Avalon Freedom, Inc. dba as Desert Sun Moving Services along with other dba’s registered Chapter 13 Bankruptcy on January 18, 2018. During a hearing on June 14, 2018 they made a decision to change into # 7 (liquidation) and so were court ordered to vacate by June 28, 2018 their own Phoenix and Tucson centers. Our movement has been a nightmare. On January 14, 2918 they have locked from the Tucson centre for insufficient payment. On January 18, 2018 had been the very first day of the movement and also the day that they filed Chapter 11, insolvency. The movement was assume to be 100 percent insured with no deductible and everyone was suppose to get bonded. Court records don’t reveal they purchased any distinctive insurance but did reveal they were self insured. They refused to ship us maintain types. We filed that the claims anyways. They never honored the promises. I went into their centre to speak to them about it and was advised”that this conversation is finished using”! Our lost were so enormous. Things were broken along with a great number of things were stolen. Being they were locked from the Tucson centre for failure to pay their rent, they also couldn’t satisfy their citizenship. This all occur during the time of the movement. Our loses are over $128,000!

The worth of the move was $750,000. Things were lost and things were broken. The first day of the movement was January 18, 2018. Today’s date is February 21, 2018 and we still have not got any forms to document claims even though we’ve sent two certified letters.

The sales man makes a lot of promises that she can’t deliver on. Again, another additional fee that you get before you even get your own stuff. Men who arrived back with my stuff were so great, bit not workers of Deaert Sun or Wheaton. But then, while men were here working and placing things together, a man from Wheaton shows up, only walked straight into my house, and begins telling the men that they should finish up. They only reason I knew he had been out of Wheaton was since he had been sporting a Wheaton shirt. He just bothered to present himself after he can tell that I was upset with him just walking into my property. I am not thinking about the walking right in, he didn’t knock or anything. I’ve twice asked to talk with the overall manager and have yet to find a telephone number. My sofa has been broken, and a number of the boxes that they needed to repack have broken things too. I wouldn’t suggest this service to anybody.
