgot

Olivia the earnings girl I talked to was super kind and reassuring. She went over everything with me and was really along with it. She stated they’d be there between 10-12 on Saturday. Come Saturday at 12:15 nobody shows up and nobody calls. I call and am told somebody could call me back in 10. I call again 20 minutes later and still nothing. It is 12:40 and Kailey calls. Says she can not get in contact with the dispatcher. (Apparently they are not the moving business, they are just a broker for some other businesses ). She then proceeded on to mention from the contract that they got a 48 hour window to be in out place after the given time. 48 hours. Nobody told us about that. Eventually she puts in touch with Ruby and that he said he can not be there till noon on Sunday. He explained that they had been trapped in the flames in California. Olivia told me that they had a truck 45 mins off that they had to move which was prepared to proceed and waiting and sitting. I requested Ruby when he understood that they could not make it through the flames. He stated Friday in pm. He asked him why he did not call and inform us because he knew he’d be late. He said he forgot. That was that. No followup from Divine Company. No followup from Ruby rather than no. one. showed. Terrible business. AMAZING at earnings. Zero customer support. Acts because they did nothing wrong. Never once apologized. Run away as fast as possible.

In reaction to this proprietor – I need the deposit back. The simple fact that you were not in communicating with the Agency DAYS prior to is reckless. In addition, the very fact that you just said a truck had been 45 minutes away, waiting to be transferred. Turned into a lie. The simple fact that in the arrangement you state you’ve got 48 hours following the two hour window to reveal and you do not go more than that at the telephone? Unethical. I need back the deposit. For Those lies and lack of ethics and responsibility from the own company

LIES!!! SCAM!! THEY BAIT AND SWITCH AND KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT!

I moved from PA to VA on July 9th. My final on my new house in VA was Monday, July 10th, therefore I couldn’t move after than the 9th. Divine Moving Group promised me that they had been a 5-star firm and could ship a 53-ft truck on July 9th, also bill me 50 percent of price since they had a vacant truck returning into Virginia in a city near me, plus they didn’t need to ship it back empty. Rickey Paige, dispatcher, awakened me to utilize them, along with his manager, Christopher, offered me a deal I couldn’t refuse. Two days prior to the transfer I got a call out of a moving company in New York who was subcontracted to transfer me at an 26-ft truck on Monday, July 10th. Impossible! My products wouldn’t match and that I had to maintain VA about the 10th, not PA.. I phoned their 24-hour client hotline, and obtained voice mail complete. As soon as I phoned Rickey and emailed him straight, I obtained no response. Christopher was outside of this workplace. As soon as I threatened to cancel, I eventually got a response from Mackenzie in customer support that said based on my contract, then they had the right to subcontract and adjust the date in 3 days of their scheduled movement. As soon as I told her that I had been convinced that a 53 feet truck, she stated that wasn’t documented. As soon as I called and canceled the transfer, I got an email stating that my 800 deposit was non refundable! No truck came! No refund has been created! They lie and make claims, however, the arrangement is binding and they’ll charge you more for whatever within the projected cubic footage or poundage. VERY UNETHICAL COMPANY!!!
Ultimately , I contacted UHaul and also we utilized 2 26ft vans, a pickup truck, a van, and a trailer to move my home. 1 53ft truck could have been nice, if they’d kept their end of their deal, but they’ll tell you anything for you to sign up the contract, then they’re going to continue to keep your deposit.

    GREAT PRICE

After reviewing costs for my mother and sister move to chicago I find that this firm gets the best price. I kept in contact with the rep about 30 days prior to the transfer, I emailed them a listing of those things and I obtained this cost. The ceremony was great and came in time. Loaded and unloaded the house hold things orderly fashion. Highly suggested.

    SCAM ALERT, THEY ARE BROKERS!!
I had been contacted by Rickey Page of Divine Transferring who stated he had been the dispatch supervisor and that he had a vacant truck at NJ and was trying to find a load back to TN the weekend of my transfer. After doing a little research in their firm I phoned him back and asked about each of the bad reviews I watched. He explained that they had been Divine Moving in NY maybe not Florida that has awful reviews. He explained this happens all of the time and they’re not connected to the business at Daytona Beach. Then I gave him the comprehensive contents of my storage device in NJ and has been given a quote of $2965, he explained it had been discounted by 66.05percent or 2.49 per cent I e-sinned the contract and also gave him a $500 deposit, even a couple of days prior to the transfer date I got a call in Divine to have a cashier’s check payable to Prestige Van Lines. I questioned that and was told that they had been the shuttle business because my storage facility could not accommodate a semi.
I’d traveled from TN to NJ for its movement and was fulfilled by Prestige who promptly begun to fill their truck. About one hour to the movement I had been told that they can’t do the movement for the sum Divine quoted and informed me that the new cost was 4941. I instantly phoned Divine and had been advised they’d check into this and call me back. A couple of moments I had been called by a manager at Prestige who advised stated Divine does so all of the time; they under bid a project simply to find the 500 commission. And they’d block the movement and place everything back in my device. I’d already given up my storage device effective the subsequent weekend and had no choice by to move with the transfer and cover the inflated volume.
I had been informed by Prestige who’d my transfer that Divine was situated at Daytona Beach and that they would quit working with this organization. Personally, I think Prestige Van Lines have been in about the scam otherwise I would have been advised ahead of the movement began the legitimate price of this transfer.
The amount for Divine Moving Group is 386-968-1921, which means you don’t drop to the SCAM too.

    AVOID AT ALL COST

Divine Moving Group will phone you repeatedly in attempts to acquire a deposit. Soon as the payment is made, communicating with the SCAM business will stop. I have records from the business in which two distinct employees confessed to getting UNETHICAL business practices, while still refusing to repay a deposit!!! This thing was compelled to small claims court. CUSTOMER BEWARE,YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

    Great experience

Divine shifting team has been a complete joy to use! Cory Raven was really knowledgeable on the professional services and was very useful, answering each question and concern that I had. They were not the lowest quote I got, but quite reasonable considering the support they provided. Along with the quote I had was actually the price that I ended up paying at the end, unlike my previous experiences with different businesses. The movers worked really quickly and attentively, and got my things out of California to Florida in just 5 times. I strongly recommend celestial and I will certainly be using them again should I must proceed later on!

    Divine moving group

Divine moving team was simple to take care of. I was not overly elastic in my move date but they handled my movement very economically. After trying moving business after moving business I thought I would check into a business to manage everything for me personally. DMG took a list and beat the cost of any quote I obtained when I had been studying. I’ll be using them again in two years once I proceed for company!

    Avoid at all costs

I (stupidly) paid a $700 deposit upfront. I had been assured a 24-hour moving adviser. Following the time for refund of deposit had elapsed (5 times ) it had been extremely tough to contact anyone in the workplace. Telephone calls and emails went unanswered. Communication generally was dreadful.

The 5-star testimonials that have given me a false sense of safety are, having coped with them, totally implausible and probably to be imitation.

I eventually had to cancel and they refused to refund some of my residue although I gave nearly two months notice. In contrast to additional moving companies their refund policy is rigid and unjust. Avoid at any cost.

    Avoid these scammers!

BEWARE OF DIVINE MOVING GROUP. Their 5-star testimonials are FAKE.

Allow me to offer you a brief rundown of just how moving frauds operate. I wish I’d known this before I reserved my own move. Divine Moving Group is only a broker. They don’t have any trucks — they just behave as the middle person and reserve the following (generally disreputable) moving business for you. You might not even understand who they reserved with till they arrive, so giving you no more opportunity to investigate the firm. The”deposit” is really the agent’s fee.

If you are fortunate, a moving truck would really appear. Following the vehicle is packed, the moving business will inform you that you owe a great deal greater than your quoted cost. Now, you’re in the most vulnerable and worried. Your stuff is already on the vehicle, and they expect you to simply agree to get it over with. Oh, you also have a binding cost with the agent, would you? Well, read the fine print. They aren’t responsible for additional fees billed by their own builders. The agent points their finger in the moving business, and also the moving business points their finger in the agent, and neither one wants to assist you.

Keep in mind that deposit which you believed has been implemented towards your transfer? Well, it is not, because it is only a broker’s charge. Subtract that from the total and you will understand how suspiciously reduced the cost is.

And do not even get me started on the hassle it is going to be to really get your things delivered. Transferring scams are proven to maintain people’s possessions hostage till they consent to exorbitantly substantial rates. You do not wish to end up in this position.

Protectyourmove.gov is a fantastic source to look for your plumber and find out just how many complaints they have had in the last couple of decades (spoiler alert, and Divine Moving Group has experienced several!) . Movingscam.com is just another wonderful site to educate you on fraudulent movers.

I am so grateful that I understood what a scam that really was. I cancelled my transfer using Divine Moving Group (the agent ) and Quality Moving Services LLC (the moving firm they hired) until they managed to defraud me farther. I might have misplaced my deposit (which they ask that you create via e-check, therefore it can not be contested, incidentally ) but it might have been considerably worse. Please allow this to serve as a warning to you. Don’t use moving agents, almost all of them are scam artists. There’s absolutely not any demand for a middle person; please reserve with all the moving business yourself.

Here are Only a few of those red flags which Divine Moving Group displayed:
    – Fake 5 star reviews on yelp. Click on these Yelper’s titles and see that they have examined other moving companies using the specific same thing. Additionally, a slew of these reviews were all posted on exactly the exact same date in a heap, which will be a telltale indication of bogus reviews.
    – They were very receptive and professional till they obtained my deposit. Suddenly, they stopped answering telephone calls or calling me if they guaranteed. Only the simple fact that I paid a deposit proved to be a red flag – many reputable businesses don’t demand this.
    – Even though charging by cubic feet isn’t necessarily illegal, it is a really cynical practice, as it is tough to confirm. Weight can be confirmed at a weigh station, but you pretty much have to take their word on cubic feet (even when they’ve tick marks in the vehicle, how it is loaded may make a enormous difference).
    – They waffled back and forth about whether I would need to pay a $250 shuttle charge or never, and never gave a very clear response.
    – Quality Moving Services LLC doesn’t exist in the address supplied.
    – Along with the closing, glaring red flag has been that: Quality Moving Services LLC said that they would deliver my items the exact same day, when I paid in CASH.

Please, avoid this nightmare of a business.
